Problem with Hot water Cylinder ( under 2 years old). Krissy at Joule was so efficient, coordinating with myself and the engineer to have the problem resolved asap. Krissy called to offer a cancellation so we could have hot water earlier than anticipated, instead of using the immersion heater!!! Hopefully that this is the last maintenance part to be installed. Very effective and efficient team.

we had an issue with our heatpump playing up and the original installers being very very slow at agreeing to come and fix it.
Luckily we managed to contact Joule UK , Krissy Ramsden listened to our situation and arranged for an engineer to turn up a very short notice.

The Joule Heating Engineer did a great job sorting out an issue on my new Samsung Joule cylinder and Air Source Pump for which I’m extremely grateful.

He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as having all the replacement items needed with him. He worked on the issue until quite late and in cold conditions to make sure my heating came back on.

I telephone customer services to ask for help in finding Service engineers in my area who are qualified to work on the Joule system that is due its first service in Mar 2025. The lady listened to my query and provided immediately via email link contacts that i can explore to hopefully get a service contract in place. Polite and very approachable and I feel getting back to ask further questions would be welcomed and not seen as a nuisance. Thank you

Recently I have installed 2 Samsung air source heat pumps with Joule Kodiak cylinders. Firstly they are by far one of the most straight forward ASHP installs I have done and seem to be performing better than expected ( customers words) whilst saving time and customer money….
Secondly the install was made far easier after I had contact with Kyle from joule technical support. He was outstanding very knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough to help. Every phone call I made was answered and when he wasn’t able to answer he called me back every time. 100% sways me to keep using Joule with the support I have recieved from Kyle. Highly recommend joule cylinders.👍

Very helpful. Spoke to Ellie and whilst she was not the right person for me to deal with, she very helpfully provide me with a link that would resolve my issue.

Disappointing to find that the Joule Cyclone 250L cylinder has only lasted 7 years. Water leaking out of the top so I assume a crack or pinhole most likely in a poor weld. It seems there is no use in contacting Joule but I will do a failure analysis when the tank is out. Won't buy from Joule again but are others any better? Shame that a British company has such a poor reliability record judging from Trustpilot reviews

Mr Pavi calls me at 1130 and reconfirm the arrival time at 1230. He arrives on time and checks the boiler very carefully. After knowing the upper valve broken, replace a new one in couple minutes. Everything back to normal now.

Excellent customer service following an issue with a cylinder, the most helpful company we have used in many years. All the customer service advisors I have spoken to have been friendly, polite and delivered prompt action.

During the past few days of contact with Ellie, I found that she is a very responsible and good staff. She answered my questions very promptly, accurately and patiently.

Avoid at all costs! Nothing but problems since installed 5 years ago & now they don’t want to know. Charge you excessive charge for visits. Had to have multiple visits by engineers & still didn’t fix the problem. Now the cylinder has a serious leak. Can’t wait to rip it out and install a better quality cylinder

Air Sourced Heat Pumps work well and are value for money given that they are fitted to properties that are well insulated and new owners are suitably informed regarding operating procedures. Unfortunately, some areas of the UK do not have sufficient well trained engineers to either commission new system fittings or the back up needed for customer difficulties.
In my experience, it seems that users such as myself are extremely lucky to have our system providers (Jewel) sufficiently well staffed and capably organised to resolve issues with a Heat Pump system as such that I have experienced recently.
So, I would both praise and recommend Jewel's customer service employees and their nominated engineers following my recent cold snap breakdown.

I can only praise Joule UK.
Customer service was brilliant. From a very kind and understanding phone call to a very fast replies to my emails. The same day or a day after. Never later than that. I got my broken water cylinder replaced and my old one collected in timely manner. Money returned without any issues.
I can't prase them enough.
100% would recommend Joule UK

Wow! Didn't think this sort of thing could happen nowadays. My tank was two weeks old. How long this company can keep going before trading standards weigh in or they go bust with a lot of people's money not returned. Their returns department are well schooled in avoidance, excuses and just plain lies. Must be some course you can go on!
Trading standards have my tank for testing etc but you can see the shoddy pipe outlet fitting before you even open it up. Awaiting official photos from them and then will see if I can add them to here.
