Not upfront about all the needed information to be fully verified. I became frustrated after providing all information asked just to be sent another email requiring more information from me? Not okay or necessary! Allow me to decide if I want to continue based upon the requirements stated in the beginning. Not 3 documetns along with a photo selfie later requiring “hand written” documentation? No thanks, had I known that I wouldn’t have sent all the other information and carried onto a different site. Not satisfied at all!!

Well here I’m here again, I finally got my first payout, now however I have a bigger pay out of almost $500, and try going to login today an won’t load, won’t do anything, however every other website I play has been loading up just fine. It's true there a joke there games are rigged numbers jump go backwards skip what a joke no need to reply support and your not registered either so save that! Good way to get a bad name, you got another one! Save your money and go else where.

Overall great experience playing here! I have been playing on jefebet for maybe 6 months and during that time I’ve probably won about as much as I’ve spent and a little more. I’ve redeemed my “prizes” 16 times with many cancelled redemptions on top of that so it could’ve been more but I just love to play and sometimes get greedy I play on at least a dozen sites but jefebet is in my top 5 favorite. They are fair and seem to have a higher rtp than some of the others. Would highly recommend giving them a shot. From what I remember it did take a few days to get verified but since then it has been smooth sailing and I usually don’t wait more than 3 or 4 days for the redemptions to go through even though they say it can take up to 10 days.

I contacted Jefebet cuz I was having problems verifying my account and uploading the documents needed. I got a response back very quickly in which I responded to them and very quickly after that I got a response back saying my concerns have been fixed in the system and that I was already to go. So I give them 10 Stars they did great.

I’ve just started playing on this site. I have won quite a bit. There is a large selection of games and the graphics are pretty good. The only downfalls I can see are. Slow redemption times I believe from what I’m told.
I put in for 4 redemptions. I reached out to customer service to ask how long the redemption time is. I did get a response can be up to 10 days and that you can only redeem 1,000 per day.
Love the games and site hopefully the first redemption goes smoothly. I will update.

I have to say that of all gaming platforms, most are copy and paste types which is not horrible but Jefebet I have just started playing about 1 month ago and have won $380 in 3 separate redemptions meaning I won’t always win $100 then another $140 a week later and last week on a 30 cent bet won $180 in the bonus round which is incredibly rare. I won’t say the game because it’s my little secret but they are a fair platform with good promotion offers. The only complaint I have which is not really a complaint about them it just takes about 4-7 days for your money but with the fortunate results as of late I could care less about the time it takes for them to pay you. I’m currently waiting on a $100 redemption which will likely hit today possibly tomorrow and the $140 redemption I made on Saturday and I don’t think they count towards the redemption timeframe but all in all if I could recommend 1 single platform it would absolutely be Jefebet.

I had signed up with Jefebet but never really played on it. Today they had a special, and I had 10 bucks, so I decided to play. That 10 quickly turned into $150, and I decided to stop there and cash out. The one thing I hate about online gambling is the verification process. I know it is for my safety that it is done but it is time consuming and a pain in the butt. I was VERY surprised with Jefebet. I was struggling with some documents but their support is AMAZING, they were professional and explained everything I needed to do. I will gamble here again because of their support staff.
