This is the highest quality tableware I’ve felt! It’s very sturdy, hard to bend, and very beautiful unique designs. It’s really elevating my dining table! If I could give them 19 stars, I would.

The Ava line in gold is the set of my dreams!! Love that it’s also an amazing price for amazing quality.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I have purchased a set of flatware that appeared to be similar from Amazon but the quality was not anywhere close to what Jazzupco offers. It is worth spending the extra $$ for something that is beautiful, safe and long-lasting.

My overall purchase was great! Shipping was fast literally shipped out the next day and delivered in 3 days. Items are packaged so cute with dust bags, and items are great quality I bought silverware sets. They look so chic and are perfect!

I recently bought the spoon collection and they are fabulous, excellent quality, and the champagne color I chose is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I contacted this company after placing a $378 order asking for documentation supporting their "non-toxic" and food safe claims for their flatware.

While responses were polite, all replies were generic assurances. Despite follow ups over multiple days the company was unable to provide third party testing, certificate of compliance or confirmation that testing was performed. The only document shared was a screenshot showing elemental composition, not testing.

Because of this lack of transparency, I'm returning the product and now have to pay both return shipping and a restocking fee, which is disappointing.

Update 1/7/26:
Received a response email from Lawrence, which did not provide any clarity to third party testing. No additional documents were shared either. He referred back to the 18/10 metal composition, which is not the same as a third-party test on the gold coating. The screen shot showed the following:

Update 1/8/2026:
The company did provide a prepaid return label and offered to waive the restock fee. So for those reasons I changed my review from 1 star to 2. But the non toxic testing provided was still just a basic screenshot with nothing attaching it to Jazz Up Co (total info provided is above).

I am extremely pleased with both the flatware and customer service from this company. I ordered the Ava in matte silver for a gift and the recipient absolutely loved it. Both the aesthetic and weight of the silverware are top tier! I will be ordering a set for myself now.

I upgraded my flatware from JazzUpCo and I’m so glad I did. The quality, look, and design are stunning. On top of that, the customer service was truly above-and-beyond stellar. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

My experience with this company was off the charts amazing. I purchased two sets of the gold flatware for my son and his wife for Christmas, I thought extremely fair value. When my son opened the package and each utensil was individually wrapped in a cloth bag, his mind was blown. He immediately removed a soup spoon and held it in his hands and noted the perfect balance of the utensil as well as the length which is just beautiful. Upon opening both sets we realized that we were given 6 soup spoons and 10 teaspoons instead of 8 and 8 ordered. I contacted the company on Christmas Day only because I didn’t want it to slip my mind, fully intending to follow up the next week. They responded on CHRISTMAS DAY within the hour they simply asked for a picture of what I received which I sent them and they told me the two additional soup spoons would be in the mail the next day. Does ANY OTHER company do this?? They didn’t even ask that I return the two extra teaspoons … I am beyond impressed with their product and their impeccably graceful service. Thank you so much for this. I will absolutely be back when setting the other kids households up.

We were looking for new flatware for everyday use but also entertaining, nothing really stood out as the right combination until we saw the JazzUpCo Flatware. Heavy duty but classy, love the gold tone. Added the wooden kitchen utensils as well. Great to not have the plastics spoons and spatula's any longer. All top quality stuff.

The product quality is excellent but unfortunately the dimensions are too big for me. Would have loved to use them.

I bought recently a set for 8 people gold matte finished and we love them. They are definitely worth the hype I had to do a complete makeover of my kitchen drawer to show them off. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to give it a try don’t worry they are as good as they seem. The customer support even reached out to me to find out how I feel about them after receiving them. That’s special.

Got my order today. And the flatware is fine. But the cups and wine glasses are absolute garbage. Incredibly thin and lightweight and absolutely not worth the money. And makes me doubt the true quality of the flatware.

The return process is a hassle and just automated messages. I still haven’t been able to process the return. Do not waste your money on the cups and wine glasses. You’re better off getting a $20 set off Amazon.

Great product, styling, color and shape are nice. What makes this company and product even better is the customer service. Quick responses and great accommodations for making the customer happy.
