I regularly go past the store and following a kitchen renovation, I needed a light for the dining area. Having done a little research online, I went in store to be directed in the right area by friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to change the arrangement, giving a better idea of what my new lights might look like. While I had definite areas for a light, there was lots of choices, styles, bulbs, fittings, and it would be hard to come away from the store empty-handed! I ordered non-standard bulbs but they rang me as soon as they were delivered to store and I popped back in to the same welcoming service, and will definitely go back when I need my next new set of lights.

Excellent service with wide and varied selection

Recently made a purchase from this store. There is a wide range products to choose from and staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff member assisted us with different options and even showed us what different bulbs would look like in some of the products. Would happily recommend this shop.

Good customer service, there is limited customer parking outside, but if full the station car park is free and only 200yds away.
The range of lights on display is staggering with traditional and modern for every possible scenario.
Definitely worth a visit and some items available at good sales discount.

Prices were comparable with online, which is always a bonus. The ladies that helped were amazing, always happy to try different variations of lights and bulbs until you’re happy with the result. Even helped me carry what I’d bought to the car. They will be my first stop for any future lighting. Thank you :)

Called in to Aries just on the off chance, I’ve been looking for a light shade (certain colour needed) and what do you know they had one, just what I wanted. Even better there is 20% off at the moment.
Staff were really friendly and very helpful will definitely think of Aries first for any lighting needs.

Great selection of lighting. We bought two sets of modern globe pendant lights. The help in selecting was first class. The after sales service was second to none when I needed to replace a FOC bulb within 2 years.
My son also went to purchase his outdoor lights and again he was highly delighted.
