Great product, shipped quickly, I needed a replacement and they quickly sent me the replacement. Customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced anywhere!

The quality of the pieces are great. My husband and kids were skeptical when I wanted to switch all of our flatware and I proved them wrong. We all love them and highly recommend it. We love the weight and look of the pieces. Also, great customer service.

I got the minimalist utensils sets and it was expanded to serving utensils, servers, chopsticks. The mystery pack is so fun, one of my order shipped the bath towels, I didn't like the bath towels as much, but I tried it for a minimal cost and its great for guest bathroom...the 2nd set I got the placemat, which we love. My 5yo child keeps taking the coaster away for play. Absolutely love them!

Received my Acacia Cutting boards from Jazzupco and I couldn’t be more pleased. The shipping was fast and packaged very well. The cutting boards are beautiful with excellent craftsmanship. The design is well thought out for chopping, holding juice and then transferring to the pot. Actually this is the first wood cutting board I have found designed in this manner. It works great and I believe it will be in the family kitchen for many years to come. I will be purchasing more items from Jazzupco in the future. They seem to be a very high quality company that cares about there customers and the quality of products they sell.

their customer service is helpful in explaining the differences between the different flatware sets. i decided to go with the Ava gold set and enjoyed using it whenever i host dinner with my friends. my friends complimented it and said they liked how weighted it is. i have it for a year now and it has been holding up well. i wanna try different set in the future!

UPDATE: One of the woman at customer service reached out to me and took care of all the issues I was having and sent new product. I appreciate her efforts in resolving the problems I was having & I can now say that I am happy and will continue to use the product.

First… I paid for a FULL set, only 1/2 arrived so I had to reach out for that. 2. FOUR separate items shows up GOUGED I sent pictures and proof. It was NOT the shipping. Items arrived beautifully packed in original boxes, so it was on the company end before items shipped. I reached BACK out and someone said they would send the remaining damaged pieces now in another separate package. Still have not received them. 3. The plates are so sensitive they scratch rediculously easily. I reached out again and said that this was way too much hassle and that the quality was obviously not up to par and that I would like a refund and to send everything back… Items are in original packaging etc, but that has still not happened and now after sending numerous emails, nobody is responding back to me… Very disappointed and obviously this company is not baking their product the way they say they do with 100% moneyback guarantee… If someone reaches out and this issue gets resolved, I will write a new review until then I do not recommend this company at all ! I spent a small fortune on all of the dinnerware, flatware, wine, glasses, steak, knives, and cups… I would never order from them again based on my experience so far. Worst experience I’ve ever had with quality, follow through and honestly.
UPDATE: a woman from customer service reached back out to me to either give me a partial refund or new dishes and I responded over a week ago and she has not responded back. I have sent her three follow up emails since.

There truly aren’t enough good things I can say about this company and how well they take care of their customers. I recently purchased a couple of mystery boxes, and the attention to detail in the packaging alone was impressive. I honestly expected a mix of mismatched pieces, but instead I received a beautiful, almost complete set.
I had my heart set on the rose gold pieces, and they are absolutely stunning. After only a week of using them, I already know I’ll be purchasing more. I also ordered the wooden cutting board, which is incredibly sturdy, has a great weight to it, and feels like excellent quality. The free gift was such a nice surprise. I love the cake server! I can’t wait to host and put everything to use.

It didn’t start all perfect I received my order with imperfections and after I got in contact with customer service they quickly made things right and I’m more than happy with the results! Thank you Jazzuco team!

Bought the minimalist flatware in matte black in September of 2025. After the second run through the dishwasher, we started noticing rust on the knives. I took a picture and have sat on making a review, but we have now thrown away 3 knives and a spoon because of the rust.

I chose Jazzupco because of the quality and the price, and I'm happy to say they stand behind their product. They reached out to me concerning the damaged knives and informed me that the minimalist 2.0 was designed with a wider stem so the flatware does not slip through the dishwasher basket. This explains how my knives were damaged. I appreciate their prompt attention to this issue and for providing me with a new set of 2.0 minimalist flatware and complementary serving utensils.

My wife and I are building our forever home and filling it with only the finest of things. Everything we have bought from Jazzupco has been exceptional, a great price point, and as she says, absolutely stunning! So happy we found this company.

Truly the best quality dinnerware I've ever held, yet at an amazing price!

I hesitated for the longest time on making my purchase, I wish I would’ve bought it much much sooner! The quality is amazing, the look is just beautiful. I was blown away at the care taken in the packaging alone. I would absolutely recommend that everybody has this silverware in their home.

Immediately after putting in the dishwasher and using the settings to match instructions two knives came out discolored. Customer service was great and they replaced both. Now a spoon has a big white mark that will not come off, it looks like the black came off it and is exposing the metal underneath. I'm sure the would replace it again but at this point it doesn't even feel worth the effort. I was really hopeful about longevity but I haven't even gotten one month out of these.

Lastly, I'll mention a "pro tip:" many of the individual matching pieces in the Minimalist 2.0 matte gold line currently show as out-of-stock. A helpful customer service rep encouraged me to look at the equivalent pieces from the Ava line, and they look great too. The finish matches perfectly, and you would never be able to tell that these pieces are from a different product line/style.

I can't wait to host a small dinner party so I can show off this beautiful flatware to my friends!

I don’t write many reviews, but JazzUpCo definitely deserves one.

Several years ago, I was on the hunt for matte, brushed gold flatware with a modern, minimalist design, and it was surprisingly hard to find. Once we added our other must-haves (safe and durable materials, dishwasher-safe, a finish that wouldn’t fade, and a reasonable price), it felt nearly impossible. The price point, especially, made us think we were out of luck.

That all changed when we came across JazzUpCo. Their Minimalist flatware line was exactly what we’d been searching for. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical about how well the finish would hold up in the dishwasher, but I’m happy to say that after a couple of years of regular use, they still look as good as new!

One thing worth mentioning: the Minimalist set is quite sturdy, and the weight was noticeable at first. At the time, that felt like the only downside. I really appreciate that the flatware is titanium coated. I also love the gold color. I’m crazy about this flatware!

Contemplated ordering these for a while, then finally purchased the black set for 8. They arrived packaged nicely but upon inspecting them there were a handful (9 pieces) that were scratched, and showing quite a lot of imperfections. I reached out to customer service and they sent replacements but those were honestly in worse condition than the originals. While I appreciate their efforts, its a little discouraging to have the replacements be the same condition. They are pretty though, I like the design and the color. I just wonder how long they'll last if they're showing up scratched already.

Obsessed!! I watched the JaxzUpCo. ads on Instagram for months wondering if the hype was real. The style, color and claims of strength were almost too good to be true. I finally took the risk and bought the Ava set. WOW! My expectations were exceeded ten fold! The weight, color, and shape of the flatware is so luxurious! It handles the dishwasher fantastically and is so strong and sturdy. Since purchasing my additional set I’ve purchased the matching serving utensils, butter knives and tons!
