Laced Hair is a women owned hair extension and hair care brand based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 2010 by Lacy Gadegaard-West, we create 100% ethically sourced Remy human hair extensions for stylists and their clients, in a wide range of colors, lengths and methods, including tape ins, hand tied and interLACED wefts, keratin bonds and clip ins. Our Laced Hair Care line is professional scalp and hair care made to keep both natural hair and extensions healthy, soft and lasting longer, from our Scalp Serum and Scalp Exfoliating Shampoo to our Hydrating Oil and Conditioning Masque. Through Laced Academy, we train and certify stylists in extension methods, color matching and installation, both in person and online. Salons can grow with us through our Hair for Days wholesale program, or launch their own extension line with our White Label program. Lost my package in the mail even after I emailed them my correct address & clarified where to send it. & I had to go to the post office3x&they sent me 1 pack of tapes after I tried to order 2. I’ve been a good customer and I am not happy with the Last business was transaction.

Worst hair and company ever
Worst hair and company ever. Im a licensed cosmetologist. I ve been using hair extensions since I was 19 (now 34) and this hair felt horrible from the first day. One wash and forge about it! For 659$? The company deleted their reviews on facebook and on their web! So what are they hidding? They even Blocked me from Instagram cause I left a comment about my horrible experience!

The product is top knotch
The product is top knotch. The hair is beautiful , high quality, and long lasting. Shipping is also quite fast. My only complaint is that colors are often out of stock making it difficult to deliver services and I have had lost opportunities as a result. If you are able to make a big investment and purchase hair way ahead of orders, you should do it.

It’s a hit or miss with the consistency and quality of hair
I bought 4 batches of hair. Two have been terrible and two have been amazing. The two batches of hair that were awful the company replaced for me.

Great hair but horrible customer service. I have never interacted with a company where the customer service was this bad. I had issues with my first order of hair thinning and coming out in strands from the tape bond, I sent them detailed pictures and a response and their response was simply “I’m sorry but we can’t do anything about your previous order”. I sent an email back asking why can’t you do anything? And never received any response. If you have any issues with your hair they’re not going to fix it so once you buy, expect that even if the product coming to you isn’t good you’re out of money for it.

The hair is always amazing but customer service was terrible. Probably won’t buy it again because it was that bad.
Get it together Laced. You have an amazing product but the experience as a whole was not worth it.

I love everything about laced hair .
I love everything about laced hair .. I love everyone I’ve meet . I think the quality is amazing and looks beautiful. I’m so excited to started using laced hair on my clients .. the only thing I wails suggest is that you be able to use the pay over time feature with a debit card .. I try not to use credit cards and when paying 1,200 for a class I would have like to have payed it off instead of all at once .. other than that I am so pleased with laced .. you are the best .. 💖

The staff is more than accommodating
The staff is more than accommodating. The color is fantastic, quality of hair is superb. I just wish they had shorter lengths so I didn't have to cut so much off for my volume clients that do not want to use tape ins.
