JR Gas & Water Pty Ltd Anmeldelser

Great experience! Very professional. Everything done smoothly and as agreed. Definitely recommended.

Excellent service from the time i requested quotes to installation the next day!

Guys turned up did a great job, took away my old unit and cover. Left the area tidy. Couldn’t really ask for better service. I asked to pay but they advised I’d get an invoice. Pump works like a dream and no longer any clunky noise.

Dealing with JR Gas & Water couldn't have been easier - from the quotation process to organising installation to the installation itself. The quotation price was competitive & fast and the installation itself couldn't have gone smoother. Josh & Ruan were on time, installed our heat pump with no hassles and left the area clean. Highly recommended & will be a repeat customer when the time comes.

Arrived on time, communicated clearly, and did a great job. Very reliable service and the work was completed exactly as scheduled. Highly recommended

I store heat exchange water system installed by J R. Gas and water excellent service, on time. great work by Kris and Charlie. Thanks

A very professional removal of old electric hot water system and installation of new heat pump hot water system. Arrived on time and cleaned up after.

We recently had a new hot water system installed by Jarred, and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous throughout, and completed the installation efficiently with no hassle at all. Everything was clearly explained, and the work was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend Jarred to anyone needing hot water system installation or plumbing work.

We just had our dodgy old hot water system swapped out for a flash new Bosch on-demand gas unit, and fair dinkum, JR Gas & Water absolutely nailed it. The whole thing was a breeze — easy as pie to order online, heaps of package options, good prices, and before we knew it, they had us booked in and sorted. No muckin’ around.

Kris and Ruan rocked up on time, got stuck straight in, and did a ripper job. Not only did they fit the new system perfectly, they even fixed a few “creative choices” from whoever installed the last one. Proper legends. They also listened to what I needed around the water temperature setup (gotta keep the little tackers safe), and made sure it was spot on.

All up — quick, clean, friendly, and top-quality work. Couldn’t ask for better. If you need plumbing or hot water done right the first time, call JR Gas & Water — these blokes are the real deal.

Our hot water system decided to retire without notice, leaving us showering in temperatures suitable for penguins. Enter JR Gas & Water — absolute lifesavers! The technician showed up right on time, friendly and professional, spotted a possible leak within minutes, fixed it, and had our new instant gas system running before I could even complain properly.

The whole process was ridiculously easy — booked everything online (no endless phone calls or hold music), yet still had a real person available if needed. And the price? Their quote came in $1,200 less than a big local company. That’s not a discount, that’s a victory dance.

If you’re freezing, stressed, or just hate being overcharged, these are your people. Thanks JR Gas & Water — you’ve restored our hot water and my faith in good service!

I purchased a heat pump hot water system from JR Gas and Water and was very happy with the entire process from the start to the end. Getting a quote was a breeze thanks to their comprehensive website which showed prices for everything they sold. Installation was very prompt and professionally done by Charlie and Joshua.
I would recommend JR Gas and Water for any hot water installation.

I ordered a DUX electric hotwater system and had it installed last week. So far everything is good. The things I like most include: transparency of pricing & competitive price, easiness in placing orders, and the AI chatbot which is fast and helpful in answering your questions 24/7. There is a phone number and an email where you can get in touch with the real person support staff if there are any problem, e.g., re-scheduling.

How easy can it get? With everything done on line, supplying photos of the old hot water system to be replaced, its location etc, all I had to do was say what brand and size of new hot water system, and the quote came through quickly, complete with discounts for prompt payment and being flexible with installation day. Jarred White arrived exactly on time, clearly explained everything, removed all the old system, and installed the new one, cleaned up and was off to the next job. Like I said, how easy can it get? Many thanks.
