Laced Hair is a women owned hair extension and hair care brand based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 2010 by Lacy Gadegaard-West, we create 100% ethically sourced Remy human hair extensions for stylists and their clients, in a wide range of colors, lengths and methods, including tape ins, hand tied and interLACED wefts, keratin bonds and clip ins. Our Laced Hair Care line is professional scalp and hair care made to keep both natural hair and extensions healthy, soft and lasting longer, from our Scalp Serum and Scalp Exfoliating Shampoo to our Hydrating Oil and Conditioning Masque. Through Laced Academy, we train and certify stylists in extension methods, color matching and installation, both in person and online. Salons can grow with us through our Hair for Days wholesale program, or launch their own extension line with our White Label program. Bad customer service! Hair is NOT consistent
I have loved Laced! I have used their hair, and I have referred my clients to them for years. On Black Friday, I ordered hair for myself. I had it installed and instantly knew something was different. The hair matted and was so hard to brush out! It was so bad I had to take the hair out. I was extremely disappointed because I have never experienced this before and I spent $300. I reached out to Laced through email and asked if this was normal. No response, I called the store and the girl told me she couldn’t help my but to email them again. I emailed, no response. I am so sad because I have loved Lace, but I will never order from them again, nor will my clients. After my experience talking to others, this has happened before! For as expensive as their hair is, and as much as I have ordered though them, you would think a response would be the least they could do.

Disappointed
I purchased a set of Laced Hair clip in extensions years ago through this company and the quality was great. They lasted me about two years and wore and styled them all the time! So, I decided to buy another set since the quality that I remember was awesome. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with my recent purchase. The quality of the hair I received is garbage. After only washing them once and having them for only one month, I can already tell that I will have to trash this hair within the next couple of months.. I emailed customer service letting them know that I was really upset about the quality of this hair and they didn't even respond. I am sad to say, that I will not be purchasing Laced Hair extensions ever again.

Laced hair is the only hair I will use
Laced hair is the only hair I will use. I am a repeat customer. The quality of hair is outstanding, and I recieved my extensions in the mail 1 day earlier than the fastest expected delivery date, and that was during a week with a holiday! I have used both wafts for hand tied extensions and keratin bonds and I love them both!

I received a package with no extensions. I had ordered before Black Friday when the hair was instock but no because they failed to ship the hair to me they are out of stock if the color I need. Poor customer service. Now I have no extensions for my client.

I just bought tape in extensions…
I just bought tape in extensions yesterday and washed them so they wouldn't look so shiny like "Barbie," hair as I have always done with previous extensions. The hair stinks and I washed it with high quality shampoo and have never had an issue with other brands of hair. This hair smells horrible and is still silky, I hope the smell goes away and the silky feel. Not to mention when I bought the hair, they said the tape on the extensions haven't been sticking and to buy a set of extra tape too. I was pressed for time and a function to attend so I had to get them still, but now this?!
After researching, this "burnt," smell on the extensions may be because this is NOT REAL remy hair! Previous extensions that I have purchased from different brands have never had this smell and after looking up this issue, I am being told there is a good chance this "Remy real hair," may actually be fake!
