SUPER cute and squishy
The plushie was super adorable along with the bag. The shipping was very well communicated and shipped promptly on schedule. If any delays they are told outright without issues. The turtles are perfect and soft and squishy.

Good experience, Good Quality, Delivery could be faster
Everything was good, especially the quality, interactions with customer service really nice (needed to add a second product to my order after the fact).
The only downside is the long waittime, which comes from the products being custom and being produced in asia, halfway around the globe.

Amazing company
Amazing company, great materials, shipping time is long only due to the items being pre orders (only bought from neurosama.shop) but when they're out of pre-order it's super quick. Very happy to see a company that works with creators actually use good materials and make great products unlike other 3rd parties. Highly recommend buying merch that is co-created with these guys :D

Easy to buy from the UK
Very happy with the experience and the hoodie. I’m in the UK so it’s always a concern, but it came in fine with no extra import duties to pay. The hoodie itself is warm, soft and comfy.
