I recently ordered the Ava flatware set in silver, with service for 12 and some accessory serving pieces, and I’m very happy with them. They’re reasonably priced for the quality you get. The pieces have weight to them and feel really substantial. Before ordering this set I’d ordered a set from Lenox that I wound up returning b/c it was so lightweight, it felt flimsy. The Ava pieces from Jazzupco are the exact opposite. They also arrived quickly and each place setting was in its own sectioned canvas pouch, which felt very high end. They also did great in the dishwasher. I’m really happy with this purchase. I highly recommend.

First I said let me try and I get one set of flatware and soon I got it I said why I didn’t get it before. Great quality, great look I can’t say more just Please get your to upgrade your kitchen with this great flat ware.
I got all the color and all are so great.

Not one of the flatware sets are ergonomic. They’re uncomfortable to hold and forks are not sharp enough to pickup food. Or the tines are too close together. You’ll be responsible to pay a 10% restocking fee and pay to ship them back and they’re heavy. They also fade in the dishwasher. Customer service was prompt but the product will be disappointing.

I ordered the gilded serveware, and it was the type of set that I have been looking everywhere it seems for something of that quality in silver with a small handle and I have not been able to find anything until JazzUpCo. Not only do you have it in stock, you have it in many different finishes. I purchased a set, and after receiving it, I purchased another. The pieces are not only beautiful, but amazing quality!

I purchased the Ava flatware, cake knife, cheese knife set and bread knives all in gold. The sets are all heavy, sturdy, and handle well. I do hand wash but that is my personal preference for silverware. I have received many compliments in this set and expect it to last a for many years.

I discovered this company over a year ago while searching for gold silverware that wouldn't fade. After some serious stalking - researching, watching videos, and reading reviews, I decided to make a purchase, and I was thoroughly impressed. The gold hasn't faded from my silverware, and it still looks brand new. They have a nice weight to them and are very elegant in style. Although they are dishwasher safe, I hand wash only. I even went ahead and ordered the same set in black. JazzUpCo has not disappointed me yet!

The product is so well made. I’ve actually gone back and ordered more! Additionally, there was a mistake with my very first order and they were extremely helpful in making sure I got what I needed. Went all in and ordered two sets of dishes and silverware. Also ordered the wood cooking utensils. Everything was packaged with care but one dish arrived chipped. I sent an email and customer service had the replacement in the mail the next day. I love the look and quality of everything. I am so impressed that i put in an order to gift to my daughter! It’s not often you come across high quality products and exceptional customer service.

You'll be happy with these flatware. I went back and forth for about a month before ordering it and I'm really glad I did. I got the Minimalist 2.0 and danggg they're nice. The quality is super nice and really nicely packaged in their own slots within the included pouches.

The build quality on these are really nice when you look at the details, simple but well thought out for ergonomics and usage. Color consistency is good too. I bought the 12 person set and they're all exactly the same. They are not super heavy either, but they are 18/10 metal. The 12 person set is about 11-12 lbs all together but light individually.

They're also easy to wash in the dishwasher. No issues at all and they did not get spots when i used Finish brand soap.

Lastly, customer service is A++. I'm actually writing this review because the customer service was super good. I bought the wrong flatware and they were quick to make me a happy customer. Customer service was top notch and easy.

After years of searching for the perfect gold silverware set I came across Jazzupco and thought I'd give them a try. I'm thrilled that I did because this set holds up to the test of time. I did have a tiny hiccup with one of the pieces, but contacted customer service. They immediately responded and remedied the situation making the process completely stress free. If you're looking for new silverware, this is the place to go! Sturdy, well made (quality is 100%), gorgeous, and fabulous customer service! I'll continue to use this company and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Beautiful flatware has a great finish. It survived the dishwasher and pristine condition. It has a good weight to it in the hand and I feel real fancy when I eat now lol.

I saw an add about Jazz on Instagram and placed an order. The shipping was quick and FREE and packaging was fantastic ! I was so impressed with the quality of your items, I just placed a second order for more sets and colors. I LOVE the Matte Gold and Rose Gold. Gorgeous ! I wash them in the dishwasher and they look perfect. I can't wait to get the Matte Black. Thank you so much.

The customer service is absolutely unmatched. They respond within the same day (usually within a couple of hours). My package was stolen (x2!) and they sent a replacement both times, even though they are not liable for stolen packages.
