Totally exceeded my expectations! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish and only took Adam and his team two days to complete. They worked so hard in cold,and sometimes rainy weather and finished to such a high standard. Rachel and Adam are both fantastic and answered any questions or worries I had and Adam built exactly what I wanted ,he even made sure to ask before fitting the window and doors to make sure they were where I wanted them. I can't wait to decorate inside and start my business, this has been the best decision ever and I will highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone! Honestly such a shame that I won't see them again because all three are the nicest guys!

Adam Kearns, story-teller, wit, raconteur and all-round good bloke also just happens to be excellent at what he does - making bespoke garden rooms, sheds and workshops. Just spent a great few days in his and Arron’s company, enthralled at the speed, workmanship and sheer graft that goes into the workshop he built in my garden. Faultless, in every single way. I’d happily recommend you speak to Rachel about what you need, then get Adam in and watch a master at work. Wish I had space for him to build me another.

Kearns is a family run business and it shows. Adam and Rachel are exceptional. They gave me a very, very competitive quote which I would have been nuts not to accept (NB: they did not discount their price, it is just their pricing is way better / lower than their competition). They came to me (I am in North Devon) on the promised date and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I went with a fully insulated 10ft x 8ft composite summer house / cabin / garden office. Adam worked in difficult conditions (poor light and cold) and long hours to deliver a truly First Class result; I truly could not be more pleased, plus Adam, Rachel and son are really God's own (really great) people. I 110% recommend Kearns.

My journey started looking for a garden room to have my gym in. With much research on over priced corporate businesses i came across Kearns garden rooms and with great reviews on trust pilot, reached out to Rachel to discuss my requirements. Adam and Rachel lived not to far and even though don't offer a home visit, made the efforts to come to my home to discuss Mt requirements. They were very knowledgeable, gave thoughts and ideas and sent a variation of quotes to suit my budget. I got a great feel for there business and booked them to do the work.
Adam and Dave (and some help from the apprentice Aaron) are really great! They arrived promptly everyday full of enthusiasm and energy to do the work. If the winter weather rained them off, Rachel was messaging and communicating them having to delay and reassuring that they'd be back the next day to crack on.
They take pride in the project from start to finish, keep the area clean and tidy with no after mess left and I am beyond thrilled with the finish result. Thank you to all of them for making the whole experience an easy one and I am beyond thrilled with the finish

18 months ago I had a summer house built by Kearns Gardens rooms and I absolutely love it. I have just had the back to upgrade the windows to UPVC as I previously had wooden double glazed. This has transformed the building. Bothe times the service and quality from Kearns has been excellent Adam and the team are a pleasure to have around. Excellent job, thank you

Adam,Dave and Aaron have just completed our 24x10 garden build what can I say it’s way more than we even expected . They are a great bunch of lads very professional and knowledgeable nothings to much trouble .Adam had a great eye to detail and everything was finished off perfect to a very high standard . Having been searching for a while to find a company to complete our build and reading some bad reviews of other company’s I was very nervous of who we choose I’m so glad I found Kearns garden rooms and the positive reviews again and again on trust pilot I knew we had found the perfect company . Rachel was so helpful quick to respond and very knowledgeable of her job she made me feel so at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone looking you won’t find a company that could do the job better . So thankyou Adam,Dave,Aaron and Rachel I know where to come in the future 😊

Brilliant, just brilliant. Adam and Dave are very impressive guys with a great attitude, hard working and knowledgeable. My build was a bit of a challenge for them which they tackled easily with no problem at all. Rachel was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. The reviews on here were very helpful and made me decide to go ahead with it. The build is absolutely solid, great value and looks amazing and I can't wait to finish off the inside and use it as my office and gym.

I would just like to let everyone know how lucky we were to choose Kearns garden rooms to build our summer house. From the first initial contact to finishing the build we have been 110% happy with the work. Adam and Dave have worked as a great team and they are both very particular and are very attentive to detail. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and do it very professionally. Each night when they leave the job, everything is cleared away and left clean and tidy. I could go on and on about how great this company has been, all I can say is that you need look no further if you want a beautiful summer house that will last for years contact kearns garden rooms. I am very particular and can usually find something that I don’t like, but in this case everything is spot on.
So all I can say is a Big thank you to all at kearns Garden Rooms.

Having had previous bad experience with builders, I was somewhat sceptical at first in appointing Kearns Garden Rooms due to the distance and my unfamiliarity of the business. However, having thoroughly researched the company and personally had a chat with the owners namely Adam and Rachel, I felt comfortable in what they had to say and decided to proceed.

I had a bespoke garden room built made of composite cladding, the dimension and use of colours were discussed with Rachel, she was extremely patient and answered endless queries!

My build was due to start in early April 2022 but due to the British weather, this was put back by two weeks which I didn’t mind but both Adam and Rachel were apologetic for the delay. As far as I was concerned there was no need for the apology, I totally understood the predicament, but they went out of their way and kept me updated.

The build itself, well what can I say, it is totally the BEST and I am so pleased with the outcome and choice of the multi-tone colours.

Adam and Dave worked tirelessly and on the final day they put in a 13-hour shift. Every day, they left the site clean and tidy, Adam and Dave even vacuumed my Astroturf Lol.

Seriously, if you are considering having a garden structure build then don’t hesitate to contact Kearns Garden Rooms – highly recommended.

Kearns have just completed the installation of our garden room. From the initial enquiry to completion day the service has been excellent. Rachel answered all our questions and queries in a prompt professional manner and offered us advice and solutions to our queries. Adam and Dave were 2 great lads who worked together to get the job done and kept us fully updated at each stage. We are really pleased with our garden room the quality and workmanship is excellent. Just had my new art studio/garden room built by Kearns garden rooms, Adam, Rachel & Dave are very helpful and professional.
The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
Our studio was a bespoke build so we could make the most of the space we had rather than having to have a pre built sized unit like many other company’s we approached were offering.
Adam & Dave are very clean and thoughtful workers and can adapt to any requests.
Rachel was really helpful with any queries in the design stages.
Adam also come up with an idea of extending the roof over our existing shed to give a dry space between the two buildings…what other company would have done that?

Kearns garden rooms are a fantastic team I can’t rate them high enough, Rachel was keeping us in the loop every step of the way so we always knew what was going on, Adam and Dave are quality at building the garden room very precise and extremely hard working, they worked 12 hour days to get the job done and to top it all off they are really nice people very polite and friendly. Kearns Garden Rooms have just completed our 10 x 13 ft garden room and it’s looking fab. Absolutely delighted with it. Adam, Rachel and Dave put the whole package together very professionally and kept us fully informed along the way. The British weather being as it is meant a short delay but they kept us in the loop about this beforehand. We had fairly recently put a new lawn down and Adam suggested we use boards to protect it from the walking up and down which was very considerate and thoughtful. Also they left the site clean and tidy at the end of each of the three working days they were here. Very sociable and hardworking Adam and Dave who were very low maintenance in terms of teas/coffees have obviously worked out an efficient working system which meant the job was completed very quickly and fortunately once here the weather was glorious. Would highly recommend Kearns Garden Rooms to anyone.

Would really recommend Adam and his team for all your composite building needs. There was great communication from start to finish. The British weather caused a few starting issues out of everyone’s hands but again Rachel’s communication was brilliant. Adam and Dave were very polite and took great care in their work. They worked extremely hard on site and produced a great quality composite building for us.

Absolutely delighted with my new garden room. Quality craftsmanship from Adam and Dave and they were excellent company too. Entirely reliable and a pleasure to have around, I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Kearns and ‘Kearns Garden Rooms’ to anyone considering a garden room as a fantastic addition to the home. Cost effective but it looks amazing. They thought of everything and ran a discreet gutter along the rear of the roof to soak away the rainwater. Really pleased with the result and level of service.

From start to finish Adam and Rachel were fantastic. I spent quite some time deciding what I wanted. Rachel suggested the choice of composite cladding. The end result is phenomenal. The dark windows set off the moondust grey cladding. I am looking forward to seeing it in use in the summer as a bar when having a BBQ. It really has given me inspiration to sort out the rest of the garden. A great result overall and I would strongly recommend Adam and Rachel for the level of professionalism, attention to detail and quality of the end product. I have just had a new summer house built by Adam Kearns at "Kearns Garden Rooms". It is a composite cladding build so lasts and there no need to treat every year.
I was nervous about the investment at first but I asked Rachel if Adam could do a home visit so he could answer any questions before I committed to the build. He was able to offer really good advice and I was provided with a couple of quotes with changes to spec so I had a choice of which to choose.
Overall the service was outstanding from start to finish, with Rachel keeping me informed of dates for the work and answering any general questions I had, to the build with Adam and Dave who were very polite, professional and friendly throughout.
They arranged the plaster and electrician, who all turned up as expected and did a great job through cold and miserable weather.
I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough and will hopefully be having some more work done by them in the future. Thank you.
