Tried making a payment to a family…
Tried making a payment to a family member and the payment was put under review and my account put under restriction. Later that same day the payment got cancelled and acc still under restriction. Bank requested for informations which I provided hoping to get unblocked because every information was honest and transparent yet they got my account closed for no reason at all. That’s ok!! You can have your account but I need my savings back !! They were fast to inform me about my bank closure and reoccurring payment but never mentioned how I would get my balance back in the email sent which is so weird . Before account closure I got notification figured my balance was withdrawn with out my consent and my account closed immediately . Up till now no one as contacted me to provide an alternative account to send my balance or reason for my account being closed. This has been really frustrating as Kroo has all my savings with them while i am financially struggling and stranded . I’ve never experienced a slow paced bank when it comes to feed back and customer service communication . All I need is to have my funds sent to me as I have no dime to live on atm.

I love the theme, the account interest, the customer service
Kroo bank interface is really attractive, consumer friendly, ergonomic. The service from Kroo customer support is good, you can chat to them from the app. They handle chargeback disputes well unlike Monzo. If you think Monzo is a good bank Kroo are a lot better because they actually protect you against fraud if you make payment with your Kroo debit card and they will follow up your chargeback unlike Monzo who will delete your account and can't be bothered to deal with your chargeback. I think the fact that Kroo are willing and put effort into dealing with your chargeback is a big positive statement to people to support Kroo, because if they can protect your money during fraud cases. It should increase your trust big time. Another thing I love about Kroo that no other bank provides is their 3% current account interest rate. A bank that provides the highest interest rate for its current account! Amazing!

After a good start all went to Krap not Kroo
I have had a terrible experience with this bank. It all started off really well. Opened my account in April 2025. Then in March 2026 I received an email they are closing my account no reason given. 3 ago weeks account closed no reason no one calling me back after leaving loads and loads of messages. Holding my money no access to account. There is only one person who has been really great and that is Sapphire. Unfortunately being in the support team there is not much she can do but pass messages on. I agree with you John a bank I find no longer competent or trustworthy and would avoid.

Kroo fraud team act quickly…
Having been coerced into transfering funds by scammers, Kroo moved really quickly to recover my losses. Great team. I can highly recommend Kroo Bank as a safe secure place to keep your money.

I have account with Kroo over a year
I have account with Kroo over a year, the main reason to opened was the interest balance account. ISA cash is better than some of the biggest bank. The app works well with small delays to open it sometimes, but I'm happy so far.
