Not that it's your fault but my mailman was throwing my package up in the air and drops my package right in front of me and I noticed that maybe they can be packaged a Lil better maybe with bubble wrap so idiots like mail man dont break product upon arrival...

They make good products, but their customer service is far below expectations. When you buy a $3000 scooter, you expect a certain amount of customer service. I also ordered some parts from them such as two tires which were around $200 for both. I got them over five days ago and I still have not been able to get somebody to send me a message saying that yes the other tire is on the way to you. I’ve had to communicate I think six times now and still have not got a for sure answer back and that’s just unacceptable.
Update November 2nd I still have not got the other tire I paid for. Coming up on a month!!!

Manual shows a USB charge port on Mantis king gt. Mine has no port!!!
I bought my 1st Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Plus in August of 2024 and 2 days later the headlight and horn stopped working. Kaabo offered for me to send it back for free to be fixed or they could send me the parts if I could fix it myself which I did and it was easy to fix and now it has between 3,500 and 4,000 miles on it. So Friday October 17th I got my new Kaabo Warrior X Max with the new upgraded rear suspension and bigger battery. I put it on a small stool to get it off the ground to check the tires for balancing when I pressed the right brake lever and let go the brake light on the LCD screen stays on and the 2 front deck lights kept blinking and the rear lights too. The 2nd problem I'm having is when the charger is plugged into the scooter the scooter will not turn on when it's charging or when it is full. The 3rd problem started a couple hours later when the 2 NFC keys would not unlock the scooter anymore and I sent them video evidence of all 3 problems and I'm just waiting all weekend for them to message me back because I was told in an email that they are open only Monday to Friday, so all weekend my e-scooter is a $1,850 paper weight and I'm aggravated that I have to sit here and look at a brand new scooter and not be able to ride it. I bought this because I was sick of my wolf Warrior X Plus hard rear suspension where every bump is just hard and I was hoping the new scooter which does have a nice soft suspension would have rode nice but I've never got a chance to try. I just want to send it back and get my money back or if they can send me a new one and do some quality control before they send it to me. One thing I will say is they use cheap wiring and cheap connectors because every problem I hear on Reddit about Kaabo e-scooters are all about faulty wiring and my first scooter had faulty wiring and now this one has faulty wiring.

It is a customer service shit that I have received in my life, I have more than a month with my damaged scooter and they have not solved the problem,, on the contrary they have ignored the emails I have sent... my scooter was damaged on September 19 and they only answered me the first few days but without resolving anything and after September 26 until today October 20 they have ignored my emails and still send me emails asking how my experience with their customer service was... And I tell you it's horrible.

On my Wolf King, the brakes are very loose and lose pressure even after filling brake fluid properly. I do not have a leak anywhere so I haven't been able to fix it.
I also bought a Mantis, preowned, and that battery is not lasting long at all.
They are very fun to ride, I just wish everything worked well when I got them.

Wolf King GTR. Great product, super fast and sturdy. I am a 60 year old construction worker 6'1" 240lbs and have no problem handling the power. The machine takes me anywhere with no issues.
Took a little getting used to. One handed operation not recomended. Definitly a thrill and a way to get out to enjoy a beautiful day.

These guys make some of the best e-scooters you can buy anywhere. If you're thinking about getting one, do it. They're worth every penny, shipping is fast and their customer service is awesome.

The controller module failed, I asked if they knew what components most likely failed, I also inquired about a repair technical manual.
The reply requests video troubleshooting steps? Why, the controller failed, I described the symptoms, it failed, it's not the battery or connector.
Why complicate this which unnecessary steps, respectfully request a reply to my initial questions.

Kabbo makes a great machine. I bought the Mantis King for power and portability. I also have the Wolfe King GT. Powerful and fast and stable. Just heavy and more difficult to fold and transport, but I love it. The Mantis King gets me up all the hills in WV and goes pretty darn fast. Flip one heavy duty lever and fold the handle bat and stem down and secure the latch. Lift and go. Great battery charge ports location and quality.

I ordered a Wolf King GT Pro for $3,293.68 thinking I was investing in top-tier quality. Instead, I got a broken scooter, weeks of silence, and the most unprofessional support experience imaginable.
The scooter arrived on August 8 and broke within 24 hours. The throttle died on day one, then the stem lock failed a few days later. I contacted support right away and got nothing but delayed replies—always after business hours or on weekends. By the time they finally sent a replacement part, I’d already spent hundreds of dollars on Ubers just to get to work because my “new mode of transportation” was sitting useless in my living room.
Then things somehow got worse. Their return instructions didn’t work (FedEx said the tracking number was invalid), and when I emailed them about it, their support address literally bounced back as “not registered.” That’s when I had to dispute the charge with my credit-card company.
Kaabo took the scooter almost three weeks ago, and as of today they still haven’t refunded me nearly $3,000. The whole thing feels shady. One day they reply at 8 p.m. from a different address, then vanish again for days.
Bottom line: don’t buy from Kaabo unless you’re feeling lucky. It’s a coin toss whether your scooter will even work—or whether the company will answer you if it doesn’t. This brand is all hype and zero accountability.
