JR Gas & Water Pty Ltd Anmeldelser

We needed an urgent replacement after 20 year old Heat Pump Failed with a new 300L Steibel Eltron unit, JR Gas & Water came up in search with great up front price information & were able to get to us within a day, very much appreciated. The guys Joe & Ruan did a great job getting unit into a tough spot & persevered through storm & short power outage, & finished off work neatly. Many thanks!

JR Gas and Water repaired our leaky water supply today. I called them at 11am and within 3 hours the job was done which i think is better service than asking for an emergency repair!
The job was left in a tidy condition and I was sent photos to show what was done. Overall I am very satisfied with the service that JR Gas and Water provides.

The whole process was smooth, from booking, scheduling and paying it was seamless with their system. The install itself was simple. Took less than half a day. Since install the heat pump hot water system has been operating and providing hot water for my family of 5. The price was reasonable and the discounts for being flexible around install dates was a nice touch. I recommend JR gas and water for your plumbing needs, particularly hot water systems.

JR Gas & Water installed the Enviroheat 200l heat pump two days ago, replacing an instantaneous gas system at the same location. The crew arrived promptly just before 7:00 am and the work was complete by 9:00. Joe and Ruan were very efficient tradesmen in my view with the workmanship looking very professional. First hot shower at 10:30 am.

Pricing on the product was great.
Everything was left neat and tidy.
Rheeme 280 heat pump is working perfectly.

Thank you for a seamless experience replacing our hot water unit. Your easygoing nature, prompt communication, fair pricing, and quality workmanship made the whole process stress-free. From quote to booking and invoice payment, everything was simple and efficient, completed on a website. We really appreciated the professionalism and great service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward gas and water service.

The guys arrived on time. They did a nice job. Reasonable pricing.

Thanks to Jarred Neil White from JR Gas and Water for removing our old gas hot water tank and installing our new Heat pump hot water tank. (Rianni AR 300)

Purchasing and booking the install was very easy on the JR Gas and Water website and they handled all the rebates.

No more smelly gas farts hot water anymore, we are now on the cool compressor hot water

We are very satisfied with the supply and installation of our Powerwave 200L heat pump by JR Gas and Water. The plumber arrived on time at 7:00 AM, and the electrician had the unit fully connected and running by 12:00 PM.

These guys are the best for any plumbing work! Highly reliable, reasonably priced, and they never compromise on quality.

This is my second time using JR Gas and Water, and once again, I’m extremely happy with the service. Chris did an amazing job replacing my tap — professional, efficient and excellent workmanship.

Thank you, JR Gas and Water, and especially Chris, for doing such a fantastic job for us! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have just had a new Envirosun M9 200L Heat Pump Hot Water system installed by JR Gas and Water. We’re very happy with the new system which is far superior to our old electric storage unit, both in the amount of lovely hot water we get now and the low energy usage - which is below 1KW! Ideal for running off our solar system. We chose the Envirosun unit because we had one in a previous property and liked its features and reliability. We were very pleased with the purchase price from Installed Today and the whole process of ordering through to installation by JR Gas and Water which was quite seamless. Jarred and his co-installer were prompt, efficient and did a very neat job of the installation and explaining the system.

JR Gas & Water is incredibly efficient and professional! We placed our order yesterday afternoon, and they delivered and installed our new hot water system the very next morning. The price was also very competitive, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

A special thanks to Mick, who carried out the installation. He was extremely professional, reliable, and did an excellent job. We’re very impressed with the quality of the service and would highly recommend JR Gas & Water to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient hot water installer.

Had my old Rheem heat pump replaced by this pump. JR Gas and water installer (Jordan) was on time professional informative and all round very excellent and all installed and working within 90 minutes. The ordering and payment process was simple and they called to check all details so no problems would occur the next day. Highly recommend. The heat pump is awesome. The water heated quickly so very cheap to run. Setting up the clock and controlling the timer simple. Would highly recommend both JR Gas but without doubt this Rheem heat pump. Fortunately, with their excellent warranty and construction I doubt I will need to get a new one for 20 years!

We are so happy we found JR Gas & Water when researching for a replacement hot water system. The cost of our replacement system was cheaper than what we had quoted with another company and the prompt communication regarding the installation date was a stand out! We are very happy customers.

JR Gas and Water recently installed a gas pipe and LPG cooker connection for us, and we’re very happy with the job. They were prompt, professional, and easy to deal with. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and the service was great from start to finish. We’re very satisfied and would happily recommend them.

Josh & Joe from JR Gas & Water came around to install this beauty and did an amazing job!!! This unit supplies a ton of hot water for my family and I have three ladies in the house who love warm showers. It’s super efficient and connects to my WIFI via the app so I can see and control it remotely. The whole process from onsite quote to installation was so quick and simple!!! Thanks JR Gas & Water!!!

Josh & Charlie done a brilliant job removing old roof solar system and install new hot water system.
It wasn't an easy task and team has done a great job.

I had an ongoing issue with my LPG storage hot water system, including delayed ignition, loud popping sounds during startup, and excessive burner noise.

Although the problem was not resolved on the first visit, I really appreciated that JR Gas and Water stood behind their work. They responded promptly to my follow-up, arranged another inspection, and were committed to finding the actual cause instead of simply dismissing the issue.

A special thank you to Kris, who took the time to systematically troubleshoot the heater. He carefully inspected the pilot assembly, checked the gas controller, and eventually identified the source of the problem. After replacing the controller with the correct LPG unit, the heater now ignites immediately and operates smoothly without the previous loud popping or roaring noise.

I also appreciate Jarred for honouring the warranty work and ensuring the issue was properly resolved rather than taking shortcuts.

While the diagnosis took more than one visit, what impressed me most was their professionalism, willingness to return, and determination to fix the problem properly. It's reassuring to deal with a company that stands behind its workmanship and doesn't walk away when things don't go perfectly the first time.

I would happily recommend JR Gas and Water to anyone looking for an honest and reliable gas plumbing service.

This morning, JR Gas & Water replaced our original Chromagen solar hot water system with two solar collector panels (installed when our home was built) with a new iStore 270L heat pump hot water system, and we couldn't be happier with the service.

Our appointment window started at 5:30 am, and Ruan and his partner arrived at 6:50 am, exactly within the expected 1.5-hour arrival window before the 7:00 am installation.

Ruan and his partner were professional, friendly, and efficient. They removed the old system and installed the new iStore 270L heat pump hot water system smoothly and neatly. Their workmanship was excellent, they kept everything clean throughout the job, and they left the work area spotless when they finished.

We've already noticed a difference. The water is nice and hot, and hot water reaches the taps much faster than it did with our old Chromagen system. It's a noticeable improvement, and so far we're very impressed with the performance of the new iStore 270L.

A big thank you to Ruan and his partner for a fantastic installation. We highly recommend JR Gas & Water to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality hot water system installer.

Excellent customer service, from communication, the details on the website, through to installation and follow-up.

Old heat pump finally gave up. I contacted several plumbers. Some weren’t willing to service the area, while others couldn’t provide pricing or install time-frames.

I reviewed the JR Gas and Water website - and it was like ordering from Amazon. All the options listed. Chose a similar brand to the previous unit (Stiebel Eltron - but the newer version with wifi option). Just to be sure before booking, I did give them a call and Jarred was helpful in outlining options. The quoted price was also lower than a local estimate I had finally received, where I was advised the final cost could blow out (and no set delivery/install times). Once purchased, I received a message that installation was scheduled for the next day.

The day of install, the heat pump arrived early in the morning while the install team arrived shortly after - 'Charlie' and assistant - outstanding. The installation wasn’t straightforward due to the location near pool equipment and existing pipework, but they managed to do it in such a small area.

Would happily use JR Gas and Water again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot water system/heat pump install. Will use them again. 10/10.
