Pakket is al 3 weken onderweg en niet aangekomen

Pakket is al 3 weken onderweg. Ligt al sinds 30 december 2024 op een fedex locatie. Na een telefoontje op 8 januari 2025 om 13.30 uur komt er ineens een update. Auto heeft fedex locatie verlaten om 15.33/uur en pakketje is afgeleverd om 16.15. Wonderlijk want het is 1 uur en 20 minuten rijden naar mijn locatie. Maar natuurlijk pakketje NIET afgeleverd. Bestel hier NOOIT iets.

I ordered two items and neither of them…

I ordered two items and neither of them were received. I even got the overnight shipping. The tracking is terrible, it shows that it was delivered to an address in a different state two years ago. This feels like a scam to me. Buyer beware.

Vibration is weak

Vibration is weak, and the entire thing died won’t turn on or off, just keeps lighting up the buttons, and I’ve only had it for 4 months AND ITS EXPENSIVE

The F1SV3 is weak and ineffective. Does not hold a charge and is too small for an XL. I am currently trying to get my money back.

Great experience with LELO

Intermediate sextoy user, I discovered Lelo a few weeks ago and a observed a significant gap compare to the standard of other brands.
Lelo products are beautiful and efficient!
Lelo website and application are a joy to visit and navigate.
I faced an issue with my account in lelo app and the support team immediately helped me solve it efficiently.

The only ways to progress that I see are keep pushing innovation with fair prices, make the product version upgrade clearer and add a kegel kit for men to the product portfolio 😊

Un service client au petit soin

J’ai commandé un jouet pendant le Black Friday et j’étais éligible à un 2ème gratuit. Cependant, j’ai ajouté une réduction supplémentaire qui m’a fait passer sous le seuil sans m’en rendre compte. En contactant le service client (très rapide et clair), ils m’ont proposé une solution : commander un produit peu cher et utiliser un code pour obtenir le jouet gratuit, avec la livraison incluse.

De plus, le coloris que j’avais choisi était en rupture, mais ils m’ont informée avec transparence que je pouvais soit choisir une autre couleur, soit patienter jusqu’à mi-décembre.

Je suis très, très agréablement surprise par leur réactivité et leur excellent service. Un grand merci à eux !

Scatole aperte e rimborso negato

Il corriere ha consegnato il pacco che dopo un’ora ho aperto per valutare i miei acquisti.
Il pacco sembrava stato richiuso con uno scotch diverso rispetto al resto della confezione, e dentro i tre articoli sembravano stati aperti. Si notava leggermente il sigillo usurato e riattaccato. Non ho nemmeno aperto i pacchetti e ho richiesto il reso. Dato che era un regalo non ho più bisogno di questi prodotti perché ovviamente non ho potuto consegnarli essendo già stati aperti, ed ho acquistato altri regali. Mi stanno negando il rimborso e vorrebbero sostituirmi i prodotti. Contatterò una associazione di categoria per essere tutelato nei miei diritti. Mai più acquisti da Lelo. Attenti.

Customer service was great!

Customer service was great!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Tonka and they were able to help me register my device!!! I was missing the paper but they asked for a picture and was able to register my device. Very happy with the service!!!

Buzz off.

Absolute disgraceful customer service, ordered one of their sona cruise 2 which wasn’t cheap, the first one arrived it wouldn’t turn on at all and wouldn’t charge, tried getting them to swap it which they did, however multiple emails were sent, I had to register the device, I had to send videos proving it didn’t work or charge, then when they agreed that it was faulty, I had to send videos of me dismantling it taking the battery out ripping the silicon off it, this process took about two weeks before a new one was sent out as there not very quick at replying. The new one arrived today turned it on to make sure it works and it won’t turn off. It’s absolutely red hot, the buttons aren’t working and the device will not turn off. Stay clear of this company and there products.

No reply from customer service at all


I made an order and paid by Ali Pay for £103 (966rmb). Since I have made the payment, I haven't received any email confirmation. I didn't register when I made the order, just continue as a guest, but I left my email address and my address correctly. After found there was no email sent to me, I registered with my email, but my order list is empty.
So I don't know what to do now, I have made the payment. I only have the screen shot of my Ali Pay record with the order number.

I have tried to email them customercare email, IT support email, emea-support email, it has been 3 days, no one give me a single reply. I tried to call their customer support number, it always say the agent is with another client and ask me to leave a message. I left message but no one reply to me either.
It's so disappointing!!! Can't imagine Such a famous brand has this poor customer service!

Great Customer Service

I had a decent experience with my device but was still hesistant about how to use it properly and if it was a good fit for me, after asking a few questions the customer care advised me to swap it for a bigger one, and it went from nice to great glad that he took the time to give me recommendations !

Le SAV est une blague et la marque devenue peu sérieuse , la satisfaction du client, on s'en fiche !

J’ai voulu me racheter un sona, le 1er de la marque, silicone percé après plusieurs années d’utilisation.
Je commande le même avec la même référence. Constat : ce n’est pas le même, plusieurs changements ont été faits dans les modes, la puissance est devenue ridicule, bref, lorsqu’on achète un produit avec le même nom, et en sachant que la marque a sorti d’autres versions après, on est censé retrouver le même modèle, non ? Eh bien pas chez eux et en plus sur la notice il est indiqué en petit à la fin que des changements peuvent être faits sans qu’on en soit avertis, super ! Et ce, sur plusieurs produits !
Bref, commence un bras de fer… Qui ne donne rien. J’envoie des vidéos de l’ancien et du nouveau, j’explique les différents problèmes. C'est véridique!
J’ai eu autant de réponses que de personnes derrière l’ordi je pense ! En voici qqunes, totalement ubuesques.
1) on ne voit pas les différence entre les deux (malgré tout ça!!!)
2) peut -être est- ce défectueux ?
3) pourriez-vous me donner le numéro du premier pour qu’on regarde si des changements ont eu lieu ?
5) on ne peut pas vous garantir que des changements ont eu lieu
6) détruisez l’objet reçu et fonctionnel pour qu’on vous rembourse (si j’ai bien compris), non mais, on marche sur la tête ! Bien sur je vais aller tripoter une batterie au lithium et si après on ne me rembourse pas l’objet pour encore une raison à la mords moi le nœud ?
Sans déconner, refus de retour alors que c’est TOTALEMENT mensonger de vendre un produit pas identique sous le même nom , ni même un remboursement (car au final, je sais que je peux faire une croix sur ce sextoy, je ne retrouverai jms le même!)
A fuir, résolument, je n’achèterai plus rien de cette marque ! Cela fait plus d'un mois qu'ils m'amusent et ne proposent RIEN de satisfaisant comme option !
Ah et cerise sur le gâteau : mon avis négatif mentionnant un changement dans le produit ... supprimé (ou jamais mis) sur le site !
Maj le 12 février : non, je n ai pas reçu de formulaire via trustpilot de lelo.

I placed an order they took 2 payments of £194 and I didn’t receive a confirmation of order
Now I’m down £388 and don’t know if I’m even getting my order. I’ve tried to contact customer support but with out success

Garantie difficile à faire appliquer

J'ai acheté un objet qui est tombé en panne de batterie et avec une telle conception c'était irréparable.
- Beaucoup trop de mails (+ d'une trentaine) pour faire marcher leur code promo
- On m'a demandé de désosser l'objet défectueux. Sauf que même avec les outils adéquats, c'est dangereux, on peut se blesser. Ce n'était pas à moi, en tant que cliente, de faire ça. Mais plutôt à un SAV.
- on m'a demandé une vidéo pour témoigner de la panne. Elle devait faire moins de 20 Mo, donc obligée de télécharger une application pour compresser les vidéos. Ça ne m'aurait pas gênée d'en rester là. Mais qu'on me demande en + de le désosser au risque de me faire mal, là je trouve ça inadmissible.
En résumé, très déçue de payer aussi cher un article qui tombe en panne. Et pour faire jouer la garantie c'est un calvaire.

Nous demandons une vidéo montrant le problème rencontré par le client afin d'éviter de nous renvoyer l'appareil défectueux. Cela permet au client de gagner du temps pour recevoir l'article de remplacement dans les plus brefs délais. De plus, en démontant l'appareil, il est possible de s'en débarrasser de manière responsable et écologique.

Ordering and purchasing was easy

Great customer service.

From the shopping to the customer service, this has been such an easy and pleasant experience. I had issues with USPS mishandling and losing my package, I reached out to customer service and within hours they answered me and issued me a replacement for my missed items. They even went above and beyond and sent it with a different carrier so it would get lost again. Thank you so much Valentina for helping me out and for the rest of the LELO team.
