NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps Anmeldelser

Ben and the team were great. No problems whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Communication from the start with Ben at NextGen was excellent and we had the new unit installed within a couple of days of the initial enquiry. The plumber who carried out the installation communicated very well with us about a small issue, and did an excellent installation, leaving the site very clean and tidy,
The whole process from the initial request for advice, to the installation of the new unit went very smoothly. We really appreciated a follow call the day after installation to check that everything was working well. Would highly recommend this company.

Communication from the start was excellent and the staff members that carried out the installation were great
They worked together like a well oiled machine and were very knowledgeable and efficient, they left the sight spotless , highly recommend this company

I spoke to a number of suppliers, Ben was by far the most responsive and up to date with the latest Co2 offering from Panasonic. His quote provided a number of options that gave me control over the final price depending on what I selected.
Installation was sensational and Ben's advice about an existing issue resolved the water hammer/knocking problem that'd been bothering us, great experience from start to finish - thanks again Ben!

Helpful with the quote, and advising on how to go about applying for the rebate, and removal of gas meter. Site installation plumber and electricans all a cut above regular tradies (42 year construction veteran myself, I've dealt with them all!)

Extremely easy and helpful process. Removal of old gas water heater (which was leaking) and installation of New Gen. Perhaps half an hour of water and electricity off and all was done, quietly, efficiently and safely. I had used New Gen in my previous property and was keen to have the same installation in my new house.

Everyone at Newgen are so professional easy to get along with, all questions answered before and after installation, clean up was well done and looks great, it works fantastically.
We are extremely happy.

Very happy with the service provided by NewGenSolar&HeatPumps. Good communication and the process was very straightforward and now we have a fabulous hot water system that we are thoroughly enjoying and happy to know that it’s the best system for the Environment.

Efficient, reliable, excellent communication. I can only recommend this company!

Prompt, professional and creative response to provision, placement and installation of heat pump hot water at my unit. Excellent service after my gas was disconnected, with next day installation. High recommend.

Very satisfied with the installation of the Sanden heat pump, Ben was available to discuss issues and answer questions both pre and post installation and did a wonderful job coordinating the work.
The contactors were punctual, competent and removed all debris leaving the work site clean and tidy.
Highly recommend NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps.

We recently had NewGen install a Hydrotherm heat pump hot water service. The whole process and installation was first class and very efficient. Highly recommend Ben and his team.

After several weeks investigating new hot water systems, I came across the Sanden Heat Pump. All the information I have read on this system with regard to efficiency and the quality of the product was very positive. After speaking with Ben at Newgen about the installation process, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The installation was very professional, and it only took approx 4 hours. The unit is extremely quiet and is set to run around 11:00am when our solar is generating maximum power effectively making the hot water free. I would highly recommend NewGen and the Sanden Heat Pump.

Could not have received more professional and prompt delivery and installation. The finished job was fantastic and clean-up amazing. Highly recommend.

A wonderful outcome with NewGen installing a new hot water system with heat pump to be connected to my solar. They came on time, charged exactly what they said, were a pleasure to deal with and as a bonus made it look as attractive as possible and cleaned up beautifully after them!! Highly recommend this company and their products. L.George Fitzroy North. Vic”

Thank you NewGen. It was fantastic to have the assistance to guide me about getting the rebates for the Sanden hot water heat pump. The installers were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and all worked together very well. Great team work right from the start to the finish including admin. The hot water was going in an hour. The installers also listened to where I wanted the fan component installed rather than making assumptions. They showed me what maintenance was required and how it all worked. The place was left tidy. All is working well now. And I am thrilled to be off gas for hot water. Thank you again to all of you. I will highly recommend you. Rebecca

NewGen recently installed a new Aquatech heat pump to replace my old electric hot water tank. They were very knowledgeable about the options and rebates available, which saved me about $1000 compared to the other quote a received to replace the electric hot water tank.
Great service and communication. Highly recommend

I'm delighted to have replaced it with an environmentally friendly Sanden heat pump system that delivers plenty of wonderful hot water without fail. There were no surprises, and the entire staff was on time, professional, and ecstatic.

These guys are efficient and effective, both in managing the project and the no fuss attitude of their contractors. The install of the heat pump was done quickly and the price was very competitive and the product is functioning very well.

I chose NewGen on the recommendation of a friend when looking to replace my faulty gas hot water heater. I am very pleased to have an environmentally friendly Sanden heat pump system in its place delivering plenty of lovely hot water without missing a beat. New Gen have offered excellent service, with advice, explanations and prompt installation. I can warmly recommend NewGen and the Sanden system they installed.
