Laced Hair is a women owned hair extension and hair care brand based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 2010 by Lacy Gadegaard-West, we create 100% ethically sourced Remy human hair extensions for stylists and their clients, in a wide range of colors, lengths and methods, including tape ins, hand tied and interLACED wefts, keratin bonds and clip ins. Our Laced Hair Care line is professional scalp and hair care made to keep both natural hair and extensions healthy, soft and lasting longer, from our Scalp Serum and Scalp Exfoliating Shampoo to our Hydrating Oil and Conditioning Masque. Through Laced Academy, we train and certify stylists in extension methods, color matching and installation, both in person and online. Salons can grow with us through our Hair for Days wholesale program, or launch their own extension line with our White Label program. I love the hair, but
This is by far the worst customer service in the beauty industry. I’ve been a stylist for 20 years. The last hair extensions I bought (last because I will no longer use their product) lasted 5 months. They gave me 5% off my next purchase- a whopping $17. They are rude and don’t stand behind their own product. The founder is super sweet but has entrusted her company into the wrong hands. Buy elsewhere!

Received hand tied wefts and half
The pack was covered in glue at the top and all stuck together. Customer service took serval days to get back to me. And I needed to use half the pack that wasn’t glued on my guest that was sitting in my chair when I opened up pack. They said they can only do anything if Shipped back the whole pack. I sent management a video of the hair, and nothing came of it. Overall was very disappointed , the hair cost almost $800.

I've been using the weft hair 4 a…
I've been using the weft hair 4 a little more than two years now and the quality is really really good! The downside is I am blond and the lightest color of their blond always has way too much yellow in it so it looks brassy and the newest ice color is to Gray. The only other negative is that since I've been using this product it's increased by 30% in price..

I have had great luck with this company! Great shades to choose from. My only complaint is they are often out of stock of hand tied wefts! (But so is everyone these days!) Laced has excellent customer service and products!
