I ordered a dress recently and absolutely fell in love with it!
The delivery period is a bit long - they explained to me this is because they work with a low stock and produce pieces as they go. But I gotta say, the wait was worth it! The dress fits me like a glove and the material is amazing!

stay away from this site. I’ve been waiting four weeks for my order and they keep giving me excuses. Honestly, this is super embarrassing for a company. Ten days ago they told me it would be shipped “sometime this week.” Then two days ago, they said “today.” And guess what? Still no tracking number. I’m definitely not ordering from here again. Save yourself the stress.

Non comprare!
Ho acquistato una tuta pagando 20 euro come costi di spedizione.
Chiedo di fare il reso e mi avvisano che dovrò pagare io i costi di spedizione, pari almeno a 25 euro.
Chiedo quindi di fare un cambio con un altro abito, mi dicono che possono emettere un voucher ma che poi dovrò ordinare un nuovo abito ripagando i costi di spedizione.
In pratica complessivamente ho sostenuto quasi 70 euro di costi di spedizione, quasi più di un abito.
Non ha assolutamente senso questo servizio. Se non sono in grado di sostenere la vendita in altri paesi non vendessero.

Très deçue
Malgré une prise de mesures la combinaison est bcp trop grande avec un trou dans chaque poche.
Un renvoi non pris en charge, au vu des prix des vetements et du port, les retours devraient etre pris en charge pour un echange (ups demande 60 euros, presque la moitié du prix de la combi).
J'ai envoyé un mail pour informer le site et pas de reponse.
Je ne commandreai plus sur ce site.

Due to the poor reviews on here I was a bit worried about my dress arriving. I emailed them 9 working days after ordering since I hadn’t received an email with a shipping confirmation. They responded the same day saying my dress would be shipped soon and it arrived three days later. The dress is also gorgeous!

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Over the past few months, I’ve tried ordering from KAOA, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.
My first order never arrived, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I’ve received no response. I clearly informed them that the item must either be replaced or resent, as I’ve paid for it but I’ve heard nothing back.
My second order was placed several weeks ago, and the only response I get is that the items haven’t been shipped with no further explanation or follow-up.
While their clothes may look beautiful, this is not a trustworthy company. Their customer service is terrible, and it seems they pick and choose who they want to respond to.
I will be filing a formal complaint, as they owe me €100 for items I never received but have been charged for.

Je recommande Kaoa les yeux fermés ! La livraison est soignée, même à l'international, et on est bien informé des délais un peu plus longs. La robe est absolument magnifique, autant par sa couleur que par la qualité de la matière. Et les mensurations sont parfaitement conformes à ce qui est indiqué — aucune mauvaise surprise !

Ho effettuato un ordine l’8 marzo da €429,30.
Dopo 20 giorni ancora non ho ricevuto nulla, nemmeno il tracking per la spedizione.
Più volte ho contattato il servizio clienti, che mi diceva che l’ordine sarebbe arrivato. Oggi, ho chiesto il rimborso, preannunciando azioni legali e hanno provveduto all’annullamento dell’ordine e alla restituzione della somma.
Purtroppo, ho perso 20 giorni e quegli abiti mi servivano e non li ho mai ricevuti.

J’avais un peu peur en voyant les avis mais je n’ai eu aucun soucis avec KAOA
La commande a été reçue dans les délais.
Service client très réactif pour ma part! Certains articles ne me convenaient pas, je les ai retournés à mes frais à l’adresse au Portugal et dans les 2h après la réception de mon colis, j’avais mon remboursement paypal!
La qualité des articles est top! Je recommanderai avec plaisir dans le futur

Huge disappointment
The presentation of their product is promising but unfortunately it does not match at all the quality of the service provided. I have ordered a dress a month ahead of an event and I’ve been promised 3 times the dress should be sent on the next few days. Unfortunately, it was not the case and 2 days before the event I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I then receive a simple “we’re sorry for the delay of your order, we’ll process the refund”.
It’s of a huge lack of consideration and transparency, to leave a costumer waiting for a product that they ensure they’ll send shortly, to then just leave them with a simple apology with no justification or whatsoever.
A huge disappointment.
