LELO has been a great website and application for toy advice and trying to find the right fit for me and my husband. What sold me on using this company than cheaper products found in competitive websites and specialty stores is the 1& 10 year warranties.

Additionally, when I was having complications with my purchase and its Bluetooth connection, contacting customer support was relatively easy. They were able to resolve the issue within a day and a half and I can say I’m more than pleased with the result ;).

Lelo is a great company for anyone or any couple looking to increase the level of fun in the bedroom. The items are made with very high quality materials and in my own experience I have not had an issue with any item I have purchased. The customer service is excellent, I recently had an issue with a purchase that was resolved almost instantly. Valentina was very helpful with my order and responded to my request in a very timely manner. I would suggest purchasing from Lelo to anyone looking to try new things or increase their pleasure for solo or couples play.

Bought an enigma. What an over hyped disappointment. My wife started laughing and threw it across the room and said that is not a sex toy. It’s a scam. She loved the rabbit but I think they’ve run out of ideas. Customer support is just as useless. We’ve had your money and it’s none refundable. I’m in the wrong business.

Super disappointed in this product :/ I’ve supported Lelo before and recommended many friends to purchase, because I’ve never had any problems. But I just purchased the lelo and have had hardly any use before it completely stopped working when I went to use it.

I’ve heard that these can last up to two years so to only get a couple of uses out of a horrendously expensive product is super disappointing, especially when I’ve tried to be such a loyal customer

Malereusement je dois mettre 3 étoiles a cause des trop nombreux problèmes de livraisons que j'ai eu pour la Belgique. 3 livraisons et aucune d'entre elle ne s'est bien passées.

Heureusement leur service client est au top et réactif ce qui augmente ma note.

Rien a redire sur les produits qui sont très qualitatif

J'ai contacté le service client pour obtenir de l'aide sur un délai de livraison et les solutions apportées ont été efficaces et rapides.
Je peux d'ores et déjà saluer le serieux de la société.
Avis à mettre à jour une fois que l'utilisatrice aura testé le produit 😉

Give Nina a Raise! — Excellent Customer Service.

I heard good things about Lelo before and wanted to purchase as a Valentine's day gift.

The parcel did not arrive in time and despite my despair, Nina in Customer Care was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Please give this woman a raise and/or a break! She deserves it. I'm not big on writing reviews. The only reason I am even writing this review because of how kind, patient, and attentive she was throughout.

I had two conversations with the customer service and both were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I am yet to receive my order but cannot fault the customer service I received. Would definitely reccomed

My first Lelo was the SONA, I loved it. After couple years decided to purchase another one, was when I decided do get to a different one, Soraya and received ad a gift the IDA wave!! OMG! Ida is my best friend, it took me some time to learn the best way to use it, which mode i liked and which position my body should be. Now Soraya is just hanging on my bedside table. LOL thanks LELO for sending IDA as a gift :) Also i did purchased on official website, and the delivery was really fast!

Please do not purchase from these scammers as that is what they are;
Scammers. The item they sent my partner was broken and therefore could not use it whatsoever. My partner contacted them the day it arrived to tell them it arrived broken but they absolutely refuse to refund despite it being a legal requirement under the distance selling act. They send you broken items and run off with your money, they are thieves and scam artists. We now are putting a claim in with the bank as they will not get away with it.

Have also contacted trading standards.

Edit: in response to your comments below. Ny husband has been speaking to you for a week already and you are still refusing to refund. We have sent all the screenshot and information to trading standards and the point of purchase. You will not get away with this

J'ai testé le stimulateur clitoridien. Je n'ose plus y toucher, c'est trop intense et aucun homme ni même mes doigts ne peuvent arriver à ça.

J'ai donc fait une recherche et eu confirmation qu'il pouvait y avoir une accoutumance et de faire attention de pouvoir continuer de jouir lors des rapports intimes ou même solo

Perso j'ai peur du retouché j'avais pas envisagé le problème et je tiens à mes sensations en cadre normal

Purchased the Sona cruise 2 and it was a terrible experience for me. Downright painful and bruising. They would not let me publish a negative review. That’s even more disappointing. Looking on Reddit, I saw several negative reviews of this product causing injury and pain but on their site it’s mostly glowing reviews. I wanted to warn others of how skewed they are making their reviews. Not to be trusted. I was fooled by their high-end marketing.

I have two Lelo products, Sona Cruise and Sona 2 Cruise, and have really enjoyed them. Although I feel like the Sona 2 is lacking a bit compared to the Sona, I've still been pleased with my purchase. Now, the Sona Cruise has been phenomenal. I've had it for about 5-6 years and it has not let me down until recently it stopped working :( but that was totally my fault. Lelo's customer service is top notch- always personable and so helpful. I can say they've definitely earned my continued business and will recommend to all my friends 👌👌

I would give -10 stars if I could! All of their products are mid and lackluster at best. If you want to spend 5 times the normal prices for pretty nightstand pieces, go ahead. I have 4 of their products and would rate them all a 1. The one product that was somewhat enjoyable had mechanical issues out of the box and the silicone material split within 6 months of use, I’ve spent another 6 months being hounded for “more videos” to honor THEIR warranty. Avoid this company like the plague if you can

After a delevery problem (order were lost in Austria), the costumer service answered quickly. When it was clear the parcel was lost, they send me another one with fast shipping. Two days later I got the product.
Amazing costumer service, very responsive and efficient.
Even before using their product Lelo gave me joy.
The toys is also very good and bring strong sensations.
