Had unrecognised entry on mt account. Immediately froze my card and informed Kroo. Within 3 days the withdrawal had been refunded to me. Excellent service

Avoid at all costs
Please, please, please avoid this bank at all costs. I made an overpayment on my loan and this reduced my ongoing monthly repayments. I continued to make these payments as directed from a letter from the bank. 10 months later they then declared I was hundreds of pounds in arrears, and without giving me the chance to speak to them to show their own correspondence which proved I was making these payments correct payments, they reported on my credit file which has had disastrous results. To make matters worse, even after admitting their fault, my account remains restricted and I have a thousand pounds being withheld from me. The call centre cannot help as they can’t put you through to any other departments. It is now with the financial ombudsman and a solicitor, and they still refuse to respond to letters, emails and phone calls.
Absolutely disgrace of a bank.

The simplicity of kroo banking for me is great. Everything is succinct, simple & easy to navigate, I have a current account & easy access ISA that I use has a current account, good interest rates on both accounts! Another asset of Kroo, no fees abroad when using your debit card.

Fabulous bank
Fabulous bank. For me I find Kroo a very useful bank. They give interest on any current account balances, which most banks don't. Their savings rates are very good. A very flexible bank with all the usual banking opportunities. In my eyes excellent.
