We are a housebuilder. We build 15-20 homes a year. We use Joule systems in all our houses and flats. Having a top quality installer is critical but the after sale is also very important. Joule is a great company with a great product. We recently had an after sale issue that was fixed at great speed by Dean. Thank you!

I had a great experience arranging a maintenance engineer appointment. Krissy Ramsden was extremely helpful and efficient in rescheduling my appointment when even I needed to make a change. She handled my request so promptly and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service—thank you!

Kiel was extremely professional, polite and confident when dealing with our cylinder issue. He diagnosed the problem within seconds, explained it, demonstrated the issue, and corrected it. He then stayed until the system had fully reset and proved the issue was sorted. Outstanding service and Kiel is a credit to your company.

Ellie is always pleasant and helpful, locating the information I need to help support our customers needs . I really appreciate the trouble she goes to when I ask for support.

Had problems with our heater since we moved into the new build: loud whistling noises and total shutdown in cold weather. Building contractor tried to fix it several times, manages to stop the shutdowns but not the noise. Finally called in Joules. First guy wasn't able to fix it because it wasn't whistling when he arrived. A week later, Adam from Joules makes a visit, fiddles about with the system and gets it to make the loud noise, and FIXES it in less than 5 minutes. Adam then proceeds to explain why it happened, the mechanics behind it (because I was interested) and how it can be adjusted in different circumstances. He then helped explain the rest of the house radiators & tank workings, adjusted our settings to save us money, and left without accepting a tip! Honestly the most effective and useful service we've had in a long time. Can't recommend Adam enough.

That said, I do sometimes yearn for the old wood fireplaces because these digital automated systems seem so dang complicated!

The after care service given by Izabella was exemplary. I would highly recommend using this company knowing this is how they treat their customers.

I had the manufacturer visit from Joule today for not having hot water. “Kiel Leon” has found the issue within 10mins, and explained it what that part is doing and how can it be broken/faulty etc… he is one of the best fault-finding engineers that I have seen. 5* to his knowledge and service

Izabella has been absolutely amazing and very responsive with our joule cylinder swap over issue have dealt with other brands in the past as we own a heating and plumbing business in the northwest and by far the customer service from Izabella has made everything from day dot very smooth and manageable we are very happy as usually after sales in most cases are stressful and difficult huge thank you to Isabella from ESP BATHROOMS LTD

One of the Customer Service Advisors Kristina had responded right away and introduced us to the right person within the firm named Kyle. Kyle and Kristina were very swift at responding and giving us the relevant details we needed.
