Called customer service with some issues our installers didn't know about. Ellie was very helpful and gave advice and arranged for the manual to be sent to us (installer told us there wasn't a manual) great service, thanks

Great if you want your house flooding
Very poor quality products which fail long before they should. Try to blame lack of servicing for faults rather than accept they build water tanks out of corrosive materials. Absolute morons and customer service is non existant. Avoid like the plague

Problem fixed
Paul came this morning to look at a problem with the heat pump, he found the problem and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend joule to anyone.

Very Professional Warranty Visit
Senior Engineer Dean visited today , a very personable man who clearly was very experienced with the Joule system. He very quickly replaced two pumps and a circuit board under warranty. This allowed him to do more diagnostics from a stable position. The system fault was found to be an installation problem, this was fully explained. Dean provided his details to pass onto the installer if required. Very good and professional visit.
