NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps Anmeldelser

Excellent service, no problems. NewGen replaced my old hot water unit with a new heat pump system. It was done very quickly and all to plan. There were no surprises and the staff were all very punctual, professional and courteous. Quality of work is high: all the electrical and plumbing work is visibly very neat. Very happy.

Our old hot water system became kaput, and we were in need of a new system. After speaking with Ben, I received expert advice on which way I should go, as I was weighing between a Stiebel Eltron and a Sanden. Amazingly, I had the job booked in for the next day.

When his installers arrived to decommission the old system and install the new one, they were efficient: after removing the old one, they laid new crush-rock and set up new slabs, and made sure that the new unit would cover the old holes from the old system––all without me mentioning a word!

I am currently enjoying a new and efficient system, and am forever thankful.

From the outset everything ran smoothly. Ben turned up as agreed to check the site and quoted on the spot for a Sanden heat pump to replace my 27+ y.o. elec water heater.
The trades arrived as organised to install, and were very pleasant, competent and communicative. They took all rubbish and the old unit away.
Ben returned after installation to set the operation times to work with my solar panels.
I don't know why I waited so long! My power consumptive has reduced immediately from up to 45 kwh/day to around 15/17 and I cannot hear a thing from inside as it is so quiet.
I am so very happy with the service and the result.
I would highly recommend and choose NewGen and Sanden again.

I highly recommend NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps. The service provided by Ben and the team at NewGen was excellent from start to finish. I am unable to make any suggestions for improving what they do. Ben went out of his way to make sure my new hot water heat pump was installed quickly and it's working like a dream.

The NewGen team installed a Sanden 315 litre heat pump hot water system at the beginning of 2020 for us, replacing a 15 year old gas hot water system as part of a major renovation.

I was really happy with Ben, Cheryl and the NewGen team, however, I wanted to wait to experience the system before leaving a review. I can report we are really happy having lived with the system now for 5 months.

We are a family of 6 and we wake up every day to plentiful hot water. The system is near a bedroom and it is whisper quiet which was a concern I had with other units.

Ben and the team are highly experienced, always communicate really clearly and quickly and co-ordinated their work really well with our builder and our heating contractor.

We are now looking at getting a solar system and we have no hesitation in going back to NewGen for advice and a competitive quote.

Had a heat pump installed May 2020. Ben came out to quote and two weeks later on the arranged day, the heat pump was installed without issue. Quality if the work is great, and the heatpump is performing above expections from both an energy efficiency and hot water generation perspective. Ben also came out during the install to check on things. I'm an engineer working in HVAC, and recommend heat pump units for clients, and would have no issue recommending Newgen. Highly recommended!

We had a Sanden heat pump hot water system installed by NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps last week. We were very happy with the information and knowledge provided before, during and after the installation. The work was done in one day with minimal disruption and the installation work looks like it has been done professionally. The tradesmen cleaned up after themselves.

Very professional in all aspects. The installers took pride in their work and we are very happy with the end result.

Great service right from start to finish, great price, the guys, Jacob and Russ were very professional. Would definitely recommend them and the company deserves a 5 star rating

We had the 315l Sanden Hot Water Heat Pump system installed on 8th November. Everything went to plan, and is working perfectly.

Ben and the team provided a quality product on time and installed to a very high standard.

The best product and the best service

Hi Ben, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for your guidance in assisting us choose our Sanden Heat Pump unit. Every step in the process has been professional, accurate and attentive. In reference to the Sanden unit - We couldn't be happier - very impressed with the quality of the unit, how quiet it is and of course the overall cost saving it delivers. Happy for any of your perspective customers to call me if they require further validation. Congrats again on the arrival of your little Daughter. Kind regards Chris & Melissa

We purchased from Ben because his quotes were not only competitive but were also clear and transparent in all details. Ben was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to confirm the two Sanden units we purchased were correct for our use. We now have an abundance of hot water at the lowest possible cost. Ben also assisted us in solving an installation issue that a third party plumber created. Ben’ skills and knowledge ensure the issue was solved at no cost to us and extremely quickly. Ben went above and beyond in trying to assist in solving and identifying the issue. We are more than pleased with Sanden and even more so with NewGen and would recommend them for all heat pumps and heating systems

The interaction with staff and installers was totally professional and the heat pump exceeds our expectation. Ben and his team were quick and did a great job. Communication excellent.

Ben and his team delivered what they have promised. Sanden 315L hot water system works well. Professional advice, professional work and competitive pricing. All done promptly with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Took time pre-purchase to discuss options and explain in detail - after office hours which was more convenient for us.

Once decision had been made - very quick to arrange delivery and installation at a time that suited us.

Great job, no mess and took all the packaging / old unit away.
