Ordered a blade for my mower Aug 18th. I was informed by email the morning after (19th) that the item is due to be re stocked later that week and offered an apology and options if I could not wait. After looking around it seemed obvious this blade was low in stock everywhere, so I decided to wait. As this isn't the first time I've struggled to get this blade I replied and ordered a spare with them in the process. They both turned up on the 26th August.

Ordered a Mower blade on the 14th Sept stock, now the 26th Sept and still no blade, Not once have they contacted me to let me know there might be an issue.
when i did email them after waiting 10 days they replied saying well you can cancel the order. STAY AWAY. Thanks for your response and yes you have put this right buy send a blade out today. Thursday last week when I chased it up I was told it's out of stock, we are getting new stock Tueaday and will ship out a new blade then for a Wednesday delivery. Today you say the carriers lost the shipment. Sorry it don't add up. You were helpful thank you.

OK the summary is - give these guys a miss. The detail is this. I ordered a part with the correct part number. I checked the photo on their website and the part was shown as expected. It took a while to come (they ship from Ireland before they ship within the UK). The part that arrived was not the part in the photo - and had a different part number. I raised this with them and they repeatedly tried to tell me that they had shipped the right part. Even when I pointed out the part number on the received item was wrong the dimensions were wrong AND it clearly wasn't the part in the photo - they still tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and that they had shipped the right part. They only offered to cover return postage costs as a "gesture of goodwill" when in fact I was protected under the Consumer Rights Act. It's fair to say they won't be getting any further business from me - and I've told all my neighbours to avoid them also.
Parts ordered Monday 12th Aug 8:30am, still not received on Saturday 17th. Postage was free. Luckily what I've ordered is very cheap but the delay is unacceptable. I emailed them on Thursday, had a reply on Friday morning assuring the part was shipped on Tuesday 13th; saying that, even using second class in the UK, the part should have arrived on Friday.
Update; Monday 19th August.
Part arrived this morning.
Upon further investigation, the part came from the Irish branch and they've used AN Post initially to ship the part from Tipperary Ireland. This is why they state in the postage section of the website that deliveries can take up to 6 days.
What was annoying for me, the part I ordered was for a time sensitive job and I was expecting delivery within a few days (or at least by the weekend, which unfortunately didn't happen). 7 days from Ireland still seems a long time, but then they didn't use royal mail.
I think this postage information should be made a bit more clearer in the shipping info section of the website, or if the part ordered is going to be shipped from the Irish branch they should let you know when ordering, instead of using the English Web shop and just saying 'parts in stock'.
So in the end, the part arrived in 7 days. It's now fitted to the customers machine and I'll deliver it tomorrow.

I ordered a blade for my Stihl hedge trimmer on the 4th July. Its now 23rd July. I ring until I'm cut off. I've e-mailed and had not response.
Very dissatisfied so far.
1 star is too much for this seller. I ordered a part for which I received order confirmation. A day later they tell me that they have no stock and they expect a delay of 7 to 10 working days before they will receive any stock. I demand a refund by email and the following day they eventually reply and tell me my refund will take a couple of days to appear in my account.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Untrustworthy, incompetent, who knows ? Just don't use them.
I’m a little surprised that apart from a standard we’ll get back to you review I’ve had no response after 4days to my email request. Also long wait to get hold of them on the phone. On verge of giving up .
Company seems to have many of the same complaints from customers that Pay for genuine parts and receive cheap knock off products Then they say I'm reviewing a different company on trust pilot yet the Ireland and UK pages both share the same logo . They try their hardest to have these reviews taken down .
Poor , poor service.ordered Fuel Oil Petrol Cap : 51048-2083, 14069-0017 on fifth of May 24. No emails explaining delivery is about to happen or when item is out of stock.it is now the first of June . No joy! am very fortunate to have other strimmers , otherwise I would have been stumped. Thanks to these for the part ordered , and paid for ! If you advertise to sell it then deliver it. I’ll think twice about using these again. And I wouldn’t recommend. Unless they can deliver part with compensation ?
Having checked this company online I don't know why it seems to get a bad rep. I found them to be excellent. I ordered a part, asked for verification of my order which I got promptly. Them the part was delivered to France in 7 days. In my humble opinion this is great service. Don't be put off, I would definately use this company again, probably quite soon.

Primary belt for a John Deere ride on mower ordered on 11/09/23, its now 22/09 and the part has not arrived despite my money being taken. I have emailed and messaged, initially for an update, but as my mower is out of commission I've had to purchase from another source ( already arrived)
I have since written asking for a full refund and tried calling the customer number. I have not received a response or managed to get anyone to answer my calls ( at least 4 attempts for several minutes).
This appears to be a scam company, and I am currently £62 out of pocket.
I strongly suggest you avoid at all costs.
I now have to start small claims proceedings to get my money back. So sick of poor performing or scamming companies.
Good range of parts, well priced, delivery within week as promised. Blade adaptor for my 20 yr old Castelgarden, no problem.
Their website is easy to use, and has a good range of products at reasonable prices. I found the delivery via Royal Mail to be reasonably prompt from Tipperary Ireland.
Note despite the .co.uk domain name, it is not a UK company, it is based in Ireland. In my case it caused no problem, but potentially for larger purchases you may need to watch out for Import taxes. VAT was correctly charged for a business to consumer transaction.
