Brilliant from start to finish. Very happy about the whole process from first contact with Rachel, to Adam and Dave onsite. Great quality bespoke designed room, even after a redesign. Sometimes the customer isn't always right. Put your trust is Adam, he knows what he's talking about and my finished office is perfect. So Happy. When your spending a lot of money you want to know your in safe hands and with Adam and his team you will be.

I have been highly recommending these guys because of the amazing work they have done. From the moment we made our enquiry to the end they have remain professional and returned all correspondence in a timely manner. The guys were having their breaking and working at the same time to complete the job as soon as possible. Everything about Kearns Garden room is very customer focus and I love that about this business. I must say I was sceptical at first when I found them on social media but they have exceeded my expectations throughout this process. I’ve even managed to rope Adam in on doing my decking even though it’s not something they offer but because I trust and value his expertise I’ve literally begged him to do our decking,

Absolutely fantastic work on our summer house. We are so pleased with it, it’s stunning, the team were brilliant and very responsive. Definitely will be recommending them.

We are delighted with our new garden room built from scratch over the last three days by Adam & Dave.
It is fully insulated and plaster boarded with UPVC windows and doors. The build quality is excellent and the guys were reliable and tidy as well as being very customer focussed. All in all the whole process from quote to build was smooth and professional and I would highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new garden salon.

I carnt recommended these guys highly enough. We put on facebook we was looking for recommendations to build a summerhouse/garden room & followed up on peoples replies & Kearns came out on top with no nonsense straight quote. Rachel was always there on the other end of the phone or email to help with any questions we had, as we changed a few things along the way but it was never a problem and gave great advice. When adam & dave came and started to build on site we was very shocked the work that goes into it. We've had summerhouses before but this is a far more superior build than that. The materials are top quality from the thickness of the wood to the rubber roofing and insulating, we are so glad we went the whole hog with UPC doors & windows it finishes it off treat and looks lovely in the granite grey. Adam & dave are a joy to have round, they work so well together. We are thrilled with the finished build so glad we invested in having a garden room, look forward to using it all year round with a heater in there it will be very cozy

Firstly let me save you the time and effort looking around the market comparing suppliers of Summer Houses (or in our case office), you will not find better quality, value, service and installers on the market, I’m in the construction industry and I spent weeks looking around comparing companies and getting quotes, I settled on Kearns Garden Rooms and I did not regret it, from the first contact to completion it was plain sailing, I’m so happy with my end product, now it’s my turn to put the finishing touches to it.

Adam and his team have been truly fantastic throughout. From the initial enquiry with Rachel I knew I wanted this company to build my garden room and I couldn’t be happier! Rachel was always on hand to offer advice and answer any questions I had prior to the build, she was very prompt and polite. On the day the build was meant to commence we had a problem with our base which was done by a separate company. Adam and the team went above and beyond to advise us on what needed to be done and were very good to move our date without an issue so we could get it sorted. They are amazing at what they do and are extremely hard working perfectionists they offer great advice and ensure you are happy throughout! They are a friendly team and total professionals. They leave the work area clean and tidy and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to create a totally amazing garden room! If you are reading these reviews considering them to build you a perfect garden space then choose them, you really won’t regret it!

Adam & his team finished my cabin yesterday & from start to finish it has been a fantastic experience. No email (stupid questions) were ever too much trouble, & the lads all work so so hard & their professionalism is fantastic. We have just had our summerhouse built and we cannot rate this company high enough!
From the outset, the communication has been first class, with Rachel responding to all queries very promptly and precisely.
They have kept us updated at every stage of the project and done exactly what they said they would do.
Adam and his team have worked tirelessly and the quality of the build is fantastic.
The build was completed on time, within budget and we are over the moon with it!

I cannot praise this company highly enough. From start to finish it has been a pleasure dealing with them. Initially, I was careful to check their credentials and they were very understanding of that. When I instigated delays, because of changing the spec and because the foundation I had wasn't good enough they were so flexible and considerate. Replies to every email have been prompt. Adam even came to check out parking etc to ensure everything went smoothly. And when the team arrived they worked non stop. Very respectful of my garden and, despite working in a very confined space, were so careful not to damage my plants. Polite, friendly, good humoured. Insisting on good quality materials and doing a job to be proud of. Absolutely delighted!!
