Horrible customer service
I asked for help selecting the right charger for my scooter. I ordered the recommended charger I was reassured it was the right one even though the picture didn't match. I was even told I could exchange it for a the right one if it was wrong. It arrived and it was not the right one. The customer service person I emailed the second time told me it was not returnable but made an acceptation for me. I shipped the charger back with my email chain printed out and never heard anything back. Never got a credit or the right charger.

Kaabo scooters are top quality and an excellent value. Mine shipped quickly without any problems. A few months later I ordered a spare tire, which also shipped quickly. They also have helpful links to help with operation and maintenance.

So far I am very happy with the ride…
So far I am very happy with the ride and build quality of the scooter...A minor error occurred in that I was sent the wrong charger for the Mantis King GT which is a 60 Volt system. i am hoping they will correct this error and send me the correct 67.2 V charger. The 54.6V I received is meant for the 48V systems in the smaller Mantis models.

The one thing I wish that kaabo had was more parts for The King GTR on your website.

My scooter never worked from day 1. It's been over 2 months and your customer service is almost impossible to get in touch with and when I have I'm not being responded to in a timely manner if at all. I'm still currently waiting for a response. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

Dangerous product defect, recall worthy
To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the scooter I purchased from your company, which has been repeatedly experiencing a manufacturing defect. The scooter randomly shuts off and the brakes lock up, posing a significant safety risk.
The first incident occurred while I was riding on grass, which fortunately minimized the damage to the person riding. However, the second time it happened on pavement, I was traveling at 30mph when the scooter abruptly shut off and the front brakes locked up, causing me to crash. As a result, I suffered multiple fractures in my left foot, hyperextended ligaments and muscles, and severe road rash that tore through my clothes.
Given the severity of this defect, I believe it warrants a recall. I will not be riding the scooter again, both due to my current injury requiring surgery and the safety concerns. The scooter itself remained undamaged as it stopped abruptly, causing the tail end to whip around to the front right.
Please review this issue and inform me if there have been similar cases reported. Additionally, I would like to know my warranty options, as I do not feel safe using the scooters and would like to return them.

Absolutely love my Kaabo Warrior X Max
Absolutely love my Kaabo Warrior X Max! As someone who rides daily and tests e-scooters regularly, I can confidently say this one is in a league of its own. The acceleration is smooth, the top speed is thrilling, and the dual suspension makes even rough streets feel effortless. Battery life is fantastic in my opinion. I can go longer rides without constantly worrying about recharging.

Over all the king gt pro is a good…
Over all the king gt pro is a good scooter. It is very stable and easy to operate. It is fast.
What is disappointing is the suspension. For $3000 usd i would expect at bare minimum a semi adjustable suspension. Online the it boast 100+ miles of range. In single wheel mode, on and off dual mode at 40mph im get 25 miles per charge. For a few hundred dollars extra, I should have bought the gtr. Over all ita a good scooter.

I had problems with the charging port
I had problems with the charging port. I emailed and talked and all everybody did was give me the runaround. Nobody solved anything. I became completely frustrated and I quit emailing back.

Very nice scooter with excellent customer service.
Upon receiving the scooter it wasn't working properly. So I removed the deck and found that the battery wasn't secured in place but was able to slide back and forth freely. That's a very heavy battery and when it slid into the wire plugs it broke one (or two, can't remember - it's been awhile) and separated the two halves of the plugs. This didn't bother me too much because it was so easy to fix. I contacted customer service for some assistance and they were excellent. Quick to reply and very knowledgeable. The scooter has worked perfectly fine ever since.
