It has been over two months since I’ve requested a redemption. I have emailed multiple times with the same generic response every other person in here as got and they’ve provided no timeline. Their excuses do not make any sense given no other casino has ever come remotely close to this redemption time.

Ultimately, this casino is a SCAM, as having to wait over 2 months, even if they actually pay, is highly unethical as that is 2+ months of money that I lose out on and that they gain for free. Do not sign up. Do not buy any packages. Just read the rest of the reviews in here. You will not see your money for a very very long time, if ever.

Jefebet, don’t bother replying - we know you will provide the same useless generic response that nobody gives a shit about you unethical pricks. I will be sure to let my friends know not to sign up.

My redemption from Jefe is officially 2 months old today. That's 60 days ago that I submitted my measley 101.00 redemption. It's alarming why they don't pay. My guess is if Jefe is doing this to others besides myself, it's probably just a matter of time that they will be shut down. All you get is lame excuses and they appreciate your patience and that they will pay you . They never say when. 101.00 isn't a lot of money and I'm sure there are others that have a much larger redemption that hasn't been paid but it's the principle of it. Jefe is non trustworthy, thiefs, and totally irresponsible with other people's money. Please stay away from Jefe. They don't deserve even 1 star. Protect your money and stay away. Now I'm waiting for the lame response to this post. It's the ONLY way they answer. Their customer service is non existent

I believe this company is out of Las Vegas. I believe a class action suit should be on our radar. Finally paid me out after 55 business days...

It's been 49 business days and I still have not received my redemption and it's been like 67 days total since I cashed out and every time I send an email they send me the same generic reply, that I'm sure they're sending to everyone saying they're behind but this is getting a little overboard, 49 business days is plenty of time to get these redemptions done... Even if you're somewhat behind it's still sufficient enough time... If I don't hear back with a real reply I'm going to dispute all of my payments that I made to you with my bank because you are not following your own set of rules and guidelines my account needs to be looked at and I need a real reply or solution of payment immediately... Let's see if this can happen and then I will change my review I'm extremely upset because I loved this casino I've cashed out with you in the past and I've never had any issues it was my number one go to place to play and now I don't even know what to say... I'm telling all of my followers and everyone I know not to play on your platform until this gets resolved..

This is just a quick update finally after 3 months or 55 business days I finally got my redemptions so I felt I needed to come and update my review a little.
I really truly hope they can get their s*** together and get caught up if this is truly the real case of what's going on because I miss playing on this platform I really loved it but I'm still on the fence I think I might play minimal amounts because of how long it takes to get your payouts. $3,000 in Withdrawals Pending Since March 6 – No Resolution

I currently have three withdrawals of $1,000 each pending on JefeBet since March 6 (over 8 weeks now).

This is my first withdrawal, and my account is fully verified (KYC completed). I have also deposited and lost more money on the platform than I am attempting to redeem, so there should be no concerns regarding bonus abuse or account risk.

Despite this, all three redemptions remain in “pending” status with no clear communication or timeline for payment.

I have contacted support multiple times and have not received a definitive answer on:

- Whether the withdrawals are approved
- If there are any outstanding verification issues
- When I can expect payment

At this point, the delay is significantly outside normal processing times for a verified account and raises concerns about payout reliability.

I am requesting that JefeBet escalate this to their payments team and provide a clear resolution and payout timeline.

The Real Jefebet Experience. Worth the read if you want facts on how this site operates!

17 days in waiting for a redemption. No response from customersuppirt, they are not acknowledging my emails or replyingto me anymore. Jefebet used to have something stating that most redemptions are processed within 48 hours in most situations. That claim changed to either 3-5 or 5 to 7 days in the majority of redemptions, this is still their current claim. Currently, this is the 3rd time since December that I've claimed a redemption with Jefebet and it has taken extremely long to process. I waited from early December of 2025 to mid February 2026 for an $800 redemption payment, the entire time they claimed they were having issues with payment processing. But here is the crazy part!!! I had all but given up on ever getting this redemption, so as a last attempt I try a hail mary attempt and I emailed Jefebet support informing them that I'm a streamer of online gaming content (which I am) and told them the fairly significant number of followers I have. I told them that as soon as they pay me and I received the funds in my bank account that I would do a video review of their site that was positive to help them bring in more new players and income. Wouldn't you know, not even 12 hours later I got a confirmation email informing me that my redemption was on the way!!! Just like that payment system was miraculously fixed and within 36 hours of making Jefebet that offer the money was in my bank. I'll let everyone else decide what they think regarding if there was ever a payment processing issue, truthfully I don't know if there was. But that was a hell of a coincidence none-the-less. So here we are again, Jefebet is playing games with my $200 redemption and I'm being forced to air out their laundry on Trustpilot. I also have saved all of the threads from my emails with them and have backed them up on my computer. Maybe I should post it somewhere if they continue not wanting to pay me or reply. That being said, players beware of this site.

I have had the most awful time trying to redeem! I started my redemption request over 30 days ago and have contacted support multiple times with no response. Wow, it's been about one month now on my redemption. I redeem on 3/20 now it's almost May. So I canceled just to play and see. And won now waiting on 2 redemption. Look like I'm never going to see a dime. When i email them it's the same story. Now I'm just going to cancel my winnings an plays. So I already know there no chance in hell. I'm even going to win because I feel like every game I will play will be rigged. The funny thing is I won on 4 other site and got my money before Jefe bet that I won on first.

Good buy ins. But don't do it. Cause if you win you won't get paid out. HORRIBLE site. I've had the same redemption for 2 months and still pending. Every time I email I get the "system delays" or "we are processing redemptions in order they are received". There's no way they have so many redemptions that they are that backed up. Don't fall for the lies. Just be smart and DO NOT give them ANY of your money cause you will never see any redemptions.

I submitted my redemption 3 weeks ago, and I still have not received it. I email them once a week for an update, and it's always the same as everyone else gets. "technical difficulties", and "significant backlog". Every other sweeps casino pays out in a day or 2.

Played on this site and loaded money on it and when I won. And went to redeem my funds Never received them to this day. Emailed them and everything waited and been patient. Still to this day day no response and no redemption. Jefe bet has really let me down and disappointed me. I won't be playing on here any more.

NO RESPONSE SCAMMERS

Jefebet calls about promotions and playing on their platform. I verified my account with them last year before even purchasing sc, so they keep calling to convince me to play on their platform so I gave in and did been having jefebet account since last year. Like I stated before I verified when I first got it so I played yesterday 04/11/26 and won when trying to redeem it give me the verification link like I didn’t verify so I hit the link trying to verify again instead of the verification process come up, another message come up like I been already verified (I did last year). The message stated verification process team will review 72 hours check your email remind you I didn’t upload anything this time cuz it wouldn’t let me. I done email serval times NO RESPONSE!!! Hope jefebet it’s scamming due to they call all the time about playing on their platform real human! ………… UPDATE: Jefebet updated my account to verified so I can redeem my winnings, I redeem APRIL 14 $630 today April 30, 2026 still pending on their platform I done reached out serval of time about my redemption just give the same messages and Jefebet team member call my boyfriend trying to get him to play and he had them on speaker told them he will never play on their platform I done play and never gotten pay, the Jefebet team stated oh it takes 24/48 hrs but due to back log or whatever they have going on holding people money up. But they can keep calling random people to get them to play and spend money on their platform but haven’t paid out the members that already put money on this platform and won not making any sense! Redemption purgatory

I have been waiting on a couple of redemptions to hit my bank account for weeks now! The first one I submitted on 3-18!! And support has been absolutely NO help. Keep getting the same generic email “there’s a backlog blah blah, we’re sorry but we’re working on it” my husband is also having the same issue. As if that’s not bad enough they keep calling us trying to get us to spend MORE money with them when they already owe us a couple hundred dollars each!!! Just hope it isn’t a scam at this point…
