Initially poor service but it improved
I would’ve given 5 stars as the service I eventually received was good. However when I originally enquired about the spare part I required it was out of stock.
I filled in my details to let me know when it comes back into stock.
During this time I contacted Lamona and I was eventually told that the part had been discontinued. Only to find that the part came back into stock. I was not told it had come back into stock. It was just by chance I checked. Initially very poor customer service. When I ordered the spare part the service was good and a reasonably quick delivery

3 times we booked an engineer and three times he failed to turn up. The booking system was awful and the dishwasher was out of service for nearly 8 weeks before finally an engineer came. The excuse was that it was parcelled out to third parties each time... Not good enough

Cannot fault both engineers who visited my house both pleasant and professional and treated my property like theirs, the only problem is with the link you send to make an appointment this does not work and you have to make a telephone call to make an appointment which i found very frustrating does it really take 20 minutes for someone to look up an appointment and two different call handlers to make this appointment bearing in mind your customers have to pay for this call
