Kristy phoned today (Friday) to inform me that one of their engineers will visit on Monday (next working day), which is prompt. Kristy’s telephone manner is to be commended as she was polite, helpful and courteous.

Heatpump not performing as should
The engineer Dean really made an effort to check investigate and help get pump running as should.
Not there yet and few things to try still but on right track.
Friendly and polite also.

Fantastic service
When my air source heat pump failed shortly after installation Joule were asked to visit. The lady on the phone rearranged things and an engineer Keil, arrived the next day. He gave an instant diagnosis, fixed the fault and explained how to get best efficiency from the equipment. Keil was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Leaking immersion thermostat
The initial chat bot contact did not work. No email or call.
Second attempt gave fast email response and a engineer onsite within a couple of days with the immersion heater issue resolved. Thank you

Great company to deal with.
Great company to deal with from design to completion.
Customer contact centre are always really helpful and technical are very good at going through and hiccups over the phone.
Have been approached by other ASHP to use their kit and I see no reason to move as Joule are pretty on it!

It took a while to get an engineer to visit but when they did Daniel Blunden did a great job fixing the problem very professionally and quickly.

Dean from Joule was very professional and thorough, so “Thank you very much for your assistance”
Dean from Joule came out to our newly installed system to assess the fault we were experiencing, a brand new house, with a heat source pump, identified 2 weeps in system which caused pressure loss, changed potentially faulty pump, advised that a non return valve had been put on the wrong way? Dean was Very professional, explained everything to us and came all the way from Kent to Dorset to sort the job! Thank you Joule and to Dean for putting things right!
