Trying to do a prize redemption these guys banned my account saying i had multiple accounts which was incorrect. I even showed proof of their accusations being incorrect

As well was on the site when she was going to redeem her prizes. The same thing happened. They banned her and said she had multiple accounts. they kept all of our prize money.

Update: It seems that the website flagged my review and I have to provide my personal phone number and email here to "verify" my experience. I gain nothing from my review, and "donated" quite a bit to them for the distinct pleasure of nothing more than warning others. If that's the type of business you want to deal with, good luck!
There is bad, and then there is Jefebet. After a quick experience losing a significant amount of money in record time, I can say that I wont be back. I get there is risk, and its a form of "gambling," but fair sites do exist, this just isn't one of them.

They take forever to verify an account
They take forever to verify an account. Turned $30 to some profits. Seems like they take this long so that you can keep playing. Still no response after 24 hours of verification documents submitted.
They wouldn’t approve my verification due to an account “not having enough activity”. I never had this issue with any other online casino. Very strange.

I was given a $10 birthday bonus from this casino and ran it up to $212. Decided I better cash out before I gambled myself out of all of it lol... It took about a little over 48hrs/2 days for them to approve and a day (give or take) for it to hit my bank (chime).
Verification was very easy which I was already verified and seems like it was almost instant to verify if I remember correctly.

I lost my whole balance today in less than 5 minutes. Unless you want to waste all your money and throw it away into a fire pit I would stay clear of here.
