Pays a decent rate of interest on your current account balance
One of very few banks that pays a decent rate of interest on your whole current account balance, with no limited time, bonus rate nonsense.
Wish they provided a joint account though.

Good new entrant, but room for improvement
KROO has some great features like their pots product and credit interest rates. However, on the things that matter, like ISAs, they need to improve. I am completely confused after transferring 2 ISA from a competitor. Previously I enjoyed 2 account numbers and separate I credit interest. With KROO, everything is in one account and I cant see annual allowances etc

Has not let me down so far and the payment of interest on my outstanding balance each month, that unlike other banks does not require a minimum amount to be kept in the account in order to earn interest, is a welcomed bonus.
The ISA offered isn’t as competitive as other offers but that’s a small issue when it is easy to set up automatic transfers from this account into other accounts.
Lacks some features of other competitors but nothing they offer at this stage would make me switch, yet.
Banking is an increasingly cooperative market and Kroo simply need to innovate to maintain and increase its customer base.

Kroo bank -You just can't go wrong with this bank
You just can't go wrong with this bank. All your direct debits and standing orders are covered. Very easy to use the app. All the information you need is there and if you need to contact them its easy. Best part is they pay you interest on your money. The only thing you have to remember is never go in debit as it will cost you dearly (thats how they make the money,!). I have this as my main bank account. I have been with them for many years.

I do get annoyed each time my account gets blocked.
But Kroo are only protecting your funds and trying to protect you from fraud. Maybe Kroo is too caution.
