I ordered a freezer drawer body and front (two separate parts) on 17/03/26. After checking my account online, I found no order visible so I submitted a webform enquiry on 21/03/26. I didn’t receive a response until 24/03, when I was told the order was in the process of being dispatched. It’s also worth noting there’s no phone number to speak to anyone directly, which made things more frustrating.

The drawer body eventually arrived on 29/03, but the front was missing. I chased this again via webform the same day and received a reply on 31/03 stating it was due to be picked that day and dispatched the following day. To their credit, when I raised concerns, they agreed to upgrade the delivery to next day as a gesture of goodwill.

The missing part finally arrived on 04/04 so not quite next day.

Overall, the experience was very slow and communication was limited, with delays at each stage and no easy way to speak to someone directly. However, the issue was eventually resolved, and the goodwill gesture of next day delivery was appreciated.

Additionally I needed some glass shelves for the freezer and didn't want to go through this again so I went directly to the Howdens dealer that provided the kitchen. The parts arrived within 2 days.

The site is awful to navigate. Every time you pick an item it goes back to the beggining.

The guy arrived looked and said I can't take your dishwasher out so I can't look at it. All because we had a floor covering fitted after the dishwasher was installed?!!!¡!!!!!!! So what now. The company who fitted the floor said there wasn't a problem with it so we now have a dishwasher that doesn't work and no one to repair it!!!!!!!!

Engineer visit was good however the follow up should not have been needed to chase the fact that the spare parts the engineer ordered had not arrived, after i had to make a call to chase this the item finally arrived on 2 separate days in 2 separate packages

Bought a new freezer compartment door was delivered a broken door with bits missing and clearly 2nd hand

Great service. Was able to track the engineer. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Great priduct, easy to order and payment. But did take a while to arrive.

Not very good on dealing with returns. Emails are not answered. Refund remains unrefunded!

Small window for arrival time

The engineer was, prompt, friendly and very efficient.

I paid Lamona Spares £61.51 for two items a. oven tray and b. oven tray wire insert. They have sent me the wire tray insert and i did not receive the tray.
So, I asked them to either send me the tray within 7 days or arrange to take the back the wire insert and provide a full refund. I haven't heard anything since. I would not use them again. They were suggested to me by Howdens Joinery as they supply the lamona Ovens, hobs etc

On time, efficient well manned and job done

Does this company actually get back to customers. I made an order thurs (last week) £6.95 delivery and still waiting for item and 2 contact us forms sent and no response. A tel number would be appreciated

The shelves didn’t fit my fridge. They were too small even though it said my model

Rang them up to get a quote because the hob and the oven (both electric) were not working. They said that I would have to pay 2 charges because both items weren't working, but use the same plug! How ridiculous. 2 charges warrants 2 engineers. Very unhelpful and I won't purchase any items from them again.

It took a week before they even sent the stocked goods out. I got the items nearly 2 weeks after ordering them. The parts were correctly packaged and were fine
