Poor quality and customer service
Had a kitchen fitted which was supposed to include under unit lighting. Somebody forgot to install the lighting and Kitchens Plus refused to install the lighting and blamed the electrician who they appointed and instructed.
After 16 months one of the cupboard doors fell off because the hinges broke. The response from their customer service was that moving parts are only guaranteed for 12 months and I should buy new hinges from B&Q.
I would not recommend Kitchens Plus as their customer support attitude is 'the customer is always wrong'.

Dear Paul, thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. I don’t believe for one second that any of our staff would instruct you to go to B&Q, even more so when our hinges will come with a 10 year guarantee as an absolute minimum. It would be a very extreme circumstance for a cupboard door to just fall off, I would suggest a huge amount of force would need to be applied to make a hinge break and subsequently a door to come off. However, if you can provide some further information I will investigate your claims.

We recently had our kitchen replaced by Kitchens plus Bathrooms and cannot recommend them enough. We've had a really smooth and positive experience, and now have a beautiful kitchen! From start to finish everything ran like clockwork. All tradesmen were very polite and punctual (and tidy!), every job was explained and all small problems dealt with quickly. Rob and Joe the fitter were especially great, and the aftercare calls were also appreciated. All round a great experience, thanks again!

Had a small problem with some cupboard…
Had a small problem with some cupboard doors on a kitchen fitted a few years ago. Once I found out who I should be talking to the problem was solved and doors were replaced to my satisfaction. I would recommend this Company to anyone needing a new kitchen or bathroom as they did both jobs for me.

A brand new kitchen
Office always on hand to help sort out problems, very helpful and supportive. Obviously difficult to coordinate all the different tasks involved and perhaps this could be improved on if one part of the company communicated more with another. Very happy with end product - looks great!

We had a problem with our kitchen. and a Lew Hutchinson was AMAZING ..He sorted the problem very quick and was truthful and genuine from start to fi ish..great kitchen was fitted by smashing team..mrs frasrr

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Shoddy work had front window fitted 4 times. Kitchen an absolute wreck came out to fix issues with kitchen and broke granite sink. Sink is broken again and after plumbing inspection the plumbing works have fell apart and flooded kitchen. Would never deal with this company again. Found screws sticking out from under sink looks like it has been glued together with pritt-stick. Bad materials and fitting and even worse customer service.

Bathroom installed and finished yesterday, excellent workmanship by Dan, everything clean and tidy when finished. Good quality units and not a bad price, with my experience of this firm i would recommend this company.

Know the process!
Chris, what can I say. Great service from Kitchen plus at design and quotation stage.
All went a little wrong due to misunderstandings on our part but all sorted now. Chris called personally to clear up any issues and now should all be sorted. Will update at the end of the process with what will hopefully be a great kitchen.

Great service
We had our kitchen fitted by Kitchens Plus last month. Fantastic from start to finish.
We were helped with a design that suited our space and within a few short weeks we had our old kitchen stripped out and a new beautiful kitchen installed.
Two specific mentions to Lewis and Sara who kept me upto date during whole job.
