Thanks to KlassWagen our trip was successfully. We rent SUV car for four people they had new one a SUV. Also they explained all details and helped all request. Dropping off the vehicle was very easy thanks to Arthur.

Very tricky company
Very tricky company. Although I bought the full coverage insurance when I made a booking, this company kept insisting the company’s another insurance. Please take pictures even tiny scratch and dent as many as possible before renting a car. They would charged it on you if you didn’t take those pictures.

Please allow us to clarify that customers are welcome to use external insurance providers; however, our protection packages are offered as optional services to ensure extended coverage and peace of mind during the rental.
In terms of vehicle condition, transparency is very important to us. All existing damages are clearly documented in the rental agreement and presented to the customer at pick-up. We also encourage customers to take photos of the vehicle, as an additional precaution.
We strive to maintain clear communication and a high standard of service, and we truly appreciate your comments as they help us continuously improve.

En Booking no daban indicaciones de que era una empresa que opera fuera del aeropuerto. El personal es muy amable pero nada salió como esperábamos. Creo que las indicaciones deben ofrecerse antes. Devolvimos el el coche un día antes al encontrarnos la situación tan extraña de tenerlo que devolver en medio del campo.

Once arrived a contract with limited coverage insurance has been shown to us.
It was late, misuderstandins or whatsoever ... we have signed a new contract of insurance.
Suggestion: clear info from your desk.

This was my first time renting a car…
This was my first time renting a car from your company, and it was a very bad experience. Both the fact that it was located outside the airport and the fact that the terms and conditions weren't clearly visible in the rental agreement bothered me greatly. Your rental terms are very strict compared to other rental companies, and the stringent conditions you impose for traveling to other countries are very disturbing. Because of the foreign license plate, in every country I visited, police officers on the highways searched the car extensively, putting me in a very uncomfortable situation. Renting a car from you was a very painful experience for me. From now on, I will read all the rental terms and conditions very carefully, and I will not consider renting from you again unless I am in a very difficult situation.
