I wanted to use the slilverware for a while beore writing the review. And thus far really satisfied.
Some things we love. The fork and spoon handles are just a bit longer than any others I have owned before. It comes in handy for so many things that you do, and it does not get in the way. They are definitely sturdy and well made.
The only gripe I have is that the knives could use more width to make them a bit more sturdy. Their side profile looks cool, but functionally a broader surface would give more functionality and less flex when using them for spreading or scraping.

Not only is the product gorgeous, sturdy and very stylish but the customer service is top notch. I had a minor issue with one piece of my order and they immediately responded to my concern and sent out a replacement product. I have shown all my family and friends how gorgeous it is and highly recommend them to everyone searching for new dinnerware.

The dinnerware's durability and elegant design are impressive and elevates the dining experience. However, closer inspection revealed a defect with the product but was replaced and sent immediately, with no hassle. The new item arrived in perfect condition. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is OUTSTANDING!!!

My silverware drawer was a mismatch nightmare UNTIL I bought Jazzupco silverware-it is absolutely beautiful! It is everything they advertise! I bought the brushed silver and I love how it is functional and modern and pretty! Now my drawer is a match made in Heaven! Thank you!

I bought 12 person set, chopsticks and other stuffs in gold on Dec 2022 spending bit more than $360
Some of them started to fade color early 2025.
I ran out of 1 year warranty so I emailed their cs.
They emailed me back asking some questions about how I washed them. I used dishwasher and sometimes handwashed them like I wash other stuffs. I was so annoyed to email them back.
Just think twice before you buy gold color

Update - Jazzupco.com reached out and offered to replace my sets for $79. I took the deal and requested them in matte silver instead of matte gold. I haven’t used them yet. Hopefully they will last this time.

I ordered a 16 piece flatware set. The quality is excellent, the weight is perfect, and the finish is beautiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a new set of silverware.

Read the reviews and understand that most of the 5 star reviews are from customers who just received their art and haven't actually put them to good regular use yet. I bought 2 brushed gold flatware sets in early 2024 totalling close to 200$ thinking they would be a good set and the color would last longer then my cheaper set from Kohl's ( which lasted at least 5 years). I double checked all the cleaning instructions which only mentioned dishwasher safe before ordering. There was nothing about the settings to be used when using the dishwasher. I'll agree they are beautiful and feel heavy weighted in your hand which is nice. However when in months they gold started fading on several pieces of the flatware. I reached out to the company to be told Im supposed to be washing the flatware on eco mode with a specific type of detergent. Nothing was mentioned about this on the site nor with the flatware when it was shipped. Also not to mention my dishwasher doesn't even have eco mode. Is that not a thought to companies that not all dishwashers are built the same. They often to replace the ones that had started fading but wanted me to pay or to send a new improved set (does that mean they knew their was a problem when the ones I ordered) at a discounted rate. At that point I decided to just cut my loses and make sure to let others know of my experience and not waste their money. I literally just sold the sets for 10.00 bucks in a rummage sale as I already bought news ones at home goods that have so far lasted longer the 3 months.

I recently ordered the dishware and silverware bundle for my new dining room. Both are absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately when shipping ceramic pieces breakage happens. One of my cups handle broke during shipment. Unboxed the order less than an hour ago, upon finding the broken cup I contacted Jazzcoup customer service and they have already ordered my replacement cup! Hands down theeeee Best customer service experience I've ever had! The products are modern, chic and so beautiful. I'm going to buy the entire gold service set, cheese knives, salt and pepper set and the tea pots.

Absolutely lovely flatware. All the utensils are properly weighted, something I have never experienced. The colors are wonderful and I cling to the champagne gold. The ava set is to die for but I have my eyes on the silver Vatican set. As per the towels, they are weighted as well and feel even better than a hotel towel. A++

Working and ordering from/with Jazzupco has been nothing but a positive experience. Not only are their products great and beautiful, but their customer service is out of this world! I’ve bought 2 sets, and had issues with both having black spots on the matte gold ones, kinda like the gold chipped off or something , and although it didn’t look to bad I reached out to customer service. Usually I wouldn’t but they was so expensive, and I felt for having them for a few months they shouldn’t have any kind of marks that way. I explained I prob wouldn’t buy from them again because that’s frustrating, but their customer service was top notch. They offered replacements and even a discount for another on of their sets. So because of their wonderful and prompt customer service I will use them again, because willing to do whatever to fix the issue with the customer means the most!

This company has a great product. I meany to have purchased the minimalist 2.0 flatware in black but accidentally ordered it in gold. They quickly rectified my order and I received their flatware in a very short time. Thier customer service is top notch and their flatware is modern and very durable. I already received compliments on my new flatware from friends and family. I highly recommend them and will purchase more from them in the future.

Great experience! Ordered silverware for my new house and also got the organizer. I love them both. It came with a free gift for how much I ordered and that got missed but I emailed them and they replied instantly over the weekend and took care of it immediately. Their shipping was very quick, customer service was great, the product is so far amazing. Highly impressed with this company.

Wow, just wow! Ordered the Minimalist flatware. It arrived and is gorgeous, BUT realized the ends wouldn’t work in my dishwasher before I used them. Saw they have an updated Minimalist 2.0 and contacted customer service to see if I can do an exchange for the improved/slightly more expensive set and still use my coupon code. Product does need to be unused and unwashed, so I suggest checking specs before washing.

DANG the customer service is amazing. I was able to text my request and when a real person was available they’d respond. A real person! Not only did they send a prepaid shipping label for the exchange but they’re honoring my coupon code for the price difference too.

The product reviews, prices, and selection made me order but the customer service from a family owned business is what will make me a loyal customer. After seeing the quality of the flatware and how it’s packaged I know im getting stellar quality and their prices are phenomenal.

Will be recommending to all my real estate clients when shopping for their new homes
