Worst experience ever extremely poor customer service Refund immediately
What has not gone wrong about 300 miles of ownership an 02 error code pop up too busy to get it fixed at a nearby shop. I sent it back to California where I have a confirmation email that I got fixed upon receiving it. There was another problem, which I actually did take to a shop the very next day and it’s been in the shop ever since own this for five months and haven’t enjoyed it really trying to get a refund back way for the dispute to clear out worst experience ever maybe never want to get an electric scooter ever again from any company. situation occurring from May 18 to present.

Off-Road Monster with Street Manners
I’m seriously impressed. The KAABO WARRIOR 11 MAX delivers instant torque, confident high-speed stability, and suspension that actually works on rough trails. Brakes feel strong and predictable, range has been excellent for my rides, and the overall build (dual stem, wiring, deck) feels premium—not toy grade. It’s a legit commuter during the week and an off-road beast on the weekend. Shipping was quick and communication was solid. Highly recommend—just wear real protective gear because this thing is powerful.

Two parts to my review you won’t like either!
There are two parts to my review.
1. Scooter: The scooter was great initially! It was powerful enough to run through grass and up hills. It was fast enough to get to where I wanted to go quickly and had good battery life. It worked reliably for 13 months then malfunction and I could not get it to work. It wouldn’t turn on, it wouldn’t charge, it went dark and I could not operate it.
2. Service: Service and company response was horrible. No one answers their service line, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. They never did!
You can email them and they may return your message. Many times they did not or it was days later if they did. The only service option was to box the scooter up, in the original box (which was discarded 13 months ago), and ship it back to California (I live in Ohio). They could not provide a list of local dealers or service facilities, even when I offered to drive up to several hundred miles for service.
This was a relatively expensive, top of the line, scooter that once I paid for it, I was on my own. There is virtually NO SUPPORT AFTER THE PURCHASE!
My recommendation is; before you buy a Kaabo Scooter
1 - try to reach the service department and discover just how difficult this is.
2 - Then look at other scooter manufacturer/dealers with a better support system.

Scooter came with scratches on the handlebars and the front forks. Talked to someone in support who said they would ship out at least new handlebar grips but never happened.

I can get same GTR parts elsewhere way faster. Usually in 1 day or 2 days max. When I purchase from Kaabo I don’t receive the parts until 4 or 5 days later.

Kaabo wolf warrior x
Amazing, got the scooter assembly took a while but pretty straight forward If you have used bikes/scooters in the past. The wolf warrior x is crazy fast, feels like a motorcycle. I even got a full face racing helmet for it. 10/10 would recommend kaabo to any intermediate to advanced rider.

Customer Service is not what you would expect. Becareful ordering from them. Think twice.
I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. The scooter I ordered arrived new, but with a few scratches — which I could overlook. However, the battery that was sent to me was clearly used and in unacceptable condition. It had cracks in the battery case, visible abrasion marks, and obvious signs of heavy prior use.
When I reached out to customer service, it took over two days to receive a reply. The responses I received were short, unhelpful, and did nothing to reassure me that the issue would be properly resolved. I was left feeling that if I returned the damaged battery, I might not even receive the new one that I paid for.
Beyond being disappointing, this is also a serious safety concern — a damaged lithium-ion battery poses a potential fire risk. For the amount I spent, I expected a new, safe, and fully functional product, not something that feels like a gamble. I’m very upset and hope this company takes accountability and improves both their quality control and customer support.

The scooter has a persistent noise…
The scooter has a persistent noise coming from the brake discs that prevents me from using it properly — it’s practically just sitting at home taking up space. I’ve already sent photos and videos, but the technicians who replied haven’t been able to fix the issue. In other words, I made an investment to actually use the scooter, and nothing has been resolved. Honestly, I don’t think I would buy anything from Kaabo again; once I made the payment, it feels like they completely lost interest in helping.

By the way for some reason my rubber mat was missing. I emailed them, they sent me a brand new mat and scooter lock for free. Customer experience was good. The quality control needs to be a little bit improved. Overall happy experience of range speed handling
