I love laced hair and all their products. The quality of the hair is amazing and as long as it is cared for properly it will last a long time. They have a good variety of colors and lengths to choose from as well as installation methods.

Laced Hair has been my go to line of extensions for YEARS. I have tried many other brands for different projects or shoots, and the hair is never as good as Laced. You get what you pay for, strong, thick, healthy hair, no tangles ever, no colors that fade or are inconsistent. I would recommend trying Laced and you’ll be surprised at the quality. The team is always available and willing to help with my questions, and will work with me for whatever I need. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality Hair Extensions & amazing hair care products (the extension/color safe SPF is AMAZING).

I was on the hunt for a new brand of hair extensions and came across Laced Hair! They have met my expectations beyond what I and my clients could want and need! Their rapid response time is amazing, they actually care about their clients in a way that I've never experienced. The care they put into their products is shown in every aspect of their brand. This has been by far the best change I could have made for my career/salon and for my clients!

I’ve been using Laced Hair for quite a few years now. The quality is outstanding! I used to use Bohyme before their quality started to go down, hence the switch. Ive been using real hair extensions for over two decade, if not longer & Laced quality never disappoints. I especially love the InterLACED wefts. They are my new favourite. The colour selection is fantastic. I used to colour the wefts but now with the variety of colours, i no longer do that. Way less work & damage & i love mixing different colours for depth & dimension. I was a longtime Laced Hair customer, but this experience has made me lose confidence in the company.

I purchased $699.65 in Laced extensions, plus hundreds of dollars in professional installation costs. Within weeks, individual pieces began turning orange/copper while immediately adjacent pieces remained blonde, creating a very noticeable striped appearance.

Laced replaced the first set, but the replacement developed substantially the same problem within approximately 6½ weeks.

I have worn extensions for 5–6 years and have regularly used the same Jergens Natural Glow and Cetaphil face lotion during that time without experiencing this type of discoloration. Before Laced sent the replacement, I disclosed both products to them in writing. I was never specifically instructed to avoid avobenzone or told that continuing to use the products I had disclosed would void coverage.

I went to considerable effort and expense trying to eliminate possible causes. I paid for a professional detox that did not remove the discoloration, spent approximately $260 on a ShowerStick water softener, and changed my hair-care products even though my hairstylist did not believe my existing products were the problem.

When the replacement developed the same issue, Laced gave me materially different explanations. One representative stated in writing that testing of my original extensions found traces of avobenzone and that this voided my warranty. Another stated that Laced's CEO and GM reviewed the original extensions and concluded the discoloration was "most likely due to self tanner use." My Jergens Natural Glow does not contain avobenzone.

Laced has never provided me with the actual test results, explained how the hair was tested, or provided documentation showing how the alleged avobenzone finding established the cause of the discoloration. They also have never received, examined, or tested the replacement set.

My hairstylist examined the extensions and told me she has never seen extensions discolor this way and does not believe my products adequately explain the distinctive striped pattern.

I don't claim to know with certainty what caused the discoloration. What I do know is that two sets of approximately $700 extensions developed substantially the same problem within weeks.

I requested a full refund and offered to return the current extensions upon Laced's agreement to issue it. Instead, Laced refused the refund and offered me $250 in store credit, which I declined.

After years as a customer, I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would not purchase Laced extensions again.

I've been using Laced hair extensions since 2012 and will never switch to another brand. I have tried several colors and have loved every one of them. When they added the hair care line I was so excited! The hydrating hair oil and the deep conditioning masque are my favorite.

Worst experience so far with any extension supplier. Ordered a wavy blonde. Received straight. Went through a ridiculous return process with extremely poor customer service. Waited and finally received wavy blonde and brown. Not what was ordered or pictured on the site. Decided enough was enough and asked for a refund ( hair in package, never opened). Even though they sent the wrong item twice they are refusing to refund. Apparently once you order you're locked in and they can send you whatever they want and keep your money. Regardless, going through a charge back and reporting them to their state, my state and federally for obvious reasons. However this turns out, will never order or use another product with their name again. Based on other reviews here, I am not alone. Too bad I didn't see this before I ordered. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid a costly mistake. Especially if the reviews about the hair quality are as bad as seen across the web.

These are my favorite spammers. It doesn't matter if it's a personal email or a corporate email in no way related to their garbage field, they'll fill your spam folder with garbage. Hat tip to the brand.

Absolute garbage hair extensions. They are not using real hair - it is cheap synthetic hair colored to make them appear like it’s remy but I promise it’s not. After one wash so much color came out in my shower I was horrified and using a heat protectant with a curling iron made it evident - wig hair. The ends are totally crusty and fried like a bad Halloween wig. Feel totally ripped off and I will be taking them out and using a more reputable company for extensions. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!

This hair is such a let down. I bought the waved hair. I don’t know what was in it but it was so dry and I’ve barely had them in a little over a week & they feel awful. I’ve worn extensions for years, I only decided to give this company a try because it’s local and I love to support local businesses. My hair dresser and I both were hesitant on even installing after we felt them, they felt crunchy. We went ahead and I’ve washed once and I can already tell they won’t last me but maybe a month. Very disappointing the return policy is no help to me at all 1300$ down the drain

I actually have had the best experience with Laced Hair. Not only are the extensions and color selections amazing but the new product they just released has really helped my natural hair so much!

I received Laced Hair extensions as my second pair of hand tied extensions. For a little background, the first brand that I received was Bombshell, and it was simply amazing. It looked and felt like my real hair and I got a ton of compliments on it. While I wasn't perfect, I did take care of these extensions well. Braiding them every night, used the recommended leave in at night treatments, I created my own dry shampoo with arrow root powder, corn starch, cocoa powder, and tea tree + peppermint essential oils, and I wash my hair once every two to three weeks. The ONLY reason I stopped using these extensions was because my hair actually outgrew them. My stylist still uses this as practice hair. They were 16 months old.

Fast forward to purchasing my next set of extensions. The salon my stylist worked for partnered with Laced Hair and raved about their extensions. I was going from 20" to 24" extensions (I actually got 25s cause that's what Laced offered for a length and we figured why not go longer) and though the price tag was heftier for Laced I was actually pretty pumped to try them as my wedding is coming up. Boy, was I disappointed.

My hair is black, which I'm told is one of the simplest hair extensions you can get because they don't need the extra color treatment that blonde extensions do. I was told the seal on these lasted a long time and they were supposed to become more and more like my hair the more I wore them. (Convenient there's only a 14 day return policy). After the first tie in, I noticed a lot of hair shedding when I brushed it. It was shiny and straight, would not hold a curl. I braid my hair every night, go to work with the waves and this is usually my go to style. But with these by the end of the day they were bone straight. I chalked this up to the seal still being intact on the hair. Over the course of the next almost four months with these extensions, I found a pink strand of hair, a red strand, and a blonde strand on different occasions. My stylist toned them after my first 10 weeks so that they would hopefully be a cooler toned black and get rid of any other pieces of the extensions that weren't black. At this point they had been washed probably 5 or 6 times, which as I said earlier was actually more than I would typically do in a 10 week period, but I wanted to get the seal off this hair and start loving it. That time never came. It was stringy and thin on the bottom, it was always very shiny, almost plastic looking. Remember braiding your barbie's hair when you were younger and after taking it out it wasn't a pretty braid wave it was like a straight almost greasy looking strand with a couple bumps in it? That's what this hair looked like. I literally only liked it after a fresh wash and blow dry, and that lasted for about 12 hours. Now I'm not an expert but I was told that I would be a great client for extensions since you aren't supposed to wash them all of the time. I ended up begging my stylist to take these off of my head after attending a concert where I was unable to do ANYTHING with them. I had to wear it in a pony tail and was in tears about the money I had spent on something that I hated.

These extensions were almost double the price of my previous one. (Yes they were longer but still) I spent $1200 on JUST this hair. Now, this is nothing that my stylist did. The first time these were sewn in on my head, they were fresh out of the package, she hadn't altered them in any way. I used the same Kevin Murphy shampoo that I was using on my previous extensions. I mentioned previously that my wedding is coming up. I love the look that hair extensions give when they are of good quality. I desperately wanted them for my wedding. I decided that I was going to trash these and go for a whole new set from a different brand not even four months after getting the Laced extensions. (My stylist went out on her own so we had a lot more options now). We were in crunch time for my bridal shower and bachelorette trip coming up so we figured we'd reach out to Lacy at Laced hair later and went with a new brand. Best decision I ever made, I'm obsessed with the new brand.

We did raise the issues with these extensions to the salon owner where I received them and were blatantly ignored; so going directly to the company was our only option. There was absolutely no consideration given to my situation. They didn't ask to see the hair, there was no taking any accountability for their product. I'll reiterate here that a 14 day return window on hair that is supposed to get better over time as I was told, is crazy.

Not impressed with quality or customer service here. I hope they needed my money a lot more than I did (doubtful, paying for a wedding here). I don't intend to get anything from this review, other than to save someone else the heartache that I went through and their pockets as well. If you're considering extensions, look elsewhere.

I’ve been in IBE extensions for almost 5 years and tried many different brands. I was actually a model for this brand and was so excited! Unfortunately, the hair has been a big let down. It doesn’t plump up and match my hair texture like others, it doesn’t hold a curl well and see to get knotted rather fast. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like it’s 100% real human hair… it has a lot of synthetic similarities… 😬
