After 35 emails over 2.5 months they would not help me. They would not honor warranty. Intentionally would go weeks without responding only to give non-helpful vague answers by design to delay.
The Mantis King GT scooter is a really good for my area. It eats hills up with no problem especially in the valley. I did have minor problems with the motor but Kaabo was there to help even though I live on the East Coast.

Honestly I've been writing/ riding electric scooters ever since they first released in Las Vegas and this brand is nothing but greed they actually don't care about the consumer nor the person that's writing it which is very unfortunate as far as customer service that's why I'm giving it a one star just because the brand seems more interested in making money than actually caring about the safety operation and well-being of the people riding their scooters it's huge for me as a humanitarian as I go around the world reviewing products so customer service and brand management is absolutely critical. This is not unprompted! I have been disrespected enough!

Overall, really excellent scooter. But when it comes to customer service and parts, not really that great, for example the part i was sent was the right part but the problem was I was missing a olive, or coupling on the end of the hose that goes into the brake lever on the handle bars, so not only did I have a hard time finding a coupling to fit the hose but I could not fit it on the hose to spite the coupling I bought being the same size as the factory coupling installed on the scooter. So when I finally got the coupling on the hose now the brake switch or lever on handlebar leaks all the time and i can't get a proper seal. Because the part I was shipped didn't not have the factory coupling already installed on it please fix.
My Kaabo Wolfking GTR is an impressive Electric Scooter. One of the best scooter out there
They sent me the wrong parts and even some of the rubber isolating the conectors was to short to cover the whole cable

I recently ordered several parts for my Mantis King. Web site was easy to use , and parts were in stock. Parts came quickly to my front door in which I was really happy about. I emailed several technical questions , and got answers back quickly. Kabbo is a really great company both with parts inventory , and great support. Id recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a quality built scooter.

Ordered a refurbished scooter which I was worried about what kind of condition it would be in. After ordering since it's a one off it sold before it was processed. They communicated quickly that it wasn't available and they could refund or they actually had another color available and sent pictures of the exact unit. Which was awesome! Ended up going with another color. When it arrived I was concerned since the box was the wrong model but it was correct and it refurbished unit looked like new. Could not tell it was used at all.

I have two Kaabo scooters. Both are excellent scooters but unfortunately the Wolf King GT arrived with a damaged throttle. I emailed them pictures and a video of the item and within 24 hours they responded and sent me a tracking number for a new throttle.

I was under the impression that I was purchasing the wolf King GT pro you guys ended up sending me a different version of it, and there are just so many things that are different that I dislike from the trigger throttle version to the thumb throttle version. The thumb throttle version when you charge it full battery is at 83 V. This triggered throttle version stops at 82.4 V so the battery does go by a lot quicker they sent me a scooter that is called Kaabo king gt. My wolf king GT I purchased it through Voromotors, and this one says Wolf King GT on the side. also the suspension it’s really different. The suspension to the scooter you guys sent me is very stiff. My wolf king GT that I purchased through Voromotors suspension is amazing. I just hate that I’m stuck paying off a scooter that is not the same version that I purchased through voromotors. The website also never specified that you guys will be sending the different triggered throttle version so that sucks. You guys should maybe update your website so like that people know what they are buying. The scooter still gets the job done. I just hate that the battery goes by a lot faster. I’m not used to the trigger throttle. The suspension is horrible.

I ordered and received the Mantis X scooter 3 months ago. The scooter has completely malfunctioned and no longer will accept a charge. I purchased a new charger, with the same issue. I contacted the warranty department and made a claim, they believed it was still the charger so they provided me with a 3rd charger, still does not work. I have now repeatedly followed up on my warranty claim with no response from the company on standing behind their product. I paid $1300 for a scooter with only lasted 3 months and 400 miles - I am incredibly disappointed in the product and the response to the issue from the warranty group.

The PRODUCT is awesome. I absolutely love the scooter, there is nothing at all wrong with it. I did many hours of research before I decided on the brand and model, and I'm satisfied with that research and my choice of which one to buy.
The EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY, however, was absolutely horrible. Bad enough that if there ever is a major problem with the scooter that I can't fix myself or get fixed by a local professional, I will throw it away and buy a new one - even pay more for a lesser product from another company - instead of making ANY attempt to contact them about it.
First, they lied about when they shipped it. They sent me an email saying, "it's SHIPPED," but when I checked the tracking information all they'd done was print a label and send the email. They then waited over a week before they actually bothered to give the box it was in to the shipping company. I do not appreciate any company that LIES to me.
After that happened, and I tried to contact them about it, that was IMPOSSIBLE. They never, ever answer their phone. The phone says "leave a message and we'll call back," and they don't. Once they have your money, you don't exist. Still to this day, the only time I've ever heard anything from them at all is when I insult them, and then they ONLY respond to the insults, not the actual issue. If you have a problem with their service, YOU ARE IGNORED, but if you insult or publicly criticize them (like on their facebook page) they'll take the time to respond to THAT. They'll take the time to respond to facebook criticism, but won't take the time to actually ship the product they said they'd already shipped. I guess they pay their employees to spend more time on facebook and responding to angry emails than actually doing the job customers pay for.
Then there was a major shipping issue. FedEx basically LOST the thing for 2 whole weeks. I had no idea if I would ever get it, started to think I wouldn't, and again, it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact Kaabo about that. Again, they literally NEVER answer their phone. (Believe me, I tried a dozen times a day for over 2 weeks.) I couldn't get in touch with the shipping company (FedEx never answers phones either, don't ask me to write a review of THEM, I'll just go into a rage), so I figured maybe the business that paid them to ship something might have better results than I could, but they IGNORE CUSTOMERS.
I honestly started thinking I'd been scammed. I spent hours trying to figure out if Kaabo is actually a real company, or just a scam. Or at least, if the "Kaabo" company I'D bought from was a scam, fake website. It was that bad.
I finally just decided that I HAD been scammed, I'd given someone $2,000 who had no intention of giving me anything in return and then just DISAPPEARED with my money, and started trying to figure out what to do about that, what police or authorities I could contact about it. Thankfully, I FINALLY got a random email from FedEx, and had to take a day off work (losing more money) to wait around for it.
Do I recommend the scooter? Well, I haven't had it long enough to know if it's RELIABLE. So my answer is a tentative "yes," IF you have a local shop that can work on electric vehicles and get parts for this one in a timely fashion. It's an AWESOME scooter. But NO, if your only option is to deal with Kaabo, themselves if there's a problem, because you will NEVER get it dealt with and will just have an expensive paperweight with wheels.
Do I recommend this company?
Um... as someone with plenty of complaints about many companies, THIS IS THE WORST. Literally the ONLY TIME you can get any response from this company is when you TROLL them... and a company that has employees that spend more of their on-the-clock time arguing with internet trolls, seemingly paid to do only that, is not a company a reasonable person should give their money to.
Heck, I've actually spent more time on THEIR facebook page answering people's questions about their product than they do. (NOT trolling, just answering people's basic questions about the product, like "how do I make this work?")
Pathetic. Worst company on the planet.

edit: Their response to this below is dishonest nonsense. I contacted them again like they said, and not only did they ignore it for days, they then LIED about the damage in the photo I sent them. They sent the photo back with an arrow pointing to damage that's literally not damage, it's the shape of the design of their motor.
They also said, "the communication problem isn't what we strive for," but they still never answer their "24/7" customer service problem. They still NEVER answer the phone.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 2 Scooters’s for me and my brother and mine came out of the box with zero issues, absolutely love it, but my brothers scooter is gonna need some tuning/tinkering with to get it to work properly, other than that this scooter is a beast! Has me scared at 35mph
