Still Waiting on Redemption to be paid out that was submitted on 11/8.

12/17: Redemption Received!!

12/17: My redemption has not been paid. I was told by CS that it would take 3-5 days. I submitted the redemption on 11/8, it was approved and processed on 12/10 and here it is 12/17 and I haven’t been paid. I’ve reached out to CS and was told 3-5 days, emailed them on the 5th business day and *crickets*.
This is exhausting, Jefebet!

12/16: Today is the 5th Business day. Although the redemption was approved and processed, I still haven’t received it. It normally doesn’t take this long for a redemption to hit my account. Will update the rating when I see the money.

12/15: Redemption has been processed and approved. Still haven’t received it yet. Will update to the rating when it hits my account.

12/10 Edit:

Just heard from CS that my redemption has been PROCESSED!! Soooooooo glad that it’s been finally processed! Thank you!!!! Forgot to include that I will update to five stars when I officially receive my redemption in my account.

12/9 Edit:

Still haven’t received my winnings. It is Business Day 22 and they’re disregarding their own terms and conditions of by refusing to pay us within 10 business days. One day it’s a technical issue, the next day, they’re processing redemptions. One person tells me that my redemption is a priority and the next day, it’s something different. I really think they’re hoping that we play our winnings so they won’t have to pay us. This is what some of these places do. They hold out paying you so that you play your winnings back.

12/8 Edit:

Out of all the places that I’ve spent my money, why is that I’ve only had redemption issues with American based places? Crown Coins, Chumba, Rolla and even the other overseas based gaming sites have processed my redemptions in a timely manner.

They processed two more redemptions...

They processed two more redemptions.... OUT OF ORDER! I have now receive my redemptions from 11/10, 11/11 and 11/12 but still nothing for 11/3, 11/7 and 11/8. I emailed support like they asked in my last review and they were very prompt about approving the 11/11 and 11/12 redemptions. I emailed again to let the know that they had missed 11/3 for $203, 11/7 for $216 and 11/8 for$208 and again, crickets. I don't think there's any need for me to email you again, you know who I am.

Great site with very respectable customer service and nice VIP system

Customer service is ignoring me and I’m waiting on my $500 redemption since February 10th

Do not waste your money!!!! Read review

Well, it has finally come to this. JefeBets will not respond to any emails regarding my redemption that is still “Pending” since 11/08!! It states that it will show pending until is it reviewed and that is 1-2 business days. Waited. Waited. Waited. It has now been 15 BUSINESS DAYS and still shows pending. Once approved it will take up to 10 more business days. We’re just shy of a month and it’s still pending. I have sent an email daily asking for an update, reached out to their sponsor/promoter at FSG Inc, and even messaged their higher ups. It’s incredible to me that a business can so easily accept your money, and then ghost you when you win. I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy. Communication goes a long way, if there’s an issue, at least let me know. I have no idea how there is no recourse against companies like this. Maybe a call to the Nevada Gaming Commission about Fifth Street Gaming Inc, might help speed up the process for anyone who fails to head my warning. Really open to having JefeBet rectify this situation, however, I don’t think they exist anymore.

***UPDATE! - It’s been a month, and STILL PENDING in my account! I did receive an email after this review saying that their team is “working hard to fix the issue, but it is out of their control”. Uhhhhhh what? What a dumpster fire.

I requested redemption of $300 on 11/3/25. I reached out after a weeks time and was told 10 business days, Reached out for a second time and was told there was a glitch and it would be the following week for sure. Redemption Nightmare

Redemption Nightmare

Jefe used to be really awesome and quick with their redemption processing. Sometimes even same day processing. Looking at the recent reviews and my recent experience with them these days are long gone. I submitted a total of 5 redemptions between 10/30 and 11/11. Only one of those has been processed. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service and they haven’t done much to help other than make promises that are not kept. Unfortunately I won’t be playing with jefe any more and neither should you. I recommend sixty six as they have same day redemptions, similar game selection and are actually true to their word. If I don’t receive my winnings soon I’ll have no other choice but to initiate charge backs on my purchases with them as they are violating their own terms and conditions.

UPDATE 12/04

I emailed their support email as requested in their phony response below. To no surprise there has been absolutely no “prompt”response and no changes made to the pending redemptions. I’ll update here if I ever hear back from them.

UPDATE 12/04 (later in the day)

This is the response i received from Support:

“I apologize for the delay, our team has identified some technical errors that has resulted in a delay in redemptions. We assure you that our team is working diligently to send those out as soon as possible. As soon as your redemption is approved, you will receive a notification to your verified email address noting this interaction. I assure you our intention is to approve your redemption but right now our team is dealing with some issues that are out of our control. I am happy to see that one of your redemptions was approved and I am hopeful they rest will be approved soon as well! If there is anything I can help clarify, please do not hesitate to reach out!”

Unfortunately this response does absolutely nothing to help resolve my issue or give me any reassurance that it will ever be resolved as I was told something very similar in two separate responses almost a MONTH ago (11/13). The “approved redemption” that was mentioned was the same one I spoke of in my initial review which was processed over two weeks ago.
I will include the responses given on 11/13 below.

“I apologize for the delay with your redemptions but this current delay affects all JefeBet users at the moment. I can't give you a timeline on when you will receive your redemptions but our team is working to have them reach your account by next week at the latest.”

“As mentioned by my colleague, we experienced an issue with redemption that affected not only yours but all of them in general, but don't worry, we managed to solve it and we are working hard to be up to date with all the pending redemption and for this to not happen ever again as we understand that timely access to winnings is crucial for all the members of our familia.

You should expect an email notification with the approval of your redemption soon. Again, our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. “

As you can see they never kept their word as only one of my five redemptions was processed by “the next week”.

UPDATE 12/16

On 12/10 I finally received an email stating that my redemptions had finally been approved! Finally! Unfortunately as of 12/16 I have not received any funds in my bank account. In the past once the approval email went out the funds would reach my account by the next day. This has not been the case. I reached out to support and their response was as followed:

“The redemption process typically takes about 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If, by any chance, you haven't received your funds within this timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help and happy to look into it for you!”

Tomorrow will be the 5th business day so I will update here if anything changes by then. I really hope it does

Wow, after almost 2 months of waiting have
FINALLY received my winnings! At least they paid me out. I’ll bump up their rating to 3 stars for the past experiences ive had with them and considering they’ve actually paid me out.

Redemption not paid

I played on this site for about a month and have been waiting for my redemption since 10/31/25. They have given me every excuse possible as to why I haven’t received my money. On 11/19/25 the status of my redemption has gone blank and customer service has stopped responding. I have repeatedly ask for one of two things to happen either refund all the money I have spent on the platform or approve and pay my refund. Clearly something fraudulent is going on with redemptions! Jefebet is still allowing customers to make purchases but not paying out winnings which is not right.
