Nurse Review for LELO quality!

I went to the website today to find a charging cord, and found out it’s National Orgasm Day! As a nurse and sex educator, I have long touted LELO’s products. My first vibrator has lasted for 10 years and still going strong, amazing. I could have spent way more than the price for just one LELO vibrator in that time on what you can put down for cheap ones that break quickly. The silicone they use is ultra high quality, and they’re thoughtfully made based on research about human physiology. I’m especially sold on their Kegel exercise products, particularly for post-menopausal women with urge or stress incontinence. These ingenious exercisers make it so easy to tighten up those core muscles! Way cheaper than doing PT and way easier than trying to do it without exercisers! Can’t recommend these products enough. LELO is the real deal, and actually cost-effective in the long run due to their quality! You won’t be disappointed.

LELO is selling garbage

LELO is selling garbage. The entire MAZE product series from Spanish company Bijoux Indiscrets are complete and utter trash. Broken minutes after unboxing due to horrible horrible horrible quality. LELO sacrifices their own reputation for quality to sell this garbage. To make matters worse LELO customer support refuses a refund for these garbage products. Terrible experience with them; won't support their unethical company again.

I contacted customer support and also…

I contacted customer support and also tried to call , unfortunately no answer . I made a purchase and my account was charged as my bank statement showing but my order is still in the basket and I keep getting emails to complete purchase . I’m very disappointed to be honest and just want my money back .

Great items and great support!

I ordered some items on the promotion. They were absolutely great. I later realized I did not receive the free gift worth 100 USD so I emailed the support. It turns out I forgot to add the gift to the basket but they have immediately fixed the issue and send me the gift together with the next order I made. The support was super quick and helpful!

If I could give les than a one star I…

If I could give les than a one star I absolutely would! Product packaging came with poorly affixed stickers ensuring it could not be returned. Through email correspondence I explained the product was not as expected. I had absolutely not opened the package but the sticker on it appeared to have not been affixed well exposing a "void" message. Customer service refused return. I no longer trust this company for unethical practices!

Envío internacional muy riesgoso

Buen día, con respecto a mi pedido del 18 de agosto, el servicio al cliente aunque demorando día tras dia, me dio una solución y fue muy amable, HICE UN PEDIDO SECUNDARIO. Pero sigo pensando que no hay una rápida atención al cliente.
LO TERRIBLE DE TODO ESTO, es que tengo dos pedidos atrapados. EL PRIMERO está detenido por un error del remitente donde no concuerda un documento con otro, por lo que tiene una multa, y sigo en espera, pues cuando advertí algo raro en el seguimiento me dijeron que no pasaba nada, ahora si no se paga esa multa no podré recibir el producto.
EL SEGUNDO es más pequeño y es posible que lo pierda, pues uno de los ítems es restringido en mi país. Aún no llega a Peru, pero parece que habrá solución. Pero, EL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN ES TARDADO Y NO CONTESTAN Las LLAMADAS. Corro el riesgo de perder los paquetes o pagar multas. DESEARÍA DE VERDAD QUE LA ATENCIÓN FUERA RÁPIDA, Y ASÍ EVITAR TODO ESTO. Por ahora tengo dos pedidos detenidos, uno de ellos con una multa de 140 dólares aprox, por error del remitente y que no contestó a FedEx. Todo esto debido a las complicaciones con la comunicación!! Tal vez por aquí reciba una pronta respuesta…
O mejor aún! Un número de contacto. En esta desesperación y pese a haber enviado mi número a todos los medios posibles. Desearía que lelo contacte conmigo pronto

!ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL TEMA!
El paquete con el producto restringido, eran condones, y era un asunto de restricción en Peru. Pero se logró solucionar y llegó perfectamente.
Pese al estrés tengo esperanza en que todo tendrá una solución
En cuanto al primer paquete aún no recibo información, pero sé que aún existe la multa y está detenido.
El customer que me atendió las compras hizo lo que estuvo a su alcance para ayudarme y eso lo agradezco.
Pero desearía poder tener un número, o contacto para emergencias o compras internacionales que pudiesen contestar con mayor brevedad.

Exceptional Customer Support

I mistakenly didn't add a free gift to my cart when making an order - when it didn't arrive I reached out to support and Ivan quickly resolved the issue in a super friendly manner. Not to mention the products that did arrive are of incredible quality. 10/10 Experience.

Good Customer Care

I bought a Sona 2 Cruise, (the product is really good, lots of others will tell you) but it didn't arrive at my house. After contacting Customer Care, Lelo directly sent me another one, in addition to offering me a coupon in exchange for a review on Trustpilot. Which I'm happy to do!

Didn’t receive order and LELO not responding to my emails

Was sent a new order, which arrived super quick.

Unfortunately I never received my order, despite the shipping company claiming it had been delivered. Have sent customer care a 4-5 emails and I have heard nothing from them. So disappointed as it was my first time ordering from the company and most of the reviews were good. And this is such a simple issue to resolve so really don’t understand why none of my emails have been responded too.

Excellent experience

I have been buying, recommending and gifting Lelo since 2017, as to my experience they are the best toy company out there. This time I had an issue and had to contact customer support and the only what I can say Lelo’s customer support is a gold standard. My issue was resolved within a few days, even though I purchased the product from a third party shop. They stand by their product and quality and totally worth the price. Exceptionally well made products. Special thanks to Ivan from customer support for an outstanding service.

LELO makes top notch products

This company makes premium self/couples care products that you can recognize by their look and feel. I’ve bought several of their products for my wife and myself over the last few years, and so far they’ve all been well made and have met our standards. The customer service I received from them during my last purchase experience was excellent and is what prompted this review. I was initially apprehensive about spending the money, because these are not inexpensive items. But the saying is true that you get what you pay for, and that goes for LELO products as well- you pay a premium price, but you get premium craftsmanship and customer support.

Lelo is the BEST. No question.

First of all, products from this company are very high quality and the customer service is exceptional. The Billy 2 (it's all I own - for now!) build quality is top notch. No way will you find a better made product. Once you receive and use it, you'll know why Lelo products are a bit more expensive. The craftsmanship is phenomenal and will last for years to "come". It's a no-brainer, they're totally worth every penny. If you have a problem, customer service will help you. If they don't have an immediate answer, they will find a better solution for you, rest assured. I only wish there was a forum to interact with other users because if you're the type of person to buy Lelo, that's a REALLY good thing to have in common ; ) Keep it up, Lelo. I certainly will :D

I would only give the Product (S1F V3) I used a 3 star. It just wasn't for me. I also had a few technical issues with the product. If that was all, I would give 3 stars, however, the customer support woman I delta with was fantastic. She made sure I was taken care of and did everything in her power to make me happy. It's only because of her that I will give other products a go and maybe, just maybe, I'll find one that hits all the right spots.

Refuse les retours - arnaque - à fuir

J'ai commandé un produit, ne l'ai pas utilisé puis ait changé d'avis et souhaite le retourner. Cette entreprise refuse les retours pour un produit non utilisé, je les litige, fait opposition sur ma carte, c'est une vaste arnaque. Je porte également plainte contre eux auprès des autorités. A fuir. Ne commandez jamais chez eux. Une fois que votre paiement est fait, bon courage pour retrouver votre argent. D'autres concurrents ont un service bien meilleur. C'est la loi d'accepter le retour d'un produit. J'ai également signalé l'arnaque à leur partenaire de paiements. - commande 5592262
