I purchased 3 items and returned them within the window they specified. They rejected my return minutes after I dropped it off at the post office and when I reached out to why I have been rejected they claimed that they received the item too late when I, in fact, sent the items within their instruction deadline. They are suggesting I donate the items (which were not cheap) or pay the shipping to have them sent back. Either way I have to give the up money to fix their lack of integrity. This site is a scam, I do not recommend anyone give the their money.

The dress fit so well as I am a petite person, nothing ever really fits so I was pleasantly surprised. I love that they also have a large selection for petite people which is rare! I also got a little surprise and I was so pleased!

I was very impressed at first with how quick my order came in. I unfortunately did not like how the dress looked on me so I started a return. However, I got an email saying they couldn't accept my return due to finding two hairs on it that I did not inform them about before hand. My only options were to donate or pay for them to ship the dress back to me. When I emailed them all the kept saying was we understand your frustration, but there are no exceptions.

I will never buy from Joyfolie again. We ordered several dresses to find one for our daughters to wear to a wedding. They offered 20% off your first order, which a lot of companies do. When we went to return the dresses we decided not to keep, they said they were only returnable for store credit because we had taken the 20% off introductory offer. It was sneaky and premeditated on their part to mislead and keep the money. Their communication was terrible, and they made it very difficult to return anything. Two of the 6 dresses we ordered looked awful, like they were from Goodwill. Skip this retailer!

Terrible customer service!! Returned a pair of black pants and they refused to refund my money due to a couple of dog hairs on them! Anyone living in a house with animals beware as they could have simply removed to two white dog hairs and refunded my money but after several emails requesting someone call me in regards to the ridiculousness of this, they consistently refused and refused calling me. Not only did they refuse to refund my money, refuse me a phone call about it, they also would not return the product to me without wanting another 38$ to sent it back to me! So after paying to ship it back to them and then back to me I’d paid nearly double for a product that doesn’t fit! Do not buy from here!

Don’t ever expect to return anything. They offer you a promo code and because you use that, they won’t allow you to return the dress. The dresses I got were terrible quality and had weird flaws to them. I would never recommend this place. Their customer service is horrendous.

Purchased a pair of boots for my 4yo daughter. She tried them on for less than 30 seconds in our home. They were too small to zip up around her calves, so we repackaged them, paid the return fee, and arranged the return. Days later, the refund was denied due to the item being returned in "worn condition." They sent a photo as "proof" of the unsellable condition, which was certainly not the product we had returned. So now, I'm stuck paying ANOTHER shipping fee to have the unwearable boots sent back to me (alternatively, they very generously offered to donate them on my behalf. Heartwarming). To top it off, they do not address your emails, instead responding with automated saccharine "Dear Gorgeous" messages every single time. Euch. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Where do I begin? I went to order the girls pj's that were on sale. I wanted a size 10 which was available. They automatically send you a size 6 which is the size that all the sale items had in stock. I emailed them, because their phone number is not legit, and they wanted to charge me just as much as I paid for the pj's for a return. This is price gauging! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their products come from China, so terrible quality. I am stuck with something I have no use for and out the money!!!!
Really?? You have the nerve to tell me I ordered a size 6? Try going online and all you have are size 6 to purchase. I STAND BY MY REVIEW!!

I loved my dress! It was so beautiful and fit me perfectly. That was my first order though, so I can't speak on the other reviews about the return policy. But I loved my order and felt so pretty in it. It didn't take more than a week or so to get to me.

While they will not take returns, they do exchange for store credit and overall this is satisfactory. The clothes are cute and they have answered any questions I’ve had and respond.
I bought the "Sparrow DRess i Light Orchid" for my toddler for a mommy/daughter photoshoot and the dress was absolutely perfect. Great quality, true to size, arrived fast and my 4 year old looked like a little princess. My little girl wants me to buy her more and more dresses from there
I always get special occasions dresses from Joyfolie for my daughter and I. I always love what I buy and always get everything on a good sale. Customer service is great too!
Joyfolie denied our refund because the package reached their warehouse after Day 30 from order date—even though we submitted the return on Day 9 and shipped on Day 11 using their FedEx label. FedEx then held the parcel in Irving, TX from Sept 13 to Oct 6, which caused the miss. We followed Joyfolie’s posted steps (submit ≤14 days, ship ≤14 days). Denial was based on transit time outside our control, after we complied.
The dresses are quite different with other competitors in a good way. They understand their brand and they know their aesthetic and what they want the customer should feel about their dresses. Love it.
I absolutely love the dresses. They’re elegant, well-made, and always make me feel special. The designs are unique and flattering, and I get compliments every time I wear one!
I’ve never bought from this company but after the experience I had with them I will recommend to everyone and keep buying!! I had a lost package not to their fault, but to the delivery companies fault. I reached out to them and told them the situation and they helped me and told me they’d help along the way. I finally got my dress and it’s amazing quality and they gave me a sweet little journal which I’m beyond thankful for. Thank you Carlo for being so amazing to me and all of joyfolies team!
I ordered a dress off the website for my engagement photos. The dress was beautiful, and great material. But the sizing seems to run a little large in my opinion. Then again, I also haven't bought many new clothes as an adult and feel like I'm used to the sizing in young adult store (i.e. American Eagle/Abercrombie/etc.). I'm 5'3 and 130 lbs. and needed to return the order for an XXS. Customer service was honestly great! They responded very promptly and professionally and even offered me a new promo code since my original order had a discount.
Found some beautiful shoes for my daughter. Measured accordingly and ordered the shoes and a couple tops and a dress that were all on sale/no returns. The shoes were bought for family Christmas photos, and purchased well in time for the occasion. They were sent defective, with a strap on one being sewn on backward, which rendered them unwearable. Joyfolie will not refund your money, even for items that they acknowledge are defective. I was offered a store credit or exchange for same item. I told them aside from the defect, the shoes were too small, despite adding a half inch to her shoe size per their listed chart. They would not send the next size up, and are supposedly going to send me a replacement after they receive my return. I submitted photos 2x and went back and forth on 15 emails with their ppl about this. Also filed with BBB where they are located. I hope they send me my shoes, because then I can resell them. LOL. They advised me to resell them on their Treet site which they take a cut from! These folks are anything but straightforward and honest. I am so glad I bought all sale items and nothing full price. I would say the quality is mediocre, at best. You can find equivalent items custom made on Etsy for the casual dresses, and Kohls, Target, Amazon, Walmart, and Gap for the tees and jeans. Will never shop them again, and would advise ppl to be wary of them because this has been the most unfriendly and unpleasant interaction I have ever had with a retailer online or brick and mortar. They are scammers because if you have an issue, you will never see your money again, regardless of said issue; even when sending photos of obviously defective merch that they acknowledge is in fact defective. Then you're supposed to wait for them to receive the item you sent in order to get a replacement. So in my case, the defective shoe ruined the situation because even if it had been the correct size, they won't send a replacement in enough time for the shoes to be worn for the occasion for which they were purchased. Buyer beware. They do not care about their customers, and their responses are links to their policies which are unfair to consumers (particularly the no refunds on defective items).
Miss leading with their "free returns" that you have to pay extra for. They offer you a coupon and then don't return anything because it's a deep discount. The quality of the dresses are crap. If you like the style of dresses, just go on to Amazon and search for Joyfolie and you'll get the same designs at a fraction of the price.
