I was given a defective scooter. I sent it to get it fix to Kaabo and it still didn’t work. They sent me breaks and it still didn’t work. I’ve had these problem all in the same month on purchasing. I dislike this brand heavily

I purchased a new Warrior X Plus in June and the scooter only made it 9 miles before total battery failure (won’t even power on). It’s now October and Kaabo still hasn’t provided a warranty battery or made any attempt to fix the scooter. They frequently ignore my emails/calls and if they do choose to respond, it’s months later with no solutions. Overall this has been a very bad experience. Just know that any issue you have with a Kaabo product will be your responsibility to resolve as they do not honor their warranty or care about supporting their product/customers. I would take your money elsewhere.

Im just missing kick stand screws, I have to lean my scooter on stuff or put it on the ground, so I haven't really enjoyed it. But it is a lot of fun to ride around and surprised on how durable it is. Hopefully those screws are on their way

Had a few flats with a different tire switched to this company and got one and it works perfectly never got a flat since and swerves very smoothly for a big scooter

Absolutely love how fast the support is there to help at a moments notice and how you can buy all the parts individually, just wish the year they came out was written and what wiring harnesses for what displays and frames

I purchased the Wolf Warrior X Plus, and it was delivered within a couple days. This is my first electric scooter and I’ve loved the experience. It’s very sturdy even at high speeds. I’ve hit 52mph once downhill, but the avg speed on flat surface is 49mph, and I weigh 225lbs. I’ve gone up to 25 miles without the battery dying, but then I recharged it so I don’t know exactly how far I can actually go before it dies. I feel very safe at high speeds because of how sturdy it is. The acceleration, the braking, and the smoothness are all exceptional as well. My headlight did go out within the first 100 miles or so, and despite what others have said about poor customer service I personally experienced quick and helpful responses to the problem. I enjoyed my experience enough to refer my girlfriend and best friend and they both purchased Kaabo wolf warrior scooters as well. We all love them and recommend them to anyone shopping for an e scooter. Thank you Kaabo

I start this process July 26, 2025 when I made a decision to buy a wolf King GT pro approached it online with great expectations of getting the Scooter on August 4 I will send a Scooter and it did not work. It took me four days to have someone to respond to me to have this matter, looked at since then I’ve had contact through email and one phone call promising better service and as of August 20 I have yet to receive my replacement unit. I am truly disappointed in the process and. That when I receive. Scooter, I will be happy. I read so much about it that I can almost ride it in my mind because I have not been able to ride it physically. Looking and expecting a better experience after I receive my scooter, Michael

I ordered a Scooter from Kaabo and it was damaged in transit. It was so damaged that UPS didn't even attempt to deliver the Scooter. These things happen; however, Kaabo charged me a restocking when I NEVER even took possession of my Scooter. Have you ever heard of such a thing?
The customer service is horrendous. Stay away from this company. Service is More Important than Product!
I have read the service is horrendous and now that I have experienced it first hand. I can assure you this is true. Seriously speaking, I can only say this about one company, this is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.
From my personal experience of owning a Kaabo King GT Pro(1,700 miles, Voromotors), then a Kaabo Mantis King GT(650 miles, Voromotors), now a Kaabo King GTR from Kaabo. I never personally had any major Manufacturer issues with the product. I received them all in a timely manner with accurate tracking. I am/was happy with all the electric scooters I have received and have no complaints.

uses fedex tracking ID to make u think yr product is shipping. but doesnt actually give it to fedex. at least not in a timely manner. dont risk yr hard earned dollars. they are NOT approved by the better buainess bureau....for a reason.
In April 2024 I purchased a Wolf King GTR from VoroMotors, in July I had a rear motor cease to operate which was covered by the warranty and Voro sent out the motor, after replacing the motor the step down controller for the lights started to malfunction. In December the scooter started throwing an error code 05 for low voltage and would not accelerate. This happened a couple times then after a few moments it would go back to normal. On my last ride the issue did not resolve itself and I discovered the smell of electrical fire when I went to remove the battery, to my surprise the battery would not release from the scooter. I logged on to Voro Motors website to seek support to find a statement by the owner that they would be ending their relationship with Kaabo due to the scooter manufacturer not honoring their agreements and not meeting the expectations of Voro with backstock and honoring manufacturer warranties. This suggest a vote of no confidence in the manufacturer as over 70% of customer issues at Voro involve Kaabo products. Now I am stuck waiting to find out what will happen next as I am currently stuck with a $4200 paperweight that is marketed as a reliable platform but has performed as unreliably as it could. Do not purchase anything from this Company. From what I have found in my research there isn't a single distributor of their products remaining in the US and it seem they have even shut down the Kaabo USA office in the states.
