Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The product I received was not as described and when I raised the issue with customer service, I provided photos and tried to resolve things properly. Instead of feeling like my concerns were taken seriously, my photos were dismissed and my requests regarding a return were not handled in the way I expected based on the company’s stated policies.
What frustrated me most was not just the product issue itself, but how the situation was handled afterwards. Problems happen with every business, but customer service is where companies show whether they genuinely care about customers.
I’ve been left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the experience overall and will now be discussing my options with my bank. I would personally recommend shopping with a company that places more value on customer support and standing behind the products they sell.
