My son purchased 2 tops. Neither fitted as were too short in the body. Returned for a refund and never received it! Absolutely appalling service and withholding a refund when goods have been returned is criminal. Had to raise a dispute with the bank to finally get the refund due. My advice is to AVOID this company

I’ve had mixed experiences with Jem City UK. Their delivery was impressively quick, and some products, like their tees and hoodies, had nice quality and fit. Customer service was helpful at times. However, one pricey jumper I bought faded quickly, and my query about it was ignored. Decent overall, but not flawless.

Top company with great products. I think I have almost one of everything in the wardrobe. The heavyweight hoodies are insanely good quality. Love the fleeces and the T-shirts are insanely good and perfect for summer.
Have been using their knitwear quaterzips for in the office which are great too. Will always buy from them, a real trustworthy clothing brand

Absolute scam,made an order one month ago and was never send. You cant contact with them. They only have a contact with us section in wich you will never revive am aswer. They keep eliminanting my comments from instagram.

Ordered a big package from here mid November, it’s now mid January I have asked for a refund and none of my emails are being answered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for the last month due to the package being stuck in shipping but this is ridiculous

The quality, craftsmanship and overall nature of this company is bitter poor. The owner accused me of "making up issues", despite having sent them more than 8 images of their poor products.

Despite the products being faulty, they state a "restocking fee" of 30% would be applicable (complete nonsense!).

Do not believe or trust the social media campaigns.

Returned an Item 3 weeks ago, no email to confirm they’ve received it and processing the refund. By reading other reviews, seems a common occurrence that they do this at christmas and sort all the refunds out in the new year, which isn’t very professional. No other option than start a chargeback on my credit card.

Great service, got a heavyweight hoodie from here didn’t pay for next day delivery but it still came next day. Quality is also really good and goes with pretty much everything!

Own 3 of the quarter zips and recently bought a Positano t shirt which has quickly become my staple piece. Absolutely loved everything I’ve ever ordered from Jem City!

I recently purchased an expensive heavyweight jumper, expecting premium quality, but I was sorely disappointed. The color washed off after just a few wears, leaving it looking faded and worn out. Despite reaching out to customer service, I received no response whatsoever, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. Save your money and avoid this product at all costs.

When a wrong item was sent and they was made aware of this they told me what the problem was made sure that it was fixed and compensated for the disturbance. 10/10 customer service.
Quality of the clothes are outstanding too.

Great customer service when I had some queries, instant returns and exchanges and the quality of the clothing is really good. You can spend a lot more money and get worse quality. Looking forward to shopping regularly here.

Bought a remaining stock mystery box.

Firstly, the fleece I received is in the wrong size (XL not L). Secondly, the fleece is missing tags. Lastly, there is a hole in the fleece (where the stitching should be).

This isn't acceptable, even if it's 'remaining stock'.

I wrote an email to customer service (as there is no number to call) over 2 weeks ago asking for a refund and still haven’t heard back!

Will not be buying again.

The fleece I ordered is nice and unique in design, and pretty standard in quality (subjectively speaking, not worth paying £75+ for but that’s a choice you make for individuality).

Just be conscious that you will not be able to cancel the order once it’s been made – as stated on their website. And returns are to be requested manually by emailing them, so you may have to be a little patient with this. It would be nice if they could add automated systems for both cancelling and returning to make it quicker and easier for everyone, but that’s just a tip for Jem City.

Aside from that, it was delivered quickly and in good condition.

L'assistenza clienti è terribile. Il tracking del pacco era fermo al 9 dicembre, fino ad oggi. Era fermo in dogana in Germania e nessuno sapeva dirmi dov'era. In Italia è arrivato in super ritardo e ho dovuto anche PAGARE LE TASSE DOGANALI E POSTALI.
Assolutamente non vale la pena.

Just received navy Monaco fleece (medium) amazing quality and perfect fit. Having a toggle at the waist is very beneficial. Definitely order again
