I’d update my last review but you choose not to reply and I see you haven’t commented.
As I can’t reply to your message. I wonder why! I stand corrected I got the name wrong: Shane Donnelly this is correct name. I’m happy to upload all the email with correct name and picture of incorrect part if helps? Also my order number is: 34789. And for clarity I ordered it 28th March 2026 as you stated you can’t find an order for that part. Shocking. It took 6 weeks to arrive and as stated before you sent me the wrong part.
Order a part for MS260 chainsaw (chain break). On order stated would arrive in 4-5 working days. Had an email two weeks later stating due to current conflict that the order would be week later. Didn’t think much more. Then waited another week and still no part so contacted and Shaun Derry replied saying it would be dispatched that week. In totally took 6weeks to arrive (paid £4 for delivery). Part arrives and not even the correct part for that model of chainsaw despite advertising it was on order. I’ve emailed them and just ignored me despite sending pictures an email when I’ve asked for a refund.
To be honest I would never shop hear again or recommended to anyone for the following;
1. 6 weeks for part is shocking when states 4-5 working days.
2. Send wrong parts.
3. Incorrect advertising.
4. Refusal to respond and resolve their mistake.
5. Left out of pocket.
Avoid this company like plague.

We also note that despite claiming we have ignored you, we have previously responded publicly to your review and have not received any further direct contact from yourself via email, live chat or telephone to allow us to properly investigate and resolve the matter.

Ordered a lawn mower belt two weeks ago. Still not arrived. No one answers the phone just rings out until they eventually hang up. Advises you to email to use online chat to which they respond to neither. 48hrs have passed since contact and still nothing.
Next step is to report them as a fraudulent company as no goods, paid for the item and delivery, and no way of speaking with anyone.
Seriously purchase from someone else and save yourself the hassle. Wish I had!

We are sorry that you feel this way, however a number of statements within this review are incorrect.
You were advised by email on multiple occasions regarding a delay with this order and the order was dispatched last week. We can also see that you contacted us twice via our live chat system and both chats were responded to by our team. We have not received any email responses back from you following these updates, nor any email from you.
Regarding the phones, our system is intentionally configured to limit hold times to 5 minutes due to extremely high call volumes. If a call is not answered within this time, customers are advised to contact us via email or live chat so we can manage queries more efficiently.
We completely appreciate delays are frustrating, however suggesting the company is fraudulent is simply untrue. Your order was processed, updated and dispatched accordingly.

Ordered a gasket 27th April reference number is: 7G5J60, the email indicated “Your order is now processed and being dispatched.” Have emailed and used chatbot, had no reply from them.
Now ordered a new gasket from another company as now need it urgently, the chatbot is currently at 17 hours and not been read by them. Asked for refund.

Ordered a part two weeks ago (showed in stock) for a customer of mine.
Have phoned multiple times - have not been answered once.
Have emailed - always an automated response.
Have tried the chatbot - just comes up as delivered.
I’ve been in the small engine trade now for over 12 years and have never experienced worse customer service.
No part should take over 2 weeks to arrive - unless of course the part wasn’t in stock. With Honda however i usually find its next day delivery.
For whatever reason Im unable to reply to the below reply so il just edit my review.
Yes you did eventually get in touch about the fact the order was delayed, however when i asked for proof of the “warehouse email” you were unable to provide it. Instead just telling me to check my junk folder.
I received no email to state that my order had been delayed.
You have stated i have not responded to whether or not I would like to cancel the order, this is correct. As the only responses i have received are through the chat i am unable to respond.
I would of course phone or email you with my answer however i’m unlikely to receive a response.
I’m more interested to see how long the part will actually take to arrive and then i can add it onto my review.
I have since ordered the part (from a different supplier) and received confirmation that it is due to arrive tomorrow.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. However, we did contact you by email to advise that there was a minimum 2 week delay on this order and this was also confirmed again via our live chat system when you contacted us.
At that point we asked whether you wished to continue waiting for the part or receive a full refund, however we have still not received a response to this question.
We fully appreciate delays are frustrating, especially when parts are needed for customers, but in this case we did proactively communicate the delay and offer a refund option. Unfortunately some manufacturer and supplier delays are outside of our direct control.
If you would still like to proceed with a refund instead of waiting for the order, please simply reply to our last message and we will arrange this for you.
No delivery, no communication
Ordered parts 2 weeks ago - still not received dispatch confirmation. I've tried calling 10 times, sent 3 emails, and tried the chatbot - all contact is ignored. I'm afraid I'll be resorting to ebay next time.
The reply below states that the warehouse contacted me - I've gone through emails and spam and the definitely have not - the only message I received about the order was that it was dispatched (which is clearly was not).

I can see that our warehouse had previously emailed you regarding a delay with this order due to a stock issue. We also responded to your email from Wednesday afternoon within our advised 48 working hour communication turnaround.
Our phone lines are currently extremely busy due to the seasonal demand we are experiencing, however we certainly are not ignoring customer communications.
We completely understand the frustration caused by delays and apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Broken item and Poor customer service
Purchased a part for my mower, it didn’t work. So I called, and called, they didn’t pick up, email were non responsive as well (only one answer to several emails)…. Their online chat bot may as well not be there, I am £108 out of pocket, and they are just not cooperating…..
Customer service SUCKS!!
Just as an update, 20 minutes after this review, I got an answer back from them. I requested a refund and I’m going to shop somewhere else.

To clarify, the part supplied was a brand new genuine Husqvarna component. The queries raised in your emails related to diagnosing faults with the machine itself rather than an issue with the part supplied. Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to remotely diagnose or troubleshoot individual machines, as there can be a number of underlying causes beyond the part fitted.
We can also confirm that we had responded to your enquiry prior to this review being left, and as you’ve noted, we followed up again shortly afterwards. At this time of year we are handling a very high volume of enquiries, particularly from customers needing help diagnosing machines, which has led to delays, and for that we do apologise. We are currently bringing in and training additional staff to help improve response times.
As already advised, you’re welcome to return the item for a full refund, which will be processed promptly once it’s received back with us.
Disappointing customer service
Well, the catalogue is broad and the company carry a wide range of parts. However, the customer service, picking up of emails is very slow. It feels as if customer service is one person, Freddie, overwhelmed and protected by the automated query acknowledgement and promise to get back to you. But don't hold your breath. Wrong size primer bulb sent to me...long journey. I wish I had gone to a local supplier. I have no acknowledgement of the return and the refund, who knows. Disappointing service is the bottom line.

We also need to point out that this matter was unfortunately made more difficult to resolve, as the return correspondence and details were not consistently sent directly to us. Some of the emails appear to have been sent back to yourself rather than to our support team, which meant we did not receive the information needed to process things as quickly as we would have liked.

Chasing a part for an obsolete sit-on mower
Confirmed part was not in stock and advised correctly when it would be shipped to their Irish branch for onward transmission to the UK.
When I left a call-back message with the Manchester office regarding tracking the goods, as I had misread the tracking number, a gentleman responded promptly and courteously. The parts were delivered today as promised.
