Excellent , perfect condition, good sizing and came on time

Good experience, delivery was really quick and came within 2 days, size fits just wish I got a medium

I was expecting better size than the one I had received! the large size is considered like XL ! The material is too heavy where u can't wear it in the summer & not even in the winter because it's T-shirt. It's not worth the price at all.

Quality products at a great price

Site is really good and easy to look through, however I did pay for the better postage offer and I may of missed how long it was going to take to arrive but I didn’t see any indication, it’s coming up to a week now since I ordered and still haven’t received my package? Was just hoping for an estimated date that I would be getting it after paying for the quicker delivery option.

The quality of the products are amazing and definitely worth the price. I only bought 3 t-shirts to test them out but I Will most definitely be buying more stuff. Also the team on Instagram were so helpful, replied to all my questions on dm within an hour

The update is that there is no update. They just won't reply to my emails. If you buy off them then there seems to be no problem. If you buy off them with a discount then that is just not acceptable to them. I asked them if I could buy a few items from their website with the discount they offered and they said no. They said it was for one day only even though I had bought from them on that day. I just wish companies did more for their customers. It really is a sad day when you can't buy from your favourite clothing brand. It is a real shame.

Wrong order and customer service is like dealing with high school kids is absolutely ridiculous.

I bought two monaco tshirts (£80) on a friday paying for royal mail tracked (1 day delivery) and it came on the following tuesday with me going on holiday the Wednesday.

As soon as I opened the bag the tshirts smelled so bad of a chemically/fume smell so I tried to wash them as I liked the design and wanted them for the holiday still. After washing, twice, both tshirts still stink that bad that I can’t have them in my wardrobe or in my room.

I emailed Jem City asking what I can do and they said because its past their 7 day return period they wont do anything even though their products took 4 days to come and I was on holiday for a week.

Avoid at all costs. Really not worth it.
