Reliable company
I choose this company as their rental price was amazingly good. The rental process was smooth as in description and staffs were also very nice and kind. Their car condition was great, it looked like brand new. The only problem I had was that I booked their car through booking.com with full protection, but when we arrived at spot a staff pointed out that the booking.com insurance is actually not covering everything. Then I was guided by him to take their own insurance offer with real full protection. It seems they have different policies or conditions about insurance for their cars than booking.com. At the end I am happy that we got refunded our insurance payment on booking.com and made new insurance contract with the company, but it was too much confusing feeling to start holidays. And with new insurance the rental price ended up with almost similar price as usual big rental companies.

Pick up - Small issue / Drop-off All good (Teilon)
Picking up the car I had some problems as the company charged me additional money for returning the car outside normal office hours, but this was not informed to me be beforehand. They reduced the amount in the end, but charged me either ways. Returning the car, on the other hand, went all good. Teilon was very kind, helpful and efficient. Thanks.

Excellent service. High-quality on-site service and friendliness from the staff. Special mention to Lucas. I had a problem with the tires on the rental car, but I resolved it through telephone service and they later reimbursed my cost because I had paid for insurance. Everything went perfectly.

I had an excellent experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free, which made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Daniel. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, taking the time to explain all the necessary information clearly and making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my rental.
It is rare to come across such genuine customer care and dedication. Daniel’s positive attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference and reflected very highly on the company as a whole.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone . I will definitely be choosing them again in the future ( August 2026)

My favourite car company to deal with. This is the second time I’ve used…
This is the second time I’ve used klasswagen and again I was impressed with how easy everything went through. My insurance was all correct and complete with no costly hidden extras needed and we were away in our car very quickly. No problems on return either and we got a fuel credit for next time, which is a nice touch.

Mixed experience
Helpful staff, rest was a mess.
* didnt tell beforehand that there would be surcharge for bringing the vehicle back on easter sunday. Even though i booked on KW website and not thirdparty.
* didnt have a child seat as reserved (but did tell me they would reimburse. i had to then try to buy a seat)
* initially gave a car without winter tires (had to insist on one)
* Strangest one. I had booked a car with full insurance (total cover). On return, the car was listed with multiple items of damage. Even though we were not affected, we know for sure we did nothing. So, why?
I have had better experience with KW before.

Renta auto con KlassWagen en Viena
Experiencia con KlassWagen en Viena – costos ocultos y falta de transparencia
Reservé un auto en Viena a través de Economy Booking pagando por adelantado lo que aparecía como precio final (alquiler + seguro).
Al llegar al aeropuerto, la empresa asignada (KlassWagen) no tiene oficina en el terminal. Debes caminar fuera del aeropuerto hasta un punto de recogida y llamar para que te recojan, lo cual es complicado si no tienes roaming o llamadas activas.
Luego te trasladan en van a una oficina fuera del aeropuerto (unos 20 minutos), donde comienza el verdadero problema: allí me exigieron pagar 750 euros adicionales por “seguros” y “cruce de fronteras”.
Aunque en la reserva se indicaba un valor menor por frontera, me dijeron que el sistema solo aceptaba el monto más alto. Además, el seguro previamente pagado a través de Economy Booking fue prácticamente ignorado, indicando que no cubría daños reales (incluso pequeños rayones serían cobrados). También exigían devolver el auto lavado.
Finalmente, el valor inicial pagado no fue descontado, ya que el contrato no era directo con la empresa de alquiler.
En la práctica, terminé pagando casi lo mismo que con una rentadora tradicional en el aeropuerto, pero con mucha más incertidumbre, presión al momento de la entrega y sensación de falta de transparencia.
El auto funcionó bien, pero la experiencia comercial fue negativa.
⚠️ Recomiendo leer muy bien los términos y condiciones antes de reservar. Lo que parece más barato al inicio puede terminar siendo más costoso y estresante que una compañía tradicional en el aeropuerto.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Nos gustaría aclarar que Klasswagen opera desde una ubicación fuera del aeropuerto, y la información sobre el servicio de traslado está disponible en la plataforma de reserva. No obstante, entendemos que este proceso puede resultar incómodo en ciertas situaciones.
En cuanto al seguro, es importante mencionar que las pólizas adquiridas a través de intermediarios, como Economy Booking, no son gestionadas directamente por Klasswagen. Por este motivo, ofrecemos coberturas propias en el mostrador, que evitan procedimientos de reembolso posteriores. Aun así, estas opciones no son obligatorias, ya que los clientes pueden optar por dejar un depósito de garantía conforme a nuestros Términos y Condiciones.
Respecto a los cargos adicionales, como el servicio de cruce de fronteras, estos se aplican según nuestras políticas internas y condiciones contractuales. Lamentamos si hubo alguna confusión en relación con los importes mostrados en la reserva inicial.
Asimismo, queremos aclarar que no se requiere devolver el vehículo lavado, más allá de las condiciones estándar de uso.
Lamentamos que haya percibido una falta de transparencia, ya que este no es el nivel de servicio que buscamos ofrecer. Su opinión es muy valiosa para nosotros y será tenida en cuenta para mejorar tanto nuestros procesos como la comunicación con nuestros clientes.
