Longest redemption time from any I've played on

It amazes me how some of these online casinos take entirely to long to redeem my winnings but yet they get my money instantly I'm going on 7 days now without any of my winnings and only thing I get replied to me is an automated message saying they are having technical difficulties absolutely horrible redemption time

Title: Redemption Pending since 1/11 - Ref #3559636 - No Communication



I have been waiting for my 100.5 SC redemption since January 11th (Ref #3559636). It has been sitting in "Pending" status for over 8 days with absolutely zero communication or updates. I have received the automated confirmation email, but since then, nothing has moved.

I play at plenty of other social casinos that handle redemptions in 2–3 days. Waiting over a week just to get an "Approval" is unacceptable in 2026.

Please process Ref #3559636 immediately. I will update this review once the funds actually hit my account, but as of now, I cannot recommend playing here if you actually want to receive your winnings.

Today is Jan 17th...I did a redemption…

Today is Jan 17th...I did a redemption on Jan 8th at 6:44am. Their site says they try to get redemptions approved with in 24hrs but they don't do approvals on the weekends. Ok, understandable. The 8th was a Thursday so I figured it would be approved Friday the 9th at some point. Nope. So I waited until Monday the 12th and send them a nice polite email to both support and help emails. I get some generic response about the redemption process having technical difficulties but they are working on it. So I decide to get on here and read the reviews. Looks like they have been having "technical difficulties processing redemptions" since November according to the complaints I have read. I do not know of one other company ever to supposedly have technical difficulties of any kind for this long of a period. Wednesday the 14th I sent another round of emails and while I did get a response by Thursday the 15th, it was the exact same, pre-scripted, blow me off, nonsense. It is now Saturday the 17th and it has been 10 days, 7 of which are business days and still nothing. They are still taking people's money without a disclaimer stating their redemptions are taking weeks and for some people months. That is bad business! Right now I can not and will not recommend this site to friends or foes. I will not spend another dime until I get some legitimate answers from someone real that isn't following a script and isn't a Bot sending out emails. When and if I get answers or receive my redemption I will gladly update this review. Until then, 1 star it is.
If yourthinking about playing here, dont!! There are lots of reputable casinos out there that won't lie and cheat you.

I made two purchases and won 300 dollars ..
I requested to redeem 275 dollars on Jan 6 and still nothing ...I finally got an email saying they are experiencing technical issues ...if this is on going problem then they should say we have no problem taking your money but have issues paying out so we can make informed decisions ...when I first started playing here they were super helpful and fast and efficient at getting my account verified ..
The casino was ALOT ALOT of fun I truly enjoyed my experience here then this ...the other problem is I was playing 3 Pigs of Olympus and on the 6 th spin during the bonus the game glitched out and I cannot get back into the game ...I've reported it they responded I tried again and again I've sent screenshot and even screen recorded me trying to open the game ...I've sent many emails to not get a response to them ...I would just like a time frame on my payout ...I would like to know if this problem will persist if not I have no problem spending my money here I think I've been fair in waiting and wish I could get a more detailed response about my payout ...if the problem isn't getting resolved then tell people from the beginning so they too can. Make informed decisions ...I've no problem updating my review if I get paid soon

Takes way to long to pay

I have 2 redemption requests, the first one is from Dec 26, 2025 and I have not gotten paid for it yet, today is January 15, 2026. I have emailed them twice but I just get a response that they are having technical issues on redemption requests. I played several other places and none off them have ever taken this long to pay, this is very unacceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Edit to add: I did reach out to jefebet help, not once but twice, and was told that there were technical difficulties on redemption requests and no time frame as to when it would be resolved. Again this is very unacceptable, no other games that I pay have ever taken this long to pay, but you sure don't hesitate to take people's money in without disclosing that you have "technical difficulties " paying out winnings.

I have been trying to reach customer…

I have been trying to reach customer service for several days with no response.

After spending a fair amount of money on this site, I finally have a decent redemption. I assumed there would be a verification process - of which I have done on a dozen other sites with no issues whatsoever. Jefebet.com just has a message saying they are reviewing my documents and may take up to 72 hours.

The issue is that I didn't submit documents. There is literally NO verification process available.

All other sites use a secure verification system where you submit photo ID, a selfie, a bank statement, and utility bill. Super fast, super easy. Sometimes you are immediately verified and some take no more than 48 hours.

Help at Jefebet.com does not respond. I cannot find another avenue to reach them.

I will give them another 24 hours before reporting them to BBB and other possible agencies. They are based in Las Vegas, so the gaming commission is an avenue to consider.

I hope this is helpful information for others who are in the same situation and a warning to play elsewhere if you have not yet given them your dollars. There are now dozens of sites that are legitimate and really do have great customer service.

UPDATE 1/22/26
Verified on 1/8 after several more email attempts. I was told it would be up to 2 days for redemption "approval" STILL not showing "approved." After reaching out to the parent company and several more emails, I received a reply from help@ with the standard "we are having technical difficulties." They sure aren't having technical difficulties taking deposits.

I have kindly asked several times that they put a disclaimer on the site that they are not paying out redemptions at this time. I was told that when they receive a complaint that they are "honest" and let the complainent know that they are having difficulties.

This is outrageously deceptive. I have had no issues whatsoever getting redemptions processed anywhere else. I have several redemptions with 2 other sites placed on 1/20 and received today 1/22.

There are dozens more sites to spend your $$$ at. My hours spent trying to get this one redemption are worth more than the redemption itself...and it is much more than $100.

Untrustworthy. Says paid but never received

Edit: it is now 1.06.26 and I still haven't received the winnings. Despite saying paid. I emailed customer support saying i didn't get the winnings and have left a review. Funny I got a response on here saying they cannot discuss the account here and to email support yet support hasn't responded to my last email saying I never got the winnings and that I left a review here due to that.

I submitted my redemption back in November. After waiting a bit it contacted customer support because it was still pending. Was told they had system issues and they were working through the redemptions as fast as possible. Figured ok, things happen I can be patient. However weeks went by no update nothing. Finally on like 12.11.25 it said it was approved. It is now 12.27.25 and I have yet to receive the 100 dollars I won. Well past the 10 supposed business days.i regret the one package I purchased and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My account was shut down after I tried to change my bank account info for redemption because I sent them the JOINT BANK ACCOUNT HOLDERS ID since they always ask for it. They went and emailed me saying they were shutting it down cuz there couldn’t be 2 account holders for jefe bet when I clearly stated that she was on my bank account but my Casino account. I feel like they just found a way not to pay me my winnings.

Since December 30 I have been able to get onto my account once more and received an apology email from Customer Support about their discrepancy and corrected the situation. Gotta say they were quick to respond to my email and I had forgotten about this review. I understand that some things are not in 1 persons control and I appreciate their due diligence on the matter.

Difficult to redeem

Update 3 - 12/24
12 days and I received the same type of responses. On the 13th day I was notified my redemption was approved and today I received finds in my account.

I stand by my statement about violating the terms and conditions; unhelpful responses from support teams and delayed redemptions. I also believe they are violating consumer trust by not warning of thr "technical difficulties" and "delayed redemptions" when making a purchase... but they did eventually pay me.

Use this site at your own risk!

Update 2 - it just keeps getting worse. Their own comment below tells me to reach out to their help desk... I do this and get a response saying "this has been merged with existing case" not that its being looked into, not that they are doing anything about it, just that it's been merged with the case I already can't get answers on.

This could all be avoided by them simply putting a warning on their page that they are currently unable to process redemptions... taking money while knowing they can't pay out is borderline fraudulent activity.
Ill Happy to update this review to higher stars if my redemption ends up paid out.

12/16 - Update 1 - downgrading this to one star. Customer service takes a while to respond. Im getting the same "technical difficulties" response others are receiving without any further details. If this is a known issue that dates back to nov (as seen on other reviews) then a notification should be placed on the site to warn you / prevent you from making a purchase.

12/14 - Difficult to redeem. Submitted 12/10. Their terms state it will be pending 1-2 days for review. Here i am several days past that point and still pending. Customer support is not responding to inquiries. Seeing reviews here with similar issues this makes me nervous as to if I will receive my redemption. Other sites ive dealt with would have had funds in my account by now. Purchase at your own risk... I wish I would have found these reviews sooner!

From good to worse

My first redemption was paid out in 3 days with no problem. The second redemption has been on pending going on day 11. Support told me on day 6 that they were having some technical difficulties. I call BS, I call it refusal to payout. I DO NOT recommend this casino. No redemption after 14 days and canceled the redemption and played it, I will put this casino on the back burner.
