Great account with good interest rates
Great account with good interest rates. Exchange rate is superb when I went to Australia. Only thing I think need to be added is cash deposits through a high street bank.

I had a high value deposit to make on opening my account and rightly expected some checks. Comms was swift, I provided proof and approval was swift. I want a bank that has integrity and am liking what I see so far.

A fantastic bank
Signed up a couple of years ago for their rates and now use them for most of my banking. The app works really well and the rates you get for ISA and current account are hassle free without the hoops you have to jump through for others. A must if you travel abroad as you don't get stung for a fee every time you use your card like with others!

Great card. Able to use it everywhere. My only problem is buying petrol in France! Garages want to take more money than my spend, then not credit me back for 4 weeks!

We're sorry to hear about your experience at some petrol stations in France. some fuel stations place a temporary pre-authorisation on cards before dispensing fuel. While this is set by the merchant rather than Kroo, we appreciate it can be frustrating when it takes time for the unused funds to be released.

Good App
Good App. Easy to navigate once you get used to it and works pretty much every time. Had a couple of small issues which the Chat managed to sort out. My only small issue is that you have to send your monthly statements by email to be able to print out as far as i can see.

I've been with Kroo for a few years…
I've been with Kroo for a few years now, it's an easy to navigate app and does every thing l want it to do, including decent interest on my current account, so I'm not moving money everywhere to get interest.
Just one thing l think could be improved is the home screen, logging into the account is right at the bottom of the screen and l think should be more prominent, it's too easy to click on a 'new account' instead.

a very good app
I have been with Kroo for 3 years and I mostly use the account for everyday transaction. Easy to use app. Over the last 3months noted that logging into the app takes longer than usual, everything else works fine on my phone. The 4 star is because they are so rigid about even a one pence overdraft. Luckily I have another another card on my phone which I use. I think Kroo is now so popular they can't keep up. I try to keep my deposits and payments small. However I fully recommend them and have introduced members of my family to the app
