I ordered a Fleece and a Sweatshirt and I love both! I got both in a size L because I wanted it oversized. The material feels great a the quality I really impressive! I will order again ;)

I still have not received my order. And it was not stated in the website that I also had to pay an additional 30 euros for import taxes. Very curious uf I will ever receive my order!

Quick delivery and item delivered in good condition.

Delighted with jumper,. Material is thicker than expected and fit is true to size.

Bought this for a friend who loves it. Good quality material and nice design. Is a little larger than expected for a traditional Small size but not a big problem at all.

I am very happy with the quality of the products that I brought, even though the price was abit high all together, the clothes were spectacular.

Poor quality products and poor service. I sent items back and asked when I would receive my refund and was told ‘I have let you know twice now that refunds will be processed from the 7th of January!’

Avoid this company at all times,their return policy is terrible
I bought a fleece for my daughter for Xmas
Obviously she couldn't try it on as that would have spoiled the surprise
It was too small so I emailed on Dec 27 to ask for an exchange to a larger size
No answer until 4 January and they refused as return period ended on 3 January

impressed heavy weight t-shirt, actually better quality then i expected which was great. Nice slightly oversized tee which was what i wanted overall 10/10 product.

*one thing to note if purchasing from Ireland and additional import duty needs to be paid since Brexit, nothing to no with Jem City themselves but additional charges are added

One star is being too kind to these guys. Their returns policy means if you're not on it, ordering a few sizes to try is NOT recommended......you WILL get caught out...plenty of other better companies out there with more better customer service / returns policies. Pass on by.......

Purchased a hoodie. Really good quality, well packaged and quick delivery. Would highly recommend and will defiantly be purchasing more from Jem City!

I returned the jumper and asked for a replacement in a different size (as Jemcity offered).
After a couple of weeks I emailed to ask for an update but heard nothing from them.
I messaged them via Instagram where they said they hadn't received it. They have provided no help on what to do next and have failed to give the replacement or a refund. They have continued to ignore me

I’m never one to write a bad review but I am just incredibly annoyed. I worked with this brand for a collaboration and I have in writing that they are meant to be paying me for the content I have created for them. The communication was great up until the payment. 2 weeks have passed and they still haven’t paid me or responded to multiple emails, I think this is incredibly unprofessional, to top it off I washed the item, by the instructions may I add and the material looks like it has been bleached so now it’s no longer wearable.
